Hello to everyone. Not much new going on with me, just waiting, and waiting, and waiting... Welcome Gail, I'll be testing on the 23rd too. Nikola, you are right. I was fooling myself thinking injections were better than pessaries. Crazy thinking! I had a very painful injection this morning and definitely plan on talking to my clinic about pessaries. If this cycle works, it will be too late for me, but maybe I can make a difference in other's lives here in the US. Kat, since you mention it, I have to know. What are percy pigs??? I was trying not to ask and sound so foreign but now I can't take it anymore. There has been way too much percy pig talk for me to be quiet any longer. Happy thoughts to everyone! Val

Hi girls, Just checking on you all, i think the pessarys r all going 2 ur head never mind them being good for your hair and skin i think they give you a high !! im sure i'll be just as mad shortly !! Well i've been for my baseline scan this morning and everything is fine apart from this new trend for the hiding ovary mines my left that goes awol !! so ive started taking the Progynova today and will be having my FET on the 5th Oct all being well So im sending u all lots of ++tive vibes and im hoping to follow lots of big fat ++tives girls !! Well I have been asleep all afternoon, only went for a little lie down and now it's 5.00 Val -Percy Pigs are little pig face sweeties which are strawberry flavour. At least I think they're strawberry, haven't had any for some time but with all this talk of them I may have to get myself a packet... In answer to your question Sarah they will only put 2 back in and if the 3rd is above average quality they will freeze it. I am just so pleased I have a choice of more than one this time - makes me feel a lot more confident Lots of love Kat xx

hi folks glad to hear everyone seems in good form. went for my second scan today and all's set for ec on monday! have to reduce dosage to 50ml tomorrow/sat morning and then the BIG one on sat night....lovely. my consultant is reluctant to tell me how many follies there is but they were as clear on the scan. kat- Fantastic result today- well done, i have a good feeling you'll get a +++++++ !! best of luck with et. Gail- welcome to the scbs to all waiting, hang in there... you're nearly there. im away to throw my feet up as we had to be in belfast this morning at 0750 and needed to leave home at 0550!! so completely cream crackered... eastenders & zzzzzzzzz i think. talk to you soon love hayley

Hi all Good news about your scan Hayley, and best of luck for EC on Monday. Wonder why they wouldn't tell you how many follicles you have. Mind you there's two doctors where I go - one who doesn't tell you anything and one who shows you everything on screen so perhaps they're all different in the way they do things. Well even though I slept all afternoon I am going to bed now and it's not even 9.30. Luckily I don't have to get up too early for ET tomorrow and have already got organised and paid congestion charge in advance so am all set. Lots of positive vibes to everyone Love Kat xx

hi kat, thats fantastic news for you, 3embies hey! Ill be thinking of you today! sore ovaries are the norm kat after ec, rememeber they keep sticking a huge needle through them to retireve all your eggies! take care and feet up girl! lots of love kathryn x

Hi All, Just a quick good luck and chill out to all this weekend. I am off to stay with my parents until next weds so that DH can varnish the study floor, and do all the cleaning (hurrah!) whilst I am away - believe that when I see it. girls need your advise!!! well last night i was so tired that i fell asleep and forgot to SNIFF!! im on the superfact 3 times a day spray... so you think i've done any harm?????? i sniffed 1st thing this morning and was wandering should i take an extra spray today to make up. thanks hayley

Hi all, thanks for all your good wishes for ET today. Well I am now officially on 2ww! I had 2 embryos put back in and one even divided some more in between the initial update from the embryologist and the actual time of ET. So I have good feelings for that one in particular. The third one didn't divide so couldn't be frozen but I am cool with that, I have 2 in there to look after so I am happy. I am off outside to sit in the sun now for the rest of the afternoon.... Hi all, Hayley, in answer to your question I didn't have pain at actual ET - it's a bit like having a smear test but I think not quite as bad, just a bit uncomfortable as you have to have a very full bladder so they can see what they're doing, but this morning it feels like someone shoved a hedgehog on a stick up my insides and wiggled it about. I'm sure it will settle down though Off to sit in the sun again now. lots of love Kat xx

hi all. kat - delighted to see you have now started your 2 ww, if you remember we might have gone together, now to give you all my up-date. i had scan last weds, not ready, scan again on friday and it seems that one of my ovaries have slipped a little, so they dont think they will be able to get to it on e.c, and guess what? it just happens to be the ovary with the most follicles and the most ready ones... the other one is not quite ready, we are hoping the week-end will do the trick. but just to add insult to injury.. i have pains in my lower side all day, and of course, coming from a very melodramatic family, i am now worrying about OHSS. am i totally mad{dont answer that}. i thought all these symptoms would have eased up by now, but... now to say hi to you all hayley - good luck for monday. val - you mustnt shop in M&S, percy pigs are SWEETS. to everyone elce hope you are all keeping in good spirits{not vodka or gin}. will talk again soon. love jackieT xxx
