Hi all!!
Looking in on my friends..
Its been a lovely 2 days with dh and I thought I'd just pop in and share my happiness..
Jessica,
Thank you so much for keeping an eye on us in your pain too.
I shall be praying for you in March.
Do take good care of yourself and dh.I hope your pain lessens as each days passes.

LittleP,
Your visit sounds wonderful and so do you!
I'm doing great as expected with dh around :D He's such a sweetheart and I'm so lucky and blessed to have him.
He's going back on Saturday, but then ba ck again when the baby comes so its not as painful, though I know there'll be some tears!

I went in today to the docs to check as he wanted to know whats happening as well,
all is the same as last week, except fluid levels have dropped further( 7cm now) and so I have been asked to come back on monday and watch the movements like a hawk.. 20 per day..

Monday will tell whether its going to be a c, or not..
They are ok with the fluid levels till the baby is moving..

I hope everyone is doing well..
have a great weekend- will look in on u all after dh leaves.

hugs,
smita

hi girls
sorry yet again to not posting for ages ... all my posts seem to start like this
still full of a cold and doing the bare minimum..house is like a tip.
i went to see the consultant yesterday and yep i do have spd(think it was olivia that said it) so now i have this support gurdle thing to wear and to rest as much as poss and if it continues then im to have bed rest iv also gotta go back for another scan(which im pleased about ..another piccy)
its that time again for antinatal classes tonight not sure im going with feeling so crappy but i know if i dont ill regret it ... hubby cant come as hes working so my mum will come..just wished it wasnt late in the evening.
even tho i dont post much i am reading every day and waiting for news of the special arrivals
also catching up on all ur news puts a smile on my face when u all seem so happy and excited
im still buying stuff but having to do a little at a time because of the pain hopefully the nursary will be finished this weekend.. we ordered a cot and when it came last week one of the ends was split i was so upset after waiting nearly 3 weeks for it to come anyway a replacement is supposed to arrive tomorrow or monday i do hope its tomorrow...i dunno if anyone else feels the same but every little thing feels like a major thing i want everything yesterday and get so upset when things arnt going right...last week when i was upset bout the cot i was scared it wouldnt come before baby was due and hubby had to calm me down and remind me that 8 weeks is still 2 months away and that its sure to arrive and if it didnt he would go out and get one from somewhere else no matter wot the cost ...just to make me happy awwwwwwwwww
oh well i need to go and try and do a little tidy up and then put feet up
love to u all

Hi everyone - gosh I can't believe how long I've been off boards - still feeling rotten like Jacs but I've been keeping an eye on you all.

Smita - fantastic news about DH - hope you're having some lovely time together. Sorry fluid is down but shouldn't be long now so hopefully won't matter too much.

Lil P - glad scan was lovely and all looks great - bet you can't wait now

Jacs / Olivia - how are you guys doiing with the SPD? Sounds really difficult. Are either of you goiing to get any physio or anything to help with that?

Esther - good to hear your news - sounds like you're getting excited now

Joy - you poor thing - must be a worrying time for you but at least now you are past the danger point and chances are that if it happens now all will be great

Jayme - glad all is well with the twins

Kim / Minnow / Susie - it's fantastic hearing news of your wonderful new lives - can't wait to join you - it all sounds so deliciously exciting

Jessica - so wonderful to hear from you, I've been thinking about you a lot lately and it's so nice of you to find the strength to pop in despite it being a particularly difficult time for you. I hope you always feel you can keep in touch with all of us and it won't be long till we are setting up your countdown for your little March embie who is going to be a star xxx

love to all,
(P.S is anyone feeling black and blue from the punches and kicks?)

Hi Jacs - you do make me laugh - I wish I could get up some enthusiasm for rude talk - my hubby is feeling rather neglected - he keeps giving me 'that look' and I give him the 'no way' look back! Hope your check up today goes well and you get some pain killers. I know exactly how you feel (well except for the SPD pain) - it's bloomin' hard goiing - I never expected the last few weeks to be such a marathon! Roll on 6 weeks tomorrow! Anyway, got to dash, I'm off to college to hand another essay in - it'll be a miracle if I finish this course before little one comes!

love to all,

Cherylxxx

How is everyone?

I hope that the various colds have disappeared and you are feeling more human again!!

Not much happening here - just waiting .... and waiting .... and waiting - ever so impatient!!!

I have really enjoyed this pregnancy, but now I have to admit that I am ready to meet Little One.

Big hugs to you all.

Hi Guys

Sorry I have been rubbish at posting but am at the end on my tether with the SPD. Things have gone from bad to worse, now even getting from the sofa to the loo is hard work. I can't get out at all without the wheelchair and am totally fed up. To top it off I have had sinusitus which is now improving, thank goodness.

My boy is measuring large for my dates so the midwife is arranging a growth scan, everyone is concerned that I will need a c-section. To be honest, I don't really mind what way he comes out as long as he is ok.

Jacs - sorry to hear your suffering too, if you pick up any tips on how to ease things let me know. I have a belt but my little man goes crazy every time I put it on, even though it doesn't even touch him! I can also relate to your sleep problem, I can't lie now at all so am sleeping upright on the couch. I manage 3-4 hours but my concentration span in the day is non existent.

Cheryl - You don't sound it your having too much fun now either and still sound very busy. only 6 weeks now for you and Jacs, I'm sure it will fly by. I have finally managed to sort the antenatal classes but I will be 37 weeks. I almost hope I don't make them.

Congratualtions to all the new mummies, hearing about the safe deliveries is really cheering me up at the moment.

Hi to Little P and esther and anyone else still playing the waiting game.

Sorry girls, all I ever do when I post is moan and considering how lucky I have been I really shouldn't.

take care all
