Congrats Nickster! How fun- one of each!! Hope you are having fun shopping! I would offer help, but I am a tad behind on my own!! Our son's room is EMPTY! Still needs paint and furniture.

I threw my back out this weekend moving stuff out of baby boy's room and into a storage unit. I am just now able to walk so I must go and do house chores while Anna is asleep. I will write more later! Take care girls!

Fee--I'm with you on the 20 lbs that won't go away. I feel like all I do is work out and I'm still so frustrated. None of my pre-pregnancy summer clothes fit me and my baby had her 18-month check up today! It's not like she's a newborn here. So freaking annoying. I'm a bit obsessed with it, because it really is driving me nuts. Grrrrrrr. Just goes to show that we can't ever be happy, I guess.

Yep, as mentioned in above rant, Lucy had her 18 month check-up today and screamed through the whole thing. I don't know why, but she started crying the second she saw the nurse and didn't stop until we were walking out the door. She's never sick, so it's not like she's at the doctor's a lot. In fact, the last time she was there was for her 12 month check up. She's just a diva. She had three shots, so all evening long she'd point to her thighs and start to sniffle. Just for attention, I'm sure. Hmmm, wherever could she have gotten her need for attention from? (Seeing my not so attractive qualities reflected in my child is not something I had planned on!!!!!)

Hope everyone else is doing great. We're holding out for spring here, but snow is forecasted for this weekend so it's not looking good. Hopefully this is winter's last push!

Fee-- I forgot to mention that yes, we still go to the zoo a ton. Went yesterday, in fact. Your crocodile sounds very fascinating....Does Rio make all the animal sounds? Lucy wakes up growling some days and I can't get her to stop. Guess she thinks she's part Bear!

Hey Mego, yup Rio likes to make animal noises too, the other day he gave a couple of old ladies at the zoo quite the fright when he went up behind them and made monkey noises....

I am VERY frustrated with my fatness and I can't claim to have worked hard. I just have no self control and need to stop stuffing my face. Just seen some pics of me at the beach today. Hideous fat all around. Not only do I have a double chin I seem to additionall have a fat neck, you know the kind that makes you look like your chin is joined to your neck by a big roll of fat.

How about us disgruntled sistas have a sisterhood biggest loser? I have decided I need to lose about 6 kg in two months. Realistic if I work hard enough I reckon....

Ohhhhh, don't get me started with the weight thing......I hate those extra kilos!!!!!!!!grrrrrrrr, and I have a belly which I never had, I had a big butt but not a belly, so now I still have a big butt, even bigger PLUS the belly  ...............

Nickster....congrats on the couple!!!, that is fantastic!!!!!

Robbo.....I am with you on the not going crazy about having another, I also think about that sometimes, if I will or not be able to have another, I will try, but I am not going to suffer as I did to have Benjamin, now that I have him I am at peace.....

ok Fee I like the idea of having a Sisterhood biggest looser........but does that mean I have to go on a diet....hummmmmm, I guess that will be the only way of getting rid of this belly and butt....oh well

Ha! No, Vicky I don't think you killed it! I keep meaning to post, but I'm sure like everyone else everytime I sit down to do it, something comes up!

I got my double stroller yesterday. Not really all that fun of a purchase I must say. We went to pick out a chair for the nursery, but I forgot to bring a piece of the bedding(pregnancy brain) so I could pick fabric for the chair so I ended up looking at the strollers. We got a side by side Peg Perego. We picked a chair I just have to go back this week and pick a fabric. Hopefully I will remember to bring the crib skirt or something...

Hope everyone is doing good. We are painting the nursery this weekend. Right now we are waiting for the primer to dry. And by WE I mean DH. He is doing all the work! I feel bad, but I just don't have the energy.

The dr. is letting me go ahead and schedule my c-section. The lady is supposed to call me next week to set a date. I am aiming for the 4th or 5th of June. Only 8 1/2 more weeks!

Ok I think I am going to bed now. I'm beat!
Jenn
