Margi - So glad to hear from you and I must say Sofia & Levi are soooooo adorable!! I'm happy your OB was cautious and caring during your pregnancy. All of that bed rest and close monitoring of you definitely helped get you to 33 weeks and I'm overjoyed that you now have your two little ones to love. Sending you virtual ((HUGS)) and congratulations again!
Chris - Love the latest pics, you look fantastic!

Margi,
My eyes are wet and smile on my face while I was reading your post. They are so precious, adorable and absolutely beautiful.
I followed your story from the beginning, multiple IUI, choosing CA clinic, stimulation, pregnant, progress, etc. and I totally understand your emotion right now as Lou said it's such a miracle and magic time in the life... A dream come true. And they are real, Sofia and Levi. I am soooooooo happy for you and DH. Please take care of yourself.
Wish you a speedy recovery and soon you are gonna to take your bundle of joy home.

Margi - Truly a beautiful story and your bundles of joy are absolutely perfect! They truly are your little CA miracles So happy for you!
Kat - I am supposedly next, but I've realized that this board does not generally stick to the order on the list. Maybe SD will beat me to it! I'm showing no signs of this baby chick making an appearance anytime soon. But like you said, things can change rapidly.
AFM - Nothing new. Still pregnant. DH and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary today. Just getting back from a nice dinner in the city. Had midwife appt today, but did not want to get a cervical check, maybe next week. I'm just enjoying my last few days of pregnancy. I've recently come to the realization that this is the last time that I'll be pregnant for the first time, so I should make the most out of my last few days of pregnancy even if a part of me is dying to see her already. I love my baby bump and still marvel at it when I look at it in the mirror. Life is amazing.

6/7/11 - We're having a baby GIRL!
Ashley- Can not wait to hear that you've gone into labor. Praying you get to go next as I know how uncomfortable these last few weeks can be and the anticipation can get to you. But definitely enjoy and take lots of pictures!! Maybe even a video
Margi- How are things going with them sweet babies??
AFM: So my little man has put on a 1 lb 3 ounces in 3 weeks. He is weighing 2 lbs 12 ounces. He's very active and looks great. Unfortunetly the pain I'm experiencing is most likely old scar tissue. So it may or may not go away. if it doesn't go away by next week she wants to see me in there again and will have to monitor me weekly. If not I can go another 4 weeks before I start seeing her weekly. I can't believe I only have another 8 weeks before my C-section.
Question how long does it take to get your GD results back? I did the 3 hour this morning and was curious.

Sweatpea- sorry for the discomfort girl. At least you know what is causing it. And your baby is right on track. mine on monday weighed 2#2oz and i was at the 45% percentile. i thought i was doing good. but i failed the glucose test.
Yingz- Sorry girl you have to wait. i failed my one hr test and am supposed to do the 3hr test but i told my doc there is no need of repeating it. Put me on the GD diet and lets move on. I already did the 3hr test earlier in the pregnancy and tecnicallu i failed it coz two of the four numbers were off but i was told i passed. And many times i can tell when i get low blood glucose coz i feel faint. So i have accepted the fact that i have gestational diabetes. The bonus for that was to get an ultrasound. I know bad to say it that way but i would not have had another peak at my lil one. oh well not trying to adjust to this GD diet.
nwquiz,
Sorry to know about GD. My close girl friend who delivered her first baby 5 years ago when she was 34 years old also had GD during her pregnancy so doctor put her on insulin. Her little boy is absolutely healthy handsome and he is 5 years old now. And she got rid of the needles right after the baby was born. So I think you will do fine. Well I will know my result tomorrow. I will post.
Take care.

Kat -- So sorry for your pain. I really hope there's something that can help it. You've still got a ways to go.
Ashley -- Any news?
AFM -- Just enjoying my baby girl. She had her 2 week pediatrician appt today and are you ready for this? We were told the goal was to regain birth weight by 2 weeks. Chloé weighed 6 lb 14 oz at birth and was 6 lb 10 oz at her one week appt. Today at her two week appt she had gained a full inch and a full pound!!! She was 20.5 inches and 7 lb 10 oz!!!!! That seemed like crazy weight gain to me. I was told she should continue on at about a half pound a week for the next few weeks. My baby will be BIG soon! Thank goodness I didn't invest in a lot of newborn sized clothing!
Lou--- 1 beautiful baby girl from a single 8 cell embie in Sept 2011
Kat - So sorry to hear about your pain. Hope it doesn't last too long
Lou - Excellent height and weight gain for Chloe! Good work, mama!
Still pregnant. Here are a few pics from our 37 weeks maternity shoot. Looks like it'll only allow me to post 3 at a time, so 3 will have to do for now.

6/7/11 - We're having a baby GIRL!
Ashley - GORGEOUS pics! Can't wait to hear your birth story, I'll be stalking you until your little girl arrives. In the meantime, enjoy the rest of your first pregnancy mama!
Margi - Thanks for sharing your story! It made me tear up. You are so in love! It's just amazing how sometimes things go "wrong" but are EXACTLY RIGHT. Levi and Sofia are just beautiful. It makes all the heartache worth it, doesn't it? I swear, sometimes I look at my boys and know that we HAD to go through what we did to have THEM and that I couldn't have it any other way. I'm looking forward to wonderful updates and tons of gorgeous pics of your angels. ((((HUGE HUGS))))
Hope everyone is doing wonderfully!

Ashley- You look absolutely beautiful!!!! I love the pics and am sure you will cherish those pics for years to come. I cant wait to hear the birth story when Athena decides to make her appearance.
Lou- So good to know that Chloe is doing so well and gaining weight. I cant believe shes already 2 wks!! Post more pics whenever you can.
Kat- Glad to hear little man is doing well and gaining weight like he should. Hope your aches and pains get a little better, but if not its good to know you only have 8 wks left of it.
Margi- Those babies are adorable!!!! Glad to hear you are able to breastfeed and that things are going well.
AFM- 30 wks today..yeaaaa. Next goal 32! They measured the girls on Tuesday and apparently I am growing some chunky little ones. Even though neither would participate for the US (A's head couldnt be measured because its still too low, and B's legs were hidden under her sister) they went ahead and gave the estimates without the 4th measurement for each. A was measuring 3lb14oz and B was at 4lb10oz. HUGE...but obviously the estimates can be off by up to a lb or so. I was worried that they were too different but the doctor reassured me that they were both measuring ahead which was good, and they are only 16% different. Today makes day 37 here so still just hanging out.
Blair - YEAY for making it to 30 weeks. You might be bored as heck on bedrest but at least you know those babies are thriving and their weights are really good.
Lou - Keep holding that baby and snuggling up. We all went through so much to get pregnant, have to try and enjoy every minute now that the baby is here.
SD - How are you doing? Your probably next up right?
Margi - Your babies are adorable. How are they doing?
Ashley - Love the pics.
AFM - I think i will be in denial when i finally go into labor. I am feeling really crampy today and my back hurts and ya know it never really entered my mind that this could be signs of labor. I think my mindset is that this baby will be in here for the long hall and I don't have to worry about going early. I don't know why i am thinking that. I have been procrastinating and don't have a bag packed yet or have a pediatrician picked out. guess i better get moving on that. Only 5 more weeks to go.
