yes it was. My husband did such a great job too! I hardly felt it--- of course that might be due to the vicodin I took for the post procedure pain from the ER HAHAHA!

Morning girls,

I take a half day off work and have nearly 3 pages to read, ye are a gossipy bunch!! Love it

Cressiw: Lots and castles and cliffs to see in Ire you could try Clare, Galway but i like Kerry we are going there for a few days in Aug before the madness of ivf starts again!!! Dont forget your brolly if you come! You may tell me the name of those vitamins dh is on 50 mill wow!!

Miyaya: we are also doing icsi as j sperm count is only around 5 million - he had an operation on testicles when he was 6yrs old and damaged his sperm count. Icsi is a great procedure as they hand pick the best sperm and make their job much easier by injecting them straight into egg so sperm dont use up as much energy - we got pg from 5 million!

Babiesgalore: Go embies!!! Please god they keep thrieving for you xxx

dogzule: Wed will be here before you know it, are you going to POAS early?

Dear god Katie99 a Bear!!! The most i see on a walk with my doggies is a rat!! My poor king charlies and westie are afraid of cows let alone bears. And seriously there is a bear spray????

Johanninta - Doing the AF dance as i am writing - she never comes when you want her to!!

Sunnygirl: Very proud of you for asking bunch of questions, i used to be quiet and say nothing but after 5 attempts i have a say in what protcol they use and question anything i dont know.

Go Michele!!! You are back on track again fingers crossed no delays this time xxx

lw918: 14 eggs you go girl!!!

Hi to all i have missed i am still finding it diff to remember everyone as there is so many of us!!

gi xxx
7th IVF finally our precious miracle girl Kayla born 24/11/10, 8th IVF FET Sept 2012 BFP!!!

Wow. Lots of posts to catch up on. Apologize up front if i miss anyone.

Cheeky - Thanks for the power dust. Waiting to hear from the RE today but keeping a PMA. Are u going to POAS or wait for the beta? next week is fast approaching. Can't wait to hear great news from u, Beth and dogzrule. Good luck ladies and keep the BFP going. Sending u ladies lots of embie stickie dust!

Katie99: I could not believe it when i read u're story. Seriously in NY. U must have a very courageous dog to chase a bear. Glad it was not while u just had u're ET. LOL. Keep that spray in hand at all times.

Lw: congrats on the great number of eggs. doing lots of grow embie dance for u. keep us posted of the fertilization. 14 seems to be the norm on this board.

butterfly - sending u also lots of grow embie dust. how are they doing? when is ET. sorry hard to keep up with everyone.

Gi: how are u holding up? thanks for the PMA

Johannita- have been doing A/P as well and love it. Been going once a week since AF and went yesterday and will go one more time after ET. Even if people do not think it helps, at least it makes u calm which i believe is what we all need. Good luck

Michelle - congrats on starting the lupron. the stims are right around the corner. are u doing a fresh cycle or FET?

Sunny: am doing the follie dance for u as we speak. grow follies grow! sending u loads of PMA and grow dust. 11mm is a good size so good luck with ER next week.

Penny - Yah u got a date for Lupron. Next week is right around the corner.

miyaya - so glad that u finally got things moving. hang in there hon!

tangela - how are things with u? how is the AP going? i love my one hour of pure bliss. I bet u can't wait for August. Me too!

KayCe - any updates? How are you dear???

beth - hang in there with the move. Moving is SO not fun, but at least you can't do anything so YAY for you! How are you feeling? Are you going to POAS?

lw - how are you feeling today?

AFM - I am not going to POAS. I just don't think I could handle it. Ugh. Was feeling quite a bit of little cramping and tinges in my uterus yesterday evening and during the night, hoping that's a great sign that the little one(s) is snuggled all the way in there.

Good Morning Ladies,

Cheekyone - Thanks for the AF Dance. Keep it going.

Gi - Nope, it never comes when you like. Keep dancing.

LW918 - WOW 14 eggs! That's awesome. Please keep us posted.

