JDC~I am so thrilled about your 4 follies! Please let us know as soon as you go for retrieval. I betcha they will be some good strong eggs too as I know you have been prepping with the AP and herbs all this time!

Val~my FSH is 12.9! (eek--I know it's bad.) But my Doc specializes in whack hormone levels and is very optimistic about me getting a BFP. I know he means what he says as we are governement-funded (they will not pay for people with bad prognosis.) When I first joined the boards I got scared reading other FSH posts as I don't think they would even treat me in the USA with FSH 12.9. But they don't have a cut-off here in NZ. shew. Yours is very respectable at 10!

Rosario~i am sorry about your meds coverage. But Im glad your Dad helped you get sorted. I am a low responder too. I betcha you will have good qulaity eggs as you are so nice and young!

Karen~It's nice to have you back. Im sorry the trip was kind of a bummer with the weather and all. But Im glad you are relaxing today in your PJs! Take it easy and be good to your self and I hope the rest of the trip will be super!

MzTia~Im glad your DH is not witholding his swimmers! He sounds like a thoughtful and philosphical guy-with his worries already focused on your future kid. My DH has said he feels slefish too in wanting this miracle baby when there are too many people already in a world running out of resources. I just tell him that the strongest biological instinct is to procreate (even stonger than fear of death!) He is a biologist so this works on him :) And he really wants a kid deep down.

Harris, Hoping and Babyloves--I am thinking of you all! How is the 2ww? Be sure to do some visualization of your healthy babies growing strong.

All you stimmers Bell, Rosario, Kate, babycrazy and others--inject yourselves with a smile on your face as you are one step close to a BFP! Can't wait to hear your news. Keep us posted.

Hi ladies! I just have a quick question. I go for my ER tomorrow and at my u/s this morning, my lead follie was 24mm. Does that sound too big? I'm not worrying about every little thing I promise!

Hello ladies,
Glad to see everyone is progressing well! We are all at different stages but have the same goal in sight!! I can't post to everyone right now because I am on the way out the door to take my girls to breakfast. I went yesterday for my inj. class, meet with finanical adv., mock transfer, and education class. We left the house around 7:00 and returned at 6:00. VERY LONG DAY!!! But I do feel better about everything. I stop my BCP on Aug. 6th then I will start my stims on Aug. 11th if u/s and bloodwork is okay. I ordered all my meds so they will be here on Tuesday. I will be on Follistim, Ganirelix, Low dose HCG, Ovidrel, and progesterone oil. Praying for a BFP!!! Hope all you ladies have a great day and i will post more later!! = )

Hi all! Hope everyone's doing great.

JDC - congratulations on entering the final stage. This morning i read an article about what's considered the normal follicle size and it suggested that the sizes between 16 mm and 24 mm are the best. So you're doing great.

Valerie - last year we traveled around europe and visited belgium. We stopped in Antwerp, Brussels and Brugge. We loved it. The old architecture and people were amazing.

Karen - sorry about the weather. We actually got a pretty nice summer here on the east coast. We get enough rain so we dont have to turn on the sprinkles and the temperature is above 25 celcius, some days are too hot though. Sending some of the warm weather your way.

Harris, Hoping and Babyloves - all the good vibes to you.

Went for u/s and b/w this morning. All 18 follies are still there although they're still on the small side which worries me but the nurse said since it's only cd6 that's normal. My E2 level is 50 and lining 6.5. So far so good. Hopefully my follies start growing pretty soon. I talk to them sometimes, makes me feel better. I just hope i dont end up in the nut house.

That's about it for now. Next u/s on friday. Need some good news, as we all do.

Baby dust to all!!

Thanks, babycrazy....I also just read that they let them grow a little bigger when they do icsi, which we are doing. Don't worry, I talked to my follies all last week and it seemed to work!

Roll on tomorrow!!! August is the month it all starts happening !!!

Mugsey24 Looks like we on exactly the same schedule!
Went yesterday for medication training and to get the mock transfer done. Seems i will now stop bcp a day later than planned on 5th August and will also start follistim on 11th. i am taking a combination of Follistim and Puregon Then i'm also on the ganirelix (sp?) so seems that for now our cycles are in sync pretty good!!!

I learnt a lot yesterday and feel more confident about what i'm taking and why. Reading the boards and learning from all of you really made me feel a little more knowlegeable and not so overwhelmed by all the techno talk.

Is anyone having this assisted hatching?? its an extra $500 and i wondered if anyone investigated this route and decided for/against it?? Everything is new to me right now and i'm making decisions almost like guesses. I turned down PGCT yesterday - sounded good but was expensive. Any advice ?

Hey,
Does anyone know how to start a fancy list? I think it would be nice since we are getting a lot of ladies on the board and I am finding it hard to keep up where everyone is at. I know we have 3 or 4 in the 2ww and a whole bunch of us are starting stims the first couple weeks of August. I guess I will just kind of outline a list and everyone can copy the list, add where they are at and then post it. Hope everyone is good with this. Feel free to tweak it if ya want.

for those of you who may not know and want to update your info, just hit the quote button that is by the post when the schedule. Then you will see a whole bunch of stuff in brackets. Delete the first bracket that says [quote to_have_fun08] and then the very last bracket that says [quote].. then you can add what you will like to add and post it. Hope this helps.

If you don't want to mess with it just post that you would like some to add your info and I am sure one of the great ladies on here will be able to update it.
