Sophie, my clinic also say 3-5 days old maximum, however don't forget protection!!! as you could get pregnant naturally(ha ha)during stimming.thats what my clinic say anyway.
sassy good luck for today, i am praying for your little one to make it.
Mia, good luck today let us know how many you transferred when you feel up to it, rest up and enjoy the pampering.
As for me feeling ok been on a diet and have lost 12lb in 3 weeks got the ok from the cinic as long as its balanced, will increase my calories on 2ww.
I know i've missed loads of people but got to get back to work.

Jeck- Yes, we were both posting back in the Oct thread! How's the adoption going? Thanks for remembering.... I did do a Mind/Body Infertility program (helps with stress of infertility) in LA and it really helped me. I had a lot of unresolved emotions about my m/c and I was able to meet other women in my same shoes. I would highly recommend it to anyone - they have programs all over. A good resource is resolve.com to find one. I've continued now with a infertility therapist every other week - she listens and gives me tools to deal with infertility.

Did anyone see Oprah yesterday - they did a small segment on infertility in 30's? The crazy thing is that I was interviewed to be on that show back in October, but they ended up picking someone else. I thought it was good to get the information out there for our friends that don't understand infertility.

I just got off the phone with the RE's office and all of my eggs fertilized!! I have 5 lil embies waiting for me! I am so happy and excited. So that means that my transfer is on Sunday. Thank you all for all the prayers and well wishes I know that they helped!

So i guess this is going to work differently than i thought. Last transfer, i didn't know until i was on the table whether or not one, both or none of my embryos would be transferred. After speaking w/ RE yest, i understood it would be happening the same way. But when i didn't hear from RE office re: my time for transfer tomorrow... i called. Was told that since i am "tenative" for today, i don't get scheduled. The embryologist will look at the embryo this am and then if having a transfer, i will be called with the time. Now the good part of this... if the embryo is bust, it sounds like i will hear over the phone, and can do the ugly cry by myself at home instead of in a sterile room with a bunch of people looking at me. But the bad part... still don't know if i am going in today, and so i am sitting here willing the phone to ring!

SilvaCharm i too had cramping after transfer and i was told the same its nothing to worry about so try not to worry too much im keeping my fingers crossed for u
Pmaspy - we were told to refrain from intercourse or ejeculation for 3 days before ER and to have intercourse after ET as it helps get a BFP dont know if this helps good luck
Anyway i had some more bad news today my dog that we have had since i was 15 is going to have to be put to sleep she has been suffering with cancer since Nov 06 and the vets said it was just a matter of time and the quality of life of the dog. We have been taking her to the vets every 3 wks to keep a check on her , we took her this morning. She been really poorly this past week being sick and has no energy anymore. Her eyes have gone all bloodshot and she is panting all the time. She doesnt live with me, She lives with my mam and brother. My mam doesnt want to get her put to sleep but i keep telling her that we have got to think what is best for the dog now. I dont want her to be in any pain the vet said that they cant do anymore for her she is on steriods and once they stop working well they cant give her anything. She is at the stage were she is going to be in pain and thats not fair. After a long talk we have decided to take her on Monday. I feel silly getting upset over a dog but she such a lovely dog she has a lovely nature on her and well she has always been there. When visiting my mam she always lets a little bark off and comes over wagging her tail at me. I really miss that it wont be the same. Its bringing tears to my eyes so im gonna go to gym and take my mind off it.

Afternoon ladies
Forward planning with IVF um !!!!!! I will never learn, I was rubbing it yesterday having a nice long weekend with today and Friday planned off work due to scan's and blood test.
Blimey how busy was the Hammersmith today it brings it home how many couples are having to go through IVF. ( bless them all)
Outcome of scan today was 7 follicles on left and 3 follicles on the Right, I have been advised to take ovitrelle Monday night in for E/R Tuesday morning need to be a at Hammersmith by 7am then E/t Thursday so I a day ahead of schedule., this means I back in work on Monday that will teach me.
I still a bit new at this so if I miss people I sorry but I am thinking off you all

Ang it's great to have your day for trigger way to go on being done with all the stimms...i do have one question though you say you will be taking trigger monday night EC tuesday morning are you sure?....i always have about 36 hours between trigger and EC sorry to ask i just wanted to make sure they didnt say take your trigger sunday...
Mom im so sorry about your dog its so hard to loose a pet especialy one that has been with you for so long, your so brave to put the dog first some people hold on ....big hug
