Welcome angellica!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The wait till your first scan is much worse than the 2ww, in my opinion. Just hang here with us and the time will go by, slowly but will go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)

Hey Vicky make sure you post them great HCG numbers for us. I have been checking in on you today!

How is everyone else doing? Hope everyone was able to keep down their Turkey dinners! :-)

As for me the worring never ends. Everything is going good but I can't wait for my OB appt. on Wensday. I just want to know everything is okay with my little one.

Well everyone check in so we know how everyone is doing!

Take care,
Cowgirl

Vicky, I guess it all depends on if they do one this week, how long they would wait till the next one :-). I have seen lots of ladies get one done soon after a BFP to check the sac and pole, then get another one a week later to verify a HB. If you could get both I would say go for it. But if you would have to wait a significant amount of time. I would say hold off till week 6. I had to wait till week 7 for my first one. I will tell you this, you look forward to every ultrasound during your first trimester to feel comforted that everything is okay! I have an OB appt. Wed and I will be 11w2d and even if I don't get an US I will get to hear the HB and I can't wait for that!

Take care and I will be watching,
Cowgirl!

Hi Cowgirl - Thanks for the warm welcome...I have so much going on the days are going so quick (so far!) I hope all goes well on Weds, I will be thinking of you...

Vicky - Glad to see you here! seems weird doesn't it just seem weeks ago we could only dream of being here, its fab!

Is anyone else rather large, I actually genuinelly look massive, I have had to buy new clothes and nothing of mine fits, I thought the swelling from OHSS would be fading by now but I am still as big as I was before the ER! I have no pain or anything just really bloated.

Hope everyone is doing OK....

I think all the meds they give you to make sure your environment is good really bloats you up quick. I was really big at 4 weeks too but I am 11 now and really haven't gotten any bigger. I gained a bunch of weight just during the stimulation phase. :-(

Vicki I am so glad your numbers went up! Good luck on your scan!!!!!!!!!!

Take care,
Cowgirl

Hello Everyone!

Welcome Vicki & Angelica!!! I wish you both luck. As far as being big, I completely understand. During my previous pregnancies, I did not show or gain weight until the second trimester. However, with this one, I gained weight during stims and now look like I am about 3 1/2 months gone and Thanksgiving dinner didn't help  .

Cowgirlclass - I wish you luck on your OB appointment. If it was anything like mine, it was uneventful and I left with more questions for the next appointment.

Sorry I have been away for a while. Between school and work and the holiday, I have been swamped. I only have one more week of school left before I will get a short break, so I should have more time to talk then. As far as I go, I am doing great. Still really tired, but I am not as nauseous. We have a scan on Friday to check on the little one, but as the 10 week mark approaches, I am growing more and more confiedent. All of my previous m/c's were before ten weeks and all of them had bleeding long before I lost them. So far, my RE has not seen any sign of blood clots forming and we are excited about a possible uneventful pregnancy! My boys are still excited about the baby. Everynight at the dinner table we toss around name ideas and make guesses at what the baby might be. They keep pictures of the baby's u/s on their bulletin boards and talk about how we should decorate the baby's room. Lots of buzz at our house!

Hope all are doing well!

No Vicki I don't think that is too early, maybe you will even get lucky and see the heartbeat, but it may be a tad too early. Did they say when they would give you the next one?

Ladies I am so worried. Probably for nothing but still none the less... Last night I had spotting again, very brief, after a bowel movement which I know can be normal, but I have been feeling a tightness in my belly. I am hoping that is just my uterus expanding but you know we all worry about every little thing. :-( I am not going to try to get in with the doctor today because I have an appointment tomorrow, so I guess I just fret until tomorrow. :-(
I know in my heart everything is okay but I still can't help but worry.

Take care all,
Cowgirl

Cowgirl, are you sure that spotting came from there and not from maybe a hemorroid?? (sorry if TMI), mainly because you said it was after a BM, I don't know trying to suggest some alternatives.........hope it is nothing, let us know how your doctors appt go tomorrow.....

Cowgirlclass,

My prayers are with you! I know your little beanie is hanging in there. Try to relax and remember some bleeding is normal. As long as it stopped and you stay calm, you should do fine until tomorrow. This pregnancy thing may prove to be the hardest thing us hormonal women do! As far as the tightness goes, try taking a warm (not hot) bath and lay down in it. In fact, take a book and make it a bubble bath! This will help to relax the uterus and yourself!

Good Luck!

Vicky that is the first thing I thought too was a hemroid, but then I made sure where the blood originated from and it was from inside my girly parts :-) I am sure everything is okay, I just wish I didn't have the tightness feeling also! :-)

Thanks for the encouragement cmoscar! :-) You ladies are the best and it is nice to be able to share stuff with you ladies :-)
