Jan - I know what you mean about baby neighbours. We've 3 little ones in our block of 6 flats. They're such cuties! What about your surge - you seem to have been waiting patiently for such a long time now.
MLG - My DH has the same problem with needles - he can't even look at me doing it let alone try himself on me. He does all the complicated mixing business and measuring which I don't trust myself with :wink:
Niccy - all the best for Wednesday. You mentioned the Ben Elton book; I've read it about 3 times as I found it brilliant. Sensitive but not cheesy and so many laughs - and we could all do with that during this difficult journey, can't we! I encouraged DH to read it but after 1 year he's still not got around to it...
Sml - so glad you had some +ve news. It really does help. Hope AF come any day now!
Stacy Marie - just 2 more days to go for us...

Sorry if I've missed anyone. As for me, I'm back from my break and really enjoyed seeing family and friends in the UK, not to mention the shopping... I couldn't disguise my full suitcase to DH :wink: I thought it was all over on Saturday when I started spotting and then bleeding and then on Sunday there was nothing. But this afternoon I've started spotting again. Really don't know what to think now but MUST wait until official test day on Wednesday, and no naughty HPTs!!

I did miss someone - sorry Traci!! And what fantastic news too - this little embie WILL be the one! Keep relaxing - sure you'll have fun planning your Dubai trip. A bit of sun wouldn't go amiss in Stuttgart either. I was so shocked flying in on Sunday... and everything was white... STILL. Hope your 2ww goes quickly honey.

Good evening ladies

hope you are all well.

Well I have taken my second day of menopour today and the injection didn't hurt quite as much as yesterday. I think I must be getting the hang of it now.

DH and myself have been out for the day today. It was really nice to get out of work for a change.

3 more days and then the scan to see how many follies are developing. How are you all getting on

Hi Eminde...welcome back! :D

Sooo...your test day is coming right up! Hoping you are feeling well and sending you loads of PMA!!

Nothing yet for me...yep, sure does feel as though I've been waiting forever! :? Problem was that I had a 16 day cycle...so right in the middle of testing for my LH surge...guess who came knocking on my door? AF with her suitcases fully packed to stay 4 days! :evil:

Anyhow, I'm at Day 11 of my cycle today, so hopefully soon! I was just realizing today how many sticks I've peed on over the past 6 months...unreal. Think I must be keeping the company in business all by myself!

Rachel: welcome!

All the best to those in 2ww, cycling, etc...we should start a list up again, but I really suck at that stuff...anyone?

Hello everyone. :D

My last night shift tonight so feeling very tired!!! Nothing new there then!

Not going to moan tonight for a change - I have decided to get positive and optimisic about Wednesday. Going to see it as another challenge sent to make us all stronger......... :o

Thanks Eminde for your list of strange and wonderful places you have had to inject - will keep you updated if I have any of my own!!! But I have to admit it still scares me the thought of needles :shock: but by the end of it I know I will be use to it. Thats what I like in the Ben Elton film just the pure comedy of having to jab yourself! :)

Good luck to everyone who are surge watching, bum jabbing, inserting and knicker inspecting :oops: - ARE TIME WILL COME!! :wink: :P

Wont be back til Saturday night so hope everyone has a good week.

I have got to go out soon as I run a Rainbow Guide Group but when I get back in I will go back through the last few posts to see what dates etc I can pick up. Hello everyone. I am one of Jan's recruits!! I joined about a week or so ago and have been posting on the March/April buddies thread. I am currently going thru my first cycle of IVF - I start stimms 3/18.

What a great idea to start a 30-40 thread! Anyway - just wanted to wish everyone luck - l will check back from time to time to read your good news!!

Well I have just spent a wonderful half hour reading through all of your old posts trying to work out where you all are with your treatment so that I can start a list. Sorry if I have missed anyone off or made a mistake. Just make the amendments and then copy the list into your post so that we can keep it upto date.

Just have to tell you that I spent Friday night watching the Ben Elton film making baby and loved it. I have read the book as well and can't believe how true to life it is. Some of the emotions she was going through are just what I have thought. At least I have you lovely ladies to share my worries with.

Well hear goes with the list - in no particular order -

Angela,

THANK YOU for putting together our list! I'm waiting for AF to arrive so that I can start taking the birth control pill for two weeks and then will start on the nasal spray after that. My guess is that injections begin mid-april sometime.

Just a few more sleeps until your next scan -- keep up the PMA!!! :)
