Hi Tawny - my RE is also for no sex, no exercise for the first 3 month - and he is very strict. the ovaries are still huge and need time get back to their regular size. don't really know why no sex but I read it on various other sides as well. I just think we spent all this money and a cycle is so so stressful that I wont cave in at the end so I can wait - even if that's not easy but what is with IFV?
RE says I am "ripe for the pickin'" and ER confirmed for Saturday morning. Triggering tonight. Still no power, but I don't think it will be gone that much longer. Getting excited!

BR- Go girl! Here is to retrieving those eggs and fertilization going well. Hope the power comes back on soon. Would not be fun to be hot with no power after retrieval.
Patricia- I admire you have the talent to sing. Always wanted to, but can't even read music.I feel sorry for whoever sits by us each Sunday in church and has to hear me. I hope to take piano in a few years with DS when he is old enough. If I am going to require him to play, I have to be able to do the same. Your group sounds interesting. What a joy it must be to truly help others. I believe in counseling. When I got divorced and the girl's dad left without a word, I made them go for a year. They hated it, but afterwards I always took them to dinner and they would talk and open up. Then the counselor would call me that night for an update. Despite how the girls felt about it, I thought it was very helpful.
AFM- I am still hanging in there. Here is the latest update.

Go back Sunday at 11:30. Good thing I have afternoon church. Saw RE while getting blood work. Continued to tell me to be cautiously optimistic. Said she recently had a patient start at a 5 and carried to term a healthy baby and that some FETs just take a while to wake up. Here is praying this little one is alive and well. Will continue to be monitored unless things change. Please continue to keep us in your prayers. My DH has been a sweetheart through this. He has stayed home most of the week to keep me busy and laughing. When we got married he promised to keep me laughing forever. He does his job well. I am so blessed to have him.

Hi ladies thought I'd give u a quick update on me. Had my transfer this AM. One of my 6 cell embys didn't make the thaw so they thawed another 5 cell which survived. Both divided after thawing so we transferred a 6 cell and a 7 cell the embryologist said this was. Very good sign and I sure do hope it is. The transfer was a breeze this time nothing like the painful horrible experience I had last time beta is 9/13 thanks for your support ! I hope everyone is well and I'm cheering for all of you
Sorcet - Congrats on the transfer! I had a dream last night that the RE transferred a BUNCH of embies without asking what we wanted to do. Haha this is messing me up in the head! Hopefully I'm less than a week behind you! Good luck and rest up!

I don't know if I will poas maybe if DH insist but probably not until sun or mon give it a week. I'm not one to freak out about these 2 weeks. I'm so used to failed iui's and knowing they were pointless but have to do them for insurance to cover ivf that I'm mixed on feelings right now. I'm hoping so much that this will work especially since they were such great embies that I'm afraid of the dreaded bfn. I might test with dh before I go take the blood test its an acuward call at work trying not to give away the test results to coworkers before I get a chance to tell the hubby.

Afm: trying to visualise a lovely positive call on wed. This date last year I found out I was pregnant. Im remembering that lovely feeling and hoping to replicate that joy on wed.
