Sophie: so sorry to read of your bfn. That sucks. I was hoping so hard for you! Glad to hear that you have a trip to look forward to (always helps me a ton!). I can second azkiwi's egypt vote. We had a fab time there... and it was totally different from anywhere else we had been before. No matter where you go, it will be great for you and dh to have some time just the two of you w/o ivf worries. You know where i am if you ever need a chat.

TC: what a beotch! I have to assume that your ex has told trophy-wife not to throw her preg in your face???? And she does it anyway?? I mean, she is young, but not young enough to have an excuse for being stupid. As for what to do... i personally (unlike aunty) do not have an aversion to slapping her, even while she is good and preg (I can imagine that DOES NOT say good things about me

). BUT, I will have to say, i will postpone kicking her in the gut until after she delivers

. Anyway... sorry that happened, can't imagine how hard that must have been to keep it all in check.

TC - some people have no idea how to show a little consideration - it isn't that hard to take another persons feelings into consideration!!!!

Sassynlv - I bet you are looking forward to starting your next cycle. Isn't Egypt an interesting place to visit - sooo different form the life we live.

Everyone in the 2ww - another day has almost passed so you are one step closer

As for me I have had a couple of scans and plenty of blood tests. It was neat to see the scan yesterday morning and a couple of days before as it reassured me that something was happening !!! I have 9 on the left and 11 on the right between 11 and 17mm plus some smaller ones that are trailing behing..... My estrogen level is up a bit so they have had me stop the Puregon last night. I had another blood test again this morning so i hope it is all leveling out again. My nerves are kicking in a little and I hope they all do what they should do over the next few days

Im still feeling really good - apart form a lot of bloating - even clothes that are usually loose on me are now really snug. Looks like EC will be on Thursday.

AZkiwi: glad to hear stims are going well--- nice # of follicles going there!

TC: oooo, one thing i forgot to mention... you said something about how some people getting preg doesn't bother you. Yep, i also find that a bit strange. Like for me, my sisters and really good friends... their preg or newborns really don't bother me. For me, it is people that i know, but not very well, that i find to be difficult sometimes... strange as i would think it would be the other way around. Oh well... hoping abby is doing better.

OK, so dh is sick and has been since yest am.... chest congestion, fever, sore throat, etc. Anyway, one of my 10 mo old nieces has RSV and sil rushed her to the ED this am when she couldn't get her temp below 103' even w/meds, and she wasn't breathing well. So spent the day watching nephews and nieces while bil tried rushing back into town (he was out of town for a family funeral). Niece now in the NICU and they are having trouble keeping her oxygen levels up

. Then had to deal w/a nurse who considered it beneath her to change my niece's diapers (ooooo, having been a nurse, this DID NOT go over well w/me

). Just got home, and now taking care of dh

. Anyway, needless to say, btwn niece in hospital, work (yep, have to work early in the am... no holiday off for me

), dh, and watching nieces and nephews... may not be around a whole lot for the next day or two.

You will be in my thoughts. Best of luck to those testing in the next few days.

Spohie/PMA: Im glad ur looking foward to ur honeymoon, and just to anwser ur question about the weather in Ireland around April - it can rain, be misty, foggy, cold - but in the same breath it can be sunny (not boiling sunbathing weather - but for walking/hiking its lovely) Ireland is a beautiful place to visit for hiking - plently of beautiful mountains and walkways. Here in the North of Ireland is also just as beautiful, and of course theres the fact that i live here - makes it more appealing lol. I hope u have a fantastic time, and should u need to call on me - im here

Sassy sweetie I am so sorry that DH is feeling poorly and that your sweet niece is so sick. You have a really full plate and I hope that everything and everyone gets better soon! Hugs to you!

Thank all for validating yesterday for me. Sassy I too am not opposed to slapping her now, and trust me had Abby not been there I would have. And thank you all of asking how Abby is doing, her Dad called me this A.M. and said that she will be going to school today! I knew she would has I would have never let her outta my sight if she still a fever. We discovered the source of DH's problems too! Turns Peter Pan Peanut Butter had an issue with some of thier product....yep I just happened to have that jar! LOL

Well my friend and I shopped for 6 hours yesterday! I got so many cute outfits, and DH's eyes popped outta his head when i came in with all those bags! It was much needed!
