Ryann - Doesn't it just melt your heart when they look at you with those big ol' grins??!! They're getting so big honey! Hope you're starting to find a good balance between work and the babes.

Barbara - Ummmmm.... we need some updated pics of little Miss Brooke!

Been BUSY!!! DH is home with the boys while I work 55+ hour work weeks and is doing great with them. We have to add 1 1/2 tsp of rice cereal to their 6 oz bottles to help reduce their spitting up and they drink 1 oz of juice 3 times a day to help with constipation from the soy formula. Other than that, we're just finally finding our stride in this crazy journey.

Lou- Baby Chlor is absolutely adorable!! Those hospital pics turned out great. Hope you are both doing well.

Stephanie-55+ hrs a week is no fun at all. Sounds like the boys are getting bigger and the rice and juice are helping with things. Cant wait to see more pics of how big they are now.

Ashley/ SD- How are things going for you? I know you all are both getting so close to meeting your little ones!!

AFM- Felt like I had heart palpitations all day yesterday which was no fun, but they werent too worried about it. My heart rate was 105- while I was just laying here in bed. They said if it keeps up they may run some tests. Guess today Im going to start doing the Thank You cards from the shower Saturday. Supposed to have another BPP today but we will see if it happens. Hope everyone is doing well.

Lou- Chloe is so beautiful!! I love the pictures they did!!

Blair- I had fun at my shower but it was a bit overwhelming for me. I don't like large crowds nor all the attention on me. It was hard to get a chance to chat with everyone for long. I'm totally and uterally exhausted still and it's Monday but I also had to entertain my family and my kids at the house. I think I put on 3 pounds over the weekend from all the Italian food and sweets. eeks! How are you feeling? So glad those babies are behaving and staying inside you and that they allowed you to go to your babyshower. The good thing about bedrest is you have plenty of time to do those thank you notes. I ahve a bunch you can do if you get bored;)

Leora- So glad to hear from you and please do not let these stories make you lose hope.

Ashley- Things can change very very fast. It's amazing. I don't have time but will later tell you my gf's story of delivering her own baby 2 weeks ago.

Ryann- Those babies are just too cute!!

Nwwhiz-So glad to hear from you. Good luck with the next test. Mine is on the 12th. Hope I pass it but know odds are against me.

Mamaboo- Sounds like the nursery is getting there. Doens't it make it feel so real while decoratign and getting everything ready? Sorry about the house issues. But glad he can at least rent it.

Sd- you are getting really close as well. How are you feeling?

Alisa- Love your nursery decor. So cute!

AFM: Had my baby shower Saturday and I'm still exhausted and trying to get my energy back. At work now but will fill you all in later and fill you in on my gf's birth story that just makes her a super woman let me tell you.

Thank you all for your kind words...their personalities are certainly starting to shine through!

Blair...I'm so proud of you for still hanging in there! My heart rate never got below 120 while I was on bedrest. When I got up to use the washroom it would be 150-170. It never harmed the babies, but be careful! Now it's completely normal!

Leora...thinking of you always! Can't wait to stalk your fet!

Everyone else...thinking of you all! Can't wait to see the next round of baby pics (well, I can wait, so no preemies please! Just really excited!)

Sorry for lack of personals, but we have had a difficult couple of days. Some of you may remember I talked about issues with FIL this summer. He was not well and was refusing to see a doctor. I was pushing DH to go and get him to "make" him go, but his family said he was too stubborn. He came to visit us about 3 weeks ago because we were pushing to visit him. He told DH he had an appt set with a doctor, but that wasn't really true. Saturday he had a seizure or some kind of "episode" that landed him in ER. His heart has failed and today he passed. DH is truly devastated. I feel badly that I couldn't travel with him to be with his family, but it is a 3 hour drive and in a different state.

Sorry for sad news, but had to share.

Margi- I am so sorry for your loss. Even though I know you want to be with DH for support I agree its best you avoid the 3 hour drive at this point. You are getting so close to meeting your little ones so its best to keep them safe. You and your family will be in our thoughts.

Had dr appt & u/s today. Still not sure when c-section will be. High risk ob wants to see me before making a recommendation. However, he did tell my regular ob that usually my type of pregnancy delivers before 39 weeks. My ob is starting nonstress tests this Thursday. I will see high risk ob Weds, and have NST on Thurs. Then u/s & dr appts Mondays & NST's Thursdays. This is to make sure little one continues to be healthy.

Margi... I am so sorry for your family's loss. That's just horrible. I know you wish you could be there, but you made the best choice for you and the twins. Your family is in my prayers!
