Glad to hear all went well. It is such an amazing experience to see your little one especially when it starts to look like a real baby isn't it?
I hope the bloods come back and show you don't need any more IVIG. Do you know how long you need to be monitored? Do you have another scan soon?
I think if you do find out the sex you should definately keep it a secret!!!!!!!! It will drive us all mad but it makes it extra special for you and DH.

Sending you all lots of hugs and babydust.

Glad to hear everything is great with you and your little one. It must be very reassuring. I hope you get great results from the NK test and that the IVIG is a thing of the past.

Keep on keeping well.

Cheers

Thanks girls - I will keep you updated, but don't want to drone on too much on this forum.

Ellie - they said they would tell me what happens next when I get my results. I'm just praying that they stay low, then it means (I think) that we will be waiting till 12 weeks for the next scan.

Hope you are all ok

where are you p :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?:

the state came out bright and early this morning and they just finished up ..
we are good to go..
i was a bit upset..

after all of the meetings they called shane in here and talked with him
infront of us and told him that he still had chores to do and that it is against the law to make false statements.

then they told us that we are the only group home that has never had charges filed against them.

but it bugs me that a woman thinks that i abused a child.

Hi Becky - I'm here.

Unfortunately no results from hospital yesterday so will have to wait till Monday now. I hope they are low and that is why they are not hurrying :D

I'm so sorry about everything that you are going through - I can't believe that somebody you've taken into your home and given love to could be so evil. I really hope that things improve for you soon - you don't deserve this at all.

Big hugs to you and DH - I hope you are both OK. I'm sure given your history with the children and the loving environment that you have shown them, the authorities know that this boy is lying - fingers crossed and big hugs for you.

Take care

Little P

Becky, I am so sorry to read about your troubles. As you know, I was working for the Queensland child protection authority here and I don't know if it will make you feel any better but...we receive complaints from lots of kids in care (we call them notifications). Each complaint has to be taken seriously and is investigated as a matter of course. Very few of them are substantiated and it certainly doesn't reflect on the carers at all. I am sure that the relevant people in your neck of the woods are used to complaints of this type and although you have had to undergo this horrific experience, it will not reflect badly on you and will not affect any future plans you have for fostering or adopting. You sound incredibly strong and I feel inspired by your attitude after all this kid has put you through. Now, when I am having a bad day, I think of you and your positive spin on this whole situation and I know I can get through anything. You are amazing Becky and I really hope that you and yours are blessed with nothing but happiness from here on in.

Keep strong
Heather

Little P

Good luck with getting your results on monday - am sure it's because they are nice and low they didn't get in touch! Sorry have not been around much, been going through everyones favourite time - the 2ww which thankfully is nearly over!!!!

Becky

Just to go along with what everyone else has said - kids can be cruel but deep down they will appreciate just what an amazing job you do for them. You are one special lady and I really believe it takes a special kind of person to do the things that you do. There needs to be many more like you

You always manage to be so positive, no matter what life throws at you. You truly are one in a million.

Just hope that you are ok.
