Hi Debra - will be keeping my fingers crossed (or 'thumbs pressed' in German) for you on Tuesday.

What is Ovitrelle? Is this the HCG shot?

Great Debra! I'm so glad your "women's intuition" was off and that you have a good number of follicles. We're all rooting (sp?) for you. Don't let my bad luck psych you out. In answer to your question, I'm scheduled to have the ET on Saturday at 6:00 AM. So on Friday they'll call to let me know if my lone little embie's is doing okay. Apparently they don't check the embryos every minute like I would (and they don't even check them every day!) so I won't have news until then.

Cheers,
Donna

Hi Leigh - My hospital say that if AF arrives after 10.00 am, the day after is counted as Day 1. Another example of each clinic / hospital doing their own thing ..

Tracii - I'm an ICSIer - the last two cycles, and obv. the frosties from cycle 2.

Debra ... That's GOOD news. Don't be too hard on yourself ! .. and as you've said yourself, so many times before, anything can happen in 2 days. I've got my hospital apptmt on Tues am, so I'll be thinking about you. You're nearly there at last .. :)

Donna ... You did make me laugh, saying they don't check them every minute .... I was just imagining the position being advertised in the paper "Full Time Embryo Checker Required - £xxx" Ha ha ..

Hope everyone else is feeling okay today, on the gloomy, rainy Thursday teatime !!

Hi, thanks for all your kind words. I'm not down about it, I think my body is doing the best it can so 5 + 2 is as good as it will probably get, I just hope the 2 small ones put on a spurt.

Donna - 0600 ET? really? is that the first apt.? why so early? my clinic can't confirm my ET time yet (assuming we get that far of course) as they need to bump some other apts. as they said today 'egg transplants come first'.

Welcome all the newbies to March/April, we've got a really good crowd now.

Debra.

Hi Susie - I'm in Blackburn, using St Mary's, Manchester.

I've noticed a bit of a lump a couple of times, but they've always gone away pretty swiftly.

I start my Buserelin on Tues, so our cycle's aren't that far apart ! :D
