Hi Julesg,

I am doing the test at home, i didnt want to be blubbing in the hospital if it was -ive. Where are you doing your Test? I bought the digital clear blue tests and was going to do one today (too early i know) and the blummin batteries must be dead, so it is a good job i wernt waiting till monday to use them!!

Hope you doing well and enjoy the tv

Hi All :D

Sue - I am also going to do mine at home I did last time and as it was -ve was VERY glad I did. Last time I only bought the test the day before I was due to test to try and avoid temptation - BUT I bought two so I have one waiting. It is clear blue also but not the digital one the one where you get a blue cross as last time I dreamt lots about blue crosses and thought it was an omen :!: I will say try not to test early - BUT I know it is too hard. I try to tell myself that I am not allowed - almost like it is illegal last time I managed not to (but probably because I didn't have a test :!: )

Collen - we are at a week now - hope you are feeling ok :?:

Jay - hope you are ok

Mia, Nes, Smita , Judy - how are you all :?:

I went to the doctors today and she has signed me off until wednesday so I don't have to go to work until next Thursday - YEAH. I was nervous about it - she was a liitle reluctant to let me sit at home and worry but I told that I went to work last time and it was too stressfull. So I can realx about work now - can't go out though as my work colleagues (not my boss he knows the truth) think I have flu :!:

Take care everyone and as always good luck
Love

here we are.... one week and counting. i know that there will be a HPT or two... most of you are probably saying not to, but trust me, i'm more crazy with out one then with even a -ive HPT.... i do not know why, but i feel like i need to have controll, i think after giving up controll for ivf, it's like my way!! i also feel it kind of sets me up to prepare myself for the worst, if needed be... but i never lose all hope, and i think that is very important!!

hows everyone else?? Jay how are we doing? i test 10 days after a 5 1/2 day blast .....so it's like 16 days after my EC..... it's only 10 days, cuz they transfer blasts, and they need to implant within 36 hours or something like that!!

judy- wow tomorrow is the day!!! wishing you load of luck!!! and tons of baby dust to you!!!!

suee- you have 5 days now??? have you resisted the temptation?? have you gotten a test that works?? i think that you might be able to use the test without the digital part?? wishing you luck!!!

debra- waiting to see your name on the test dates thread.... hope that your ET went well, and your resting letting the little boogers settle in!!

and to all others on this dreaded, but appreciated 2WW, i wish you luck and wish you quick time untill test date!!!

Hi Nicky - welcome to the boards and the nightmare that is the 2ww.

As NickiM mentioned have you seen the thread for october test days - debra can add you to the list

Colleen - here we are another day closer :!:

Well I had a trauma this morning woke up and really thought I was bleeding - tried to stay calm on the way to the loo but was not feeling calm - had a sinking feeling. It was however not blood but the lovely stuff from the pessaries :!: :!: Now MORE paranoid about syptoms and much to DH's joy this morning asked if my boobs looked different - they have been sore BUT I thought that last time :!: AHHHH I think the madness is setting in. I am happy not to be at work but miss the company (how sad is that :?: )

Sue - glad you have resisted temptaion only four days you are sooo close good luck lets make it a successful week for Liverpool :!:

Judy and MB test today - best wishes and love to you both hope to see some :D :D today

Hope everyone else is good

Lots of love

Hello everyone!

I'm also on my 2ww.....I've got 8 more days to go before test day, Oct. 14th. I haven't bought my HPT yet. The last time I had my IUI, I also didn't buy one early, which was good in a way 'coz AF came the night before test day. How's everyone holding up so far? Hope y'all doin' ok.

Hi....there are at least 2-3 of three of you anxious ladies who've not asked to be on the test dates thread yet....go on...it's free! lolololololol!!! If want to join, just write to me on the October Test Dates thread with your date.

Day 2 for me and....BORING! I'm on book 4 (really!). DF is at home too as DD's nursery is closed for 2 days. He doesn't seem to take my resting at all seriously, although he does all the lifting etc. Anyone else trying to manage a 2ww + a toddler? I know it's a lovely and lucky position to be in but also very, very difficult.

Twiddle, twiddle, twiddle...looking forward to having a teeny bit of work early next week, it helps keep me sane.

hugs to us all,
Debra.
Me: 44, DH: 31
Game Over.
Dates: Aug 02 - May 06
Tries: 5 fresh + 4 frozen.

hi there debra-

i've got a 4 yearold DS and a 20 month old DS.... i know how you feel.... DH was good the first, maybe day or so, then laxed... it's funny, i'll be doing something, dishes or something....then when i'm done, and only when i'm done he says "aren't you susposed to be resting?? let me finish" it so him....

how's about picking up DS?? no lifting, but how is DS susposed to get in his crib?? in the car?? and when he wants to snuggle??

well i'm down to 6 days!! i'm counting the days, and trying to figure out everything.... does this mean it work, or not.. leg cramps, i got when pg, and getting now, but way too eairly.... can it happen that fast?? boobs bigger (kind of hard to tell, cuz they are on the large side), but i lost all the drug/stim weight, which is usually not a good sign. i tell you it's torture!!!!! i wish i could sleep until the test day, then wake up and know!!!

and to top it all off.... DH is gone from now until Sunday night.... and i have to give my projestrone shots to myself... in my bum.... how easy is that going to be, not very...

gosh, i guess that i needed a little vent.... my pressure must have been high....

here's to a whole bunch of +ives!!!!!!!!!!!
