jen babes, thanks for the support. It is amazing to look down that list and see all those sad faces. Our first scan is Tuesday/December 4th. We will let everyone know how it went.

Hi ladies! Sorry I've been MIA, needed some time to heal. Well we see the RE on the 28th so we will decide our fate from there. I suspect he will suggest donor eggs :( Has anyone ever seen success for someone doing IVF when they are a low responder? I've had such mixed emotions over the last few weeks. It's a very scary thought to go another $10,000 in debt for another BFN. I just really want an answer as to why this isn't happening for us instead of this "unexplained infertility" stuff there has got to be a reason. How frustrating.

It's great to hear the BFP's and I'm so sorry for all of you have heard those dreaded BFN's, I understand your loss.

Vickersx- Congrat's again can't wait to hear how many little beans are in there.

Anie-I'm sorry, hang in there and try to relax.

wannabeamomma- How are you? Have you had your follow up with the RE yet?

Wishing everyone the best and lots of baby dust to all!!

Tilly-I know what you mean about another $10k. My dh and I simply can't afford another round without a miracle or at least for another year to save up. Anyway, I haven't been to my RE yet just giving myself and dh time to heal and get through the Holidays. We are still unsure of where to go from here but for now I am gonna hit the gym and just try and have a life. When you have been ttc for so long you forget what life is and how much you are blessed with. That is what I keep telling myself anyway.

I hope the rest of you are doing well. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Talk to you soon.

Hi everybody!

I'm back....recovered from my BFN...well sort of recovered.

I was just looking to our updated board. Can't believe that we've got only 1 BFP!!!.

vickers all our good wishes are with you and your DW.

I'm waiting to receive a phone call or a letter from my clinic to see when will be my next appointment. I had my treatment done at Holy House hospital but now The Essex Fertility Centre are moving their unit so i believe my next appointment will be someday in December, when they have settled.
I have 2 frozen embryos so my next cycle will try with FET.Maybe in February or March....

Hope everybody else is alright.

Congratulations Vickers that is great news.

Update: Went to our RE, he says he was suprised we got a BFN. He says my embryos were of great quality and he would like to repeat the process with the only change being made to my protocal. He is placing me on a antagon protocal, anyone had any luck with this? We will be taking December off to get through the Holidays etc. Our RE's office has decided they will not charge us for any b/w or u/s during our 2nd cycle plus they got enough donated meds for me that I will have very minimal expense in meds as well. While I'm excited to get started again it's also a little scarry everything I've read about poor responders doesn't give me much hope for a BFP.

I hope everyone is doing well!!!

Hello everyone just popped in to see how everyone was doing.

Vickers-I am very happy to hear of your good news. I wish you and your dw all the best.

As for me just trying to get through the Holidays. My dh and I are still in limbo on how to proceed. I have started an exercise routine which is helping get my mind off things.

Anyway, I hope you are all well and blessed this Holiday season. :D