BabiesGalore - Well so far so good. I like going because it is relaxing.

Cressicaw - Cold uterus huh? Interesting. He doesn't do my ear. I puts them on my hands, belly, legs and feet.

Sunnygirl27 - Thanks for the welcome. I look forward to reading about all you wonderful ladies.

Dogzrule - Cute pun. lol Nope, it can't HURT. The doctor recommended 2x a week min. I said well we'll see if I can afford that. A/P isn't covered by my insurance. They participate in some discount program so I pay 52.50 a pop. I asked how often I should go, he said in China, everyday. I said well I might be able to do 1x a week maybe 2 here and there. I can't wait for tax time next year. I've got a ton of medical receipts already!

Michelle - congrats on starting Lupron. I can't wait to get back to sticking myself again. lol Did I just say that?!!

Katie99 - Holy Crow!! A BEAR!! I'm glad to hear he went away and you and your dogs are safe. Makes for a great story! Bear spray?! Didn't even know it existed. Interesting...

Tangela - I'll probably change the amount of times I go. It's adding up. I went 1x 2 weeks ago. I couldn't go last week and this week I went yesterday and I'm going to go today. I think it's going to be 1x a week from here on out.

AFM, I went into ER this morning for b/w. I have to call in after 3 to listen to results. Still no AF so maybe I'll be on provera. I'll find out this afternoon.

Have a FAB day ladies and lost of sticky dust, follie and AF dances and PMA for all.

Hello ladies!

how are you all today? I hope everything is moving right along as it should be :D You wouldnt believe how nervous I was taking the dogs out last night - Geez, DH is on his last week FINALLY of ridiculous work schedule, so only a few more days of "what if the bear comes back fear" I cant wait, also i go for my baseline on tues, cant wait for that either!

sunny - Yes, sinus problem finally gone, thanks. I'm glad you got your bad nurse squared away! I'm wondering if youre going nuts stuck in a hotel in NYC by yourself? I hope not. Theres a lot to see & do in the city, You must be a really strong woman to put yourself in a different state to go through a cycle - :D KUDOS to you!

tangela - Yes, no kidding! I just about lost it when I saw what the dog went after! Too scary for me! I'm envious of the A/C idea, I wish I had thought of it a few months back, its too late for me to start now. Plus the stress relief must feel wonderful!

dogz - how is the 2ww going? hopefully quick. Heres to not doing POAS! I cant b/c i have to take hcg boosters. STICKY thoughts! your beta is right around the corner!!

cheeky - Hows it going with you? not a grizzly, was a black bear - thank God! if it was a grizzly I dont think that it would have ran. YIKES!

lw - congrats on 14 eggies! We are all waiting on the fert report!
keep us posted :D

Gi - yes, there is bear spray, its pretty much pepper spray with a 30 ft reach. But it only helps if u have it with you! lol- WOW you've got me thinking of how badly I've always wanted to see Ireland & Scotland, I was raised by my Scots Grandmother whose brouge (sp?) was so thick people always had a hard time to understand her - someday.......

beth WOW moving during a cycle, hope you dont lift a thing!

johannanita - I'll need new shoes if I dance anymore! Where is this darn AF anyway? ok, more dancing!

babies - I'll have my fingers crossed for you, will you hear today?

penny - YAY!! med schedule! now you are really on your way!

michele - Hope you arent working too hard. You must be so happy to have started lupron again! Next wed for me! Hope neither one of us is stuck with lupron headaches! how is Ella's big day coming along?

LOADS OF PMA TO YOU ALL!!!

Hi all-

Taking a break from more packing. We're spreading this out over a few days, and doing the big furniture day tomorrow. I'm not carrying anything, but figure I'm fine to pack and unpack things.

Just checked in with my RE who said that I had three blasts make it to the freezer! Of course, I'd rather get pg this time, but it's nice to know we have enough to do an FET or two before having to go through another fresh cycle.

