Babyluv - Wow 2 frosty that is fantastic news so this make it a lot less stressful when you know you have more with one cycle in case it doesn't work. The way it sounds to me your embies seam to be doing amazing... you will most likely get pregnant with those congrats.

Question for you? Why eating Eggplant if you are PUPO... I have been eating pinapple each day since the transfer... didn't know about eggplant?

I get confused and want to do personals on the update board......

It's raining and cold here in Kansas, Sara I hope you are snuggled in for the weekend. I personally braved the elements to get the necter of the gods.....Starbucks caramel frapp double shot no whip.( saving calories for extra caramel drizzle). Oh yea and I needed more tampoons and pads (yuck) for the great flood !!!!!
Well about midnight I took one of the old BCPs and by 4am flood slowed some no more more clots.... took another one this am and so far so good. I will finish up the old ones till monday. Cold has moved to chest, but I went to pharm this am and stocked up. I WILL be well by Friday for stims !!!!

ok boy you girls have been busy today...usually weekends are slow around here so i didnt bother checking in until now...big mistake!! haha

Hey Ladies-

only have a minute to post cause DH wants to watch NCAA basketball with me!!!! March Madness is here and my alma mater UVM has made it to the dance!!! In the end I decided NOT to go to Saratoga and I'm so happy with my decision. Besides the CRAPPY weather I had to wake up at 6:30 to go for my SnS and I slept on and off ALL day from the medicine!!! I would have been a mess if I went and my roomates were all understanding (although I only confided in one of them what I'm going through!.

My sns results came back and my prog levels were well over 40 and my e2 was 540 so everything is looking good so far!! Go back on Monday and just hoping those numbers don't drop!

Franny-enjoy your concert and get your boogie on!!! I will have to download his stuff....maybe if Phish comes out with a summer tour we will have to make a date to meet up with our pregnant bellies!!

Good morning-
Well, I am a total weakling and couldn't wait until beta tomorrow. I just had to know so I POAS and....I'M PREGNANT!!!!!!! God is so good I can not believe it, my whole body is pure adreneline right now The two lines showed up after a minute so I didn't have to sit in torture too long. Couldn't escape crying-I let the flood of happiness come, it has been almost 5 years so I thought this would never happen. I can't wait to see the #s tomorrow (I'm still secretly hoping for twins-my DH is NOT ) Oh, and with the time change got up at 6:00 am (really 5?!!!) so I'm going to be beat later.

I am thinking of you all-heeks and miner-I can't wait to hear your good news today! I will certainly catch up on personals when my hands are not shaking so bad.

Franny...So cool...Glad to hear that someone will be close to me doing the ET. Christmas baby, huh? I unfortunately have no choice but will be delivering around Thanksgiving because they cut me classic (vertical) on my uterus in my c-section due to hurrying to get Zach out...which means the odds of my uterus rupturing if I go past 36 weeks goes way up for a singleton. We will be looking at even earlier if I end up with multiples...but the doc says the chances of that are very slim...even with putting back 3 embryos. So hopefully we'll be getting a baby turkey bird for Thanksgiving. lol

AFM: I need your advice, ladies!! My DH did the first of our PIO shots and blood came GUSHING out after he administered the shot. Seriously, it was like Niagra Falls. This seems to happen a lot for us. What are we doing wrong? Are we doing the shot in the wrong place? I'm going to call my nurse on Monday, but any advice is greatly appreciated! I'm so worried that we lost all of the progesterone in the blood that came gushing out.

Claudia – I am so happy you are satisfied with your decision … that is what counts!

Rlk1 – on your PIO shot, just make sure when he inserts the needle that he pulls back on the needle before injecting the medication to make sure he isn’t hitting a vein. Sometimes you can avoid hitting a small vein but it shouldn’t be on a regular basis. Also, what location are you injecting? It should be upper right or left area (between the buttocks and just below your hip). Also, are you on any blood thinners, such as baby ASA or heparin? If you are on heparin, when is the last time they checked your PTT level to make sure your blood isn't too thin, which will cause excessive bleeding? I know those PIO shots are not easy ... I personally did not care for them. I hope this helps!

Heeks: I forgot to thank you for explaining the triple lining. I should have asked the sonographer before she left the room, but I didn't want to linger for fear she'd change her mind about my lining! Are you POAS today? I can't remember. If so, good luck (but don't read too much into those EVIL sticks....unless it's a positive!!!).

Angelaezra: Thanks so much for the tips. DH draws back the syringe every time and doesn't see blood, it's just when he takes the needle out that all that blood gushes out. I'm not taking Heparin, but I am on baby aspirin. Could that be it?!? We're doing the injections in the upper quardrant, but maybe not close enough to my hip?!? Ugh. I guess we'll try more "up" and "out" for the injection site tonight. Wish my luck!!
