Melissa- Sorry to hear you are feeling so sick. I am actually starting to feel a bit better. Definitely less queasy than I have been. I haven't thrown up since Thur. I still have not been eating much and I haven't gained any weight. Of course instead of feeling happy about it, I am nervous. I can't help but worry about the baby's heart stopping like last time. Are you going to see a high risk ob? or will you be seeing both an ob and a high risk doctor? I did that with my last pg and I hated it. I didn't like being shuffled around from the ob to the perinatologist. So this time I am with just a high risk ob. He does it all!

Nicole sorry about all the crap going on. I hope you get some answers soon.

Jade- I definitely was not upset when they said I had to come back for another u/s. lol

Marina- How are you hanging in there? When is you next appt? Oh yeah I posted my first belly shot on the spaces page (not sure what they did with that it seemed to have changed just like our site. Not sure I like th new format but oh well)

Lyly, tomorrow the 3 hour appt. again-maybe we'll be closer to some answers.I wish I could enjoy my pregnancy, because I really don't have it that bad-I mean I don't have m/s,like Melissa and you, which is wierd considering it's 3 babies in there.I didn't put any weight on and I'm not really showing-at least nobody noticed yet(I can tell myself, but not other people).
Ok,let you know tomorrow.

hi everyone.

I must be a ticker moron because I cannot get my ticker to work. Maybe its because I don't have the patience for it. I have a ear infection in each ear and had a terrible ear ache Sunday night/Monday morning. Went to doc on MOnday and got meds for me. Had to take Cara to doc yesterday, she has thrush, which she can transfer to me because I am breastfeeding. My dh picked up meds for me for thrush, but I won't get to use it until tomorrow (he works 2nd shift and picked it up on his way home).

Melissa,
There is medicine for m/s I hope that you get some. I got some when I was pregnant but never used it since I got over with the m/s. Hope you feel better I know it stinks having that but it is a great sign.

Ronda,
Sorry to hear that your lil one has thrush my older son had that when he was about the same age as your lil one. make sure you give her the medicine they gave you so it goes away. My mom says I was almost dieing cause of the thrush was going way down to my throat and that is dangerous. Hope your lil ones feels better. Hope you don't get it.

Marina,
Jade is a good influence and she will be able to answer your questions she went through what you are going through and she will be able to help you alot. Hope you make the right decision girl good luck! I know it is a hard situation but I am sure what ever you do will be the best.

Well girls here in Cali it is raining and very cold. This day has gone so slow don't know why I can't wait to go home and be with the kids and get a good nap.

Lisa,
How are those lil ones doing?

have a good Night!

Love Lili

Ronda, look at my post earlier on the 1st page,if you want to use ticker from Lilypie, just follow the exact directions i wrote,it's kinda wierd, but for some reason Lily pie works different from others.

Girls,I have good news(well,it's strange to call this a good news, but it's better for all of as). Baby A didn't make it,like they expected,it didn't have a hb today and that sac looked much smaler. I'm very happy we don't have to do the reduction,it was bothering me a lot and goes against everything we do here. So,the other two babies(the ones they think possibly identical) do very good, right on schedule, with hb 165 and 180.

Marina- I am so relieved for you! I am glad you will not have to contemplate doing a reduction now. I pray your other 2 little beans are healthy and strong.

Nicole- I know with endometriosis it can grow on your intestines and cause problems, but it depends are how bad it is and where it is growing. Endo can be a real big mess down there and not just in your uterus. It can affect your tubes, intestines and any other ogran down in the pelvic region. As far as chrons I don't know much about it but maybe some of the other girls can help.

I am really pleased for you Marina. That is great news for you - now hopefully you can relax and enjoy your pregnancy a little. I hope the rest of the pregnancy is long and boring!

I don't know much about crones disease except I think it can vary in its severeness. I hope you get somewhere with your next appt.

As for me I am feeling very nervous. This is where things started to go wrong in my last pregnancy. I am happy as each day passes without incident. I just need to get through the next 9 weeks without anything going wrong and then I might be able to relax. However, getting through the next 9 weeks might just kill me  I am being really careful not to do too much.

RESULTS of RE appt.

Post by ianmichael3 »

Marina~ I cannot imagine what you've been through, but am so happy you are relieved and am hoping and praying, like everyone else, your 2 little beans are happy & healthy!

AFM~ My RE checked me all out and said he is very doubtful I'd have the kind of endo that goes into the bowel, he described it as stage IV or V and that when you have it that severly, upon manual examination a woman's uterus, ovaries and cervix are RIGID~ I was not rigid, but easily manipulated and flexible, which is good. The bad thing is that although I checked out OK (no cysts, good shed, etc) he won't move forward with IUI or meds for me until I see a GI doc..... OK~ so I scheduled that and can't get in until 2/15, and then from that point the GI doc would schedule the full colonoscopy. YUCK. There really is something wrong with me b/c I keep having so much pain with gas and/or BM  poor me. boo-hoo. OK, I can do this. I am actually looking forward to a medication free cycle, but was hoping for just one..... now with the way the next appts will have to be spread out, it looks like it won't be until the end of February or even March before we can try IUI.

All in good time, right?

so blue,
Nicole

jaime,
Why are you scared right now? Seems that you made it girl, you are half way there which is great try to relax and take it easy.

Marina,
Sorry to hear that baby A didn't make it, but I bet it easy your mind on thinking about the reduction that is a hard decision but glad that you don't have to do that anymore.
Could it be a boy and a girl there?

Ronda,
How are you and the baby girl doing?

have a great day!

Marina,

I am glad that nature took care of the issue and you didn't have to make the decision about a reduction.

Lili,

Cara and I are fine, been better, but ok. I have developed the thrush on my nipples, so I am being very careful to put medicine on me and in Cara's mouth. I also have to boil her pacifier and bottles every day after she uses them. I still have both ears plugged, so I feel like am in a fish bowl.

Jamie,

You are doing great. Try and relax and enjoy your pregnancy.

Well, I am off to try and use the elliptical machine. I have 3 weeks before I go back to work and have no idea what I am going to wear. I need to lose some more weight or I am going to be in my smaller maternity clothes when I go back. I really don't want to have to wear them again (at least not if I am not pg).

Ronda,
Glad to hear that you both are doing better. make sure you boil her bottles at least every week that is what I did with my son and till now actually my mom is the one who has the habit of still boiling them which is a great idea that way you don't have to worry about the thrush.
be careful on the medicine you take since you are still breastfeeding Cara. If the thrush right in your nipples? are you taking medicine or putting a cream on it?
Don't worry about losing the weight it will take a while. I still wear my maternity clothes..lol but at night as a PJ it is just comfortable wearing loose clothes..lol
I know losing the weight is on of the hardest thing to do. So you will be returning to work at the begining of the year? Who will take care of the baby?

OK I can't fgure out how to doa ticker for the life of me... please someone help - how do I post both my kids along with their pics???

Ronda - Nursing takes me way too long - Kaitlyn does not latch so I have to pump and then feed her a bottle...I am a ticker moron right along with you!

Marina - I did what you said with the ticker but it is still not working! Boy 1.5 hours u/s - that is CRAZY!

Jamie - Glad your baby is doing fine so far!

Melissa - I was sooo sick with both my pregnancies... I threw up with the last for 27 weeks ... it was constantly morning, noon and night...

Nicole - Actually Lisa knows all about crohns because she has it. I know the basics because my mom in law has it.

Not much here. Kaitlyn is not eating very well and is barely gaining weight so I am giving her 2 ounces of formula twice a day and the rest is breast milk. She still hates to eat!