Anyway, dogz, I definitely plan to POAS, but just once the day before the beta. If it's bad news, I just prefer to get it that way, rather than on the phone with the clinic. But I can totally respect those who would rather do it the other way. I'm having the same kind of twinges that you're describing, but I'm too afraid to think that it is anything! I hope for both of our sakes that it is!

Michele - I'm so glad you're back on track! You take so much time to keep track of all of us, it must have been heartbreaking to wait so long for yourself!

Okay, should get back to packing. sigh.

Post by Faith9455 »

Fedex arrived yesterday with my box of hope/torture :) It sure is different reading about everything I'll be taking and then actually seeing it all. I start Lupron on the 27th. It sounds like a couple of you are starting that day or close to it. I've had the flu for the past couple of days and couldn't help but think....hopefully the next time I'm puking my guts out it's becuase this all worked out the way it's suppose to!

I'm still not brushed up on all the acronyms...so happy, stucky dust to all!

Beth - Congrats on the 3 blasts. That is awesome news. Am sure though you will not be needing them anytime soon as u will be bringing another BFP to this board. Good luck with the move. At least it gives u soemthing to take u're mind off the move.

Good luck with the POAS. The one time i did not POAS was when i got a positive beta so i refuse to do it again. But that's just me.

Katie - glad u're DH's schedule will get better but am sure u're dog is protection enough. I would be petrified and would have prob moved out. haha

Dogzrule - we all try and look for signs so it is quite common to analyze every small change. i use to ask my DH if my boobs were getting bigger - of course i was imagining b'coz of the progestorone. But all in all i have a good feeling about u're BFP!

AFM, my RE called and my 4 embies are growing as we speak and they are all doing very well - all grade 1. Yah. He does not want to transfer more than 2 blasts because he said the way they are dividing it will only increase the chances of triplets - which i do not want because of all the risks. of course i would love to have 3 but will settle for one! keep sending me the power dust. ok better get back to work. these boards are so addictive.

Babies - YAY on your wonderful embies!!!! I just knew they would all grow like crazy! :D

beth - after your reply of POAS one day prior to BETA and your reasoning, I thought, hmmm. Perhaps I will do the same, oh dear identical cycle twin. BUT THEN I read Babies' post about the one time she did NOT was when she got the BFP, so I'm back to not. I don't know. Ugh.

Faith - how exciting that your box of torture er hope has arrived! I hope you feel a lot better very soon! Be prepared that you might get some serious migraines your first couple of days (I took excedirn migraine), but if you do, they won't last past that. Btw, here are a couple of acronyms: POAS = pee on a stick. ER = egg retrieval. ET = embryo transfer. AF = aunt flo (although I think you know that one!). BFP = big fat positive. FET = frozen embryo transfer. 2ww = 2 week wait. :D

Hi ladies! - Well, I officially survived the stepdaughters for July! They are safely back home now and the lump on stress in my stomach has been gone since they left! I celebrated by quitting caffeine, alcohol, and anything potentially bad for me and getting ready for round 2 :) Now I just wait for AF, which I figure is about two weeks away, then I can move on to my BCPs. I think I have a much more positive attitude this time around. Maybe it is from doing it once already and knowing what to expect. And knowing if this doesn't work, we do have the two frosties for another try....

Anyway, I'll try to start keeping up with the personals. Is there anyone else lurking that is waiting to start BCPs? Or anyone delayed that is closer a September schedule?

Stats~ I am delayed due to uterine polyps. I am waiting for someone, anyone to call me back to schedule my hysterscopy. Once that is done, we will start right back up again. I say anyone b/c I have my name in to 3 surgeons.....NO one is calling me back. Story of my life these days.

LW~ WOW, 14 eggs. That is so great. I cannot wait to hear how they do.

Katie99~You must be a New Englander? I live in Maine. Gotta love them Bears! However, it must have been scary seeing your dog so close. I would have freaked.

Good luck to you all in the 2ww. I know its painful but I truly feel there are positive vibes coming our way!
