Hi ladies. :) I dont really feel like posting too much but i wanted to give you all a little update. Well, I went in for my u/s and b/w appt and the news was good. I had a ton of follies (about 30 or so--u/s technician stopped counting)and I would trigger tonight; however, they got my b/w back and things have changed. My E2 levels are higher. I have to go back tomorrow for b/w and will probably have ER on --according to them--Thursday or Friday. Aggravated with it all. Honestly. I am uncomfortable and can barely sleep b/c of my tender ovaries. I am just ready to be done. I am trying to have a PMA, i really am. I'm just worried that they will probably cancel me if the levels are still high tomorrow. I am only taking Lupron 2night. No more Gonal-F or Menopur. I am ready to be in the 2WW. I could probably handle the 2WW better than the uncertainty of this past week. Please pray for me.

I think you need to get some rest, you sound exhausted :( Try to keep a PMA as there are several good things here -

1. You have lots of follies and that means you should have a great number of eggs. Thats a huge step in the right direction...

2. You get to trigger and no more follicle producing meds, so you should have you level at its peak.

3. I dont think they will cancel as they are triggering you for ER. The end is in sight....

4. Our hormone levels play with our emotions so much - i never know how i am feeling as my hormones take over, so dont get down over this - you have done great!!!!!

Let us know how you are feeling tomorrow - i can only imagine how your ovaries are feeling with all those eggs. They will stay sore after ER as well, but they do quieten down and get back to normal soon enough

We are thinkg of you :D

I feel like crap today way worse than yesterday. It's not pain just uncomfortable bruising and bloating. I don't think I am going to make it through work today.

JennJenn- Don't worry it will work out. I felt so much better when they cut down my stims. Of course I am still dealing with my high E2 level and I think that is why I am so uncomfortable today. I think your doctor justs wants you to coast on no stims so the level will come down. All the REs are so different.

Hi guys. I started coasting. My ER is this Friday, 12/12. You will never believe....my E2 levels was at 13,540 according to this morning's b/w. My nurse said it seems to have plateaued (sp?). That is friggin insane. I have been very uncomfortable all day/night. I barely got any sleep last night. Tossed and turned all night. I know in the end it will be worth it, so I am trying to have restore my PMA. Thanks everyone.

JennJenn- Oh I feel so bad for you. I don't know what my last E2 level was because they just took me off my meds and didn't tell me what it was but by everyone's actions it was high. At my ER they didn't do any blood work. I am now 2 days post ER and look like I am 4 months pregnant. I am so bloated. They tell me to eat lost of protein 80 grams a day and drink alot of gatorade this should help with the hyperstimulation. I hope I can get this under control before my transfer on Sat. Try drinking the electolytes and getting the protein. I will be thinking of you

JJC That is an amazing fert report, you should be really pleased with that!!! So if you have ET on Saturday i guess you will do a 5 day transfer and i'm certain you will have lots left over to freeze!!!!

Keep on with the protein, gatorade and taking it easy and you will be fine for Saturday.... Let us know how many you transfer and how you are feeling!!!

Jen Great that you get to have your ER. Cant wait to hear how it goes!!! Thinking of you and hope you are managing to get comfortable !!

It went very smoothly!!! I transferred 4 and froze 3. The 4 transferred were the best ones and of the remaining 3 , one was great and the others ok. My 8th embie had showed signs of slowing, so they decided not to freeze that one.

My beta will be in 23rd, which is a scary date because if its a BFN i know Christmas will suck, but lets be positive here!!!! It could be a great Christmas !!!!

I;m not a huge fan of 3 day transfers i would much prefer a 5 day but my clinic only does 3 days, still i am trying to stay really positive.

Are you excited about Saturday???? How many will you transfer??

JennJenn- I hope ER went well!!!
Kas- I am excited about Sat. My DH and I were talking about how many last night! We keep going back between 1 and 2, but I think we just can't risk it and will do 2. We have a 1.5 year old and he is our miracle child. Twins would be financially straining but oh the fun! My transfer is at 8:30 ET. Wish us luck. Bed rest is going to be hard but mom is taking DS for the day. By the way I am 30 and live in FL.

Let us know how your ET went!!!! How many did you put back? I would absolutely LOVE twins so for me that would not be issue, although maybe it would be if i already had a small child to look after!!!!! - you would certainly be busy!!!!

ANyway i hope it went smoothly for you and keep us posted!!!!

Hello all. I had my ER on yesterady and i have to say that was the single most painful thing I have ever gone through. Yesterday i was on bedrest and it hurt like hell. I still feel a bit sore but I can move areound the house. I guess the good thing is they retrived 18 eggs, 15 mature enough to inseminate and 13 fertilized. My ET is scheduled on Wednesday 12/17

Sorry about the pain, but you got a great number of eggs fertilised and its good that you can go ahead with your transfer without having to freeze and wait!!!! SO for now youjust need to spend some time trying to feel 'normal' again before those little ones are put back!!!
