I am so nervous about my U/S today. I hope that I see at least one little bean developing well.

I hope everyone is having a great day.

Good morning ladies!

How are you guys doing? I see that Monday has definitely kicked in and there are lots of new posts! :) I'll post personals in just a few seconds; I wanted to give an update first since I had a date with the dildocam this morning.

Well, there is good news and less good news. The good news is that my cysts are comparable to the last ultrasound (#2) on Saturday. They seem to be stable. :) I've also not experienced any of the terrible pain I endured on Friday; it looks like my ovaries found a comfy alignment in all my adherences.

The less good news (hence my new ticker) is that my follicles grew about 3mm only in two days. The biggest he measured was 15mm; they aim for 18-25mm. I was told to stay on the same dosage for two more days; I have an apt for ultrasound #4 on Wednesday morning. I'm disappointed... :( I had prepared myself for 3 ultrasounds, but I didn't believe I would need four given that they seemed to have found the right dosage for me. :? I had to ask for an additional syringe for my Lupron because I'll run out tomorrow...! Gives you an idea...

The best news, though, is that my doc went, "Ooooh!" when he looked at my right ovary. :D LOL he seemed impressed, but given what I've read so far on this forum, it's not that exceptional! He measured all of the follicles there but he did not give us details, and my DH and I vaguely counted about 14 in there. At least 10 for sure. And we counted about 5 max on the left side.

So I'm happy about that, and I keep hearing the sweet and low voice of my husband in my head, "Only two more days, my love." I'm tired of taking the meds, but hey... given the mild-or-less side effects I've had these past few days, I'm okay. It's just a matter of patience. I'm still a bit scared that my cycle will be cancelled, however. :? I wonder what they'll do if after ultrasound #4 my follicles are still too small. Though given the growth rate... I was <10mm on #1, about 13mm on #2, and now about 15mm on #3. With luck, I'll juuust hit the 18mm mark on the fourth ultrasound.

oh, please keep everything crossed for me!

Now! Personals!

Aunty: Tee hee hee don't worry, it sure came across that my doc peed you off on Saturday! Hehehe it was so great to read you guys' reactions! *hugs* How are you doing? Your stimm check is coming, gaaaah! Grow follies, grow!

Macca: I'm so sorry you were in pain but I'm glad you enjoyed your weekend! :) Let's hope those two cuties are already snoozing in your comfy lining! I like the way you approach things and I think your mental attitude is the best. For now let's hope those holidays will all be about travel-while-you-can-during-second-trimester!

Haylie: thanks for the support sweetie! And I'm sorry that your ex is still living with you... I hope it won't be too long. Must be so frustrating to see him tidying the house like that! I admire you for going through with the transfer and I hope you get the confirmation for weds and nice strong embies. Hang in there sweetie, we're all behind you! *hugs*

druiett: anxiously waiting for your result! :)

nouna: hey sweetie! Way to go on the trigger shot! :) I'm happy for you! Don't worry hunny, it's all the fear of the unknown... it's a normal fear and let yourself have some degree of it. But you will be surrounded by professionals who know their stuff and who have done this thousands of times. And your sweetheart will be there, too, to support you. I'm sure everything will be just fine and soon you'll hear about your future babies! :D Hang in there sweetie!

AMD: AWWWWW! Is she cute or WHAT? And that snowman is cute, too! I wish you good luck for your ultrasound! Keep us posted!

Shantala! Good evening sweetheart! How was your weekend? Excited about your apt tomorrow? I sure am! :)

Okay! Gotta eat some lunch and get going! Take care ladies!

Sophie- don't worry about it taking a while! my 1st IVF I stimmed for 22 days!!!! sometimes it is better to go slow and let the follies grow at a healthy rate then to up your meds and have all theses cysts pop up! so don't worry itis totally normal for stimmimg to not be a "typical" length. Just means you are unique :)
Hang in there!

AAAWWWWWWWW Becleo my friend! You just reassured me so much! I thought they might cancel the cycle after ultrasound 4 or 5! PHEW!

And LOL about being unique! I'm a little sick of being unique that way, you know... being 6 feel tall, it's ALWAYS a length problem! Can't my length be normal for a change?

Great to have news sweetie! *hugs*

Hello again,

Thanks Sassy and Sophie for your support.

Sassy: sending hugs and baby dust for you.

Sohpie: I hope that all goes well for you too, I guess your cysts were delaying the whole procedures, but finger crossed for you that after two days the U/S shows the exact requested follicles size. I know how hard it is to wait for results.
Aunty: Good luck and happy stiming!

Stay positive ladies!

wheee, bedrest is over, I'm free to move about the house. :) I feel pretty good. could use a good stretch session. I have not felt anything that might be a symptom. my boobs we're already sore from the PIOs so that's no sign. mentally i think i'm going to make it. I'm almost giddy at the moment. I'm so excited about test day! this time i will not do the hpt. did that last time and it ruined my week. I'm just picturing my twins getting snuggled in nice and tight this week. :D

dru,
can't wait to hear about your test results! good luck! .... oooooh just read the news after i typed this! big congrats!!!! I am so happy for you!

amc, good luck with your scan today.

racheal,
glad to hear the eye is getting better. my finger feels better too. I put a glob of pure aloe vera and band aid on it and it doesn't hurt at all now.

nouna,
good luck with ET. don't worry, it's a piece of cake. hope you get lots of nice healthy eggs.

sophie,
sounds like things are looking up. I'm sure your RE has you best in mind for you. sending good vibes your way.

emma, PMA PMA! you can do it!
