Dear Stephanie

Fantastic news darling. I had a feeling you'd do it. I resisted the urge to log on last night because I knew you might not be able to post yet but wish I had now. I am so happy for you and your DH. :D :D :D

Dear Jen

Thought you and Stephanie deserved a separate post. We can put all our energies into getting you a + result now. I know you know but you must relax and rest now, so we won't be upset if you don't post for a few days at a time! I am obviously better at giving advice than doing it myself so I will be here to help you along if you need it.

Dear Little R and Steph

You still have to fulfill your dreams and it will happen, especially if we have anything to do with it! We will still be here for you when you start your journeys again. Love to you both.

Lola, Leigh - Just when I thought it was over now I've got the wait for my first scan! Arrrgh! Take it easy buddies and go with the (hormonal) flow.

Lots of love

 Hi girls,
Well after all the good news on this site yesterday i hope i can bring some more in a couple of weeks.

Thanks Camilla for your message. I am being pampered by my DH who questions where i'm going every time i get off the sofa. The furthest i have been is the toilet and back!!.

My little embies have been snuggling up for a whole day now. I still feel a little different in the tum but nothing painful and just a few twinges when i get up or sit down. Hopefully this is normal but i'am going to try and not get too anxious about all of these. The only thing is i feel bloated and fat, hope this is the medication???

Anyway my time limit is up on the computer, my DH will be ordering me to rest again so must go. I just wanted to let you all know that i am fine and thinking of you all plus couldn't do without your support and advice.

Huge hug to you all and keep smiling

Hi Ladies. Hope everyone is having a great weekend and relaxing.

Jen - DH is right. Stay put and only get up when you absolutely have to. Do as little as possible for the next few days. Enjoy the pampering and watch lots of movies, read, etc. You will do fine, just keep yourself occupied without moving around too much (at least for the 1st week). That is what I did. I went to work for the 2nd week.

Camilla - I can't believe we both got BFPs. It hasn't sunk in yet. Maybe after I actually see it on U/S. And just think, a few days ago you were so sure it didn't work. See how our bodies can trick us? How are you feeling?

Lola, Leigh - Not long now and you will have your 1st scan. I know it will be good for both of you, I can feel it.

Little R, Steph - Thank you for your supportive messages. I know this has not been easy for you. We are here for you when you start your next cycle and will see you through. I am soooooo glad to see your positive posts and your time will come.

I go back on Monday for another HCG test. The nurse said once my levels reach 2000 they will do my 1st scan. I thought I would have to wait longer. So by mid-week I may know if it's 1 or 2. I am hoping for 2.

Hope everyone is doing OK.

Lots of love,
Stephanie

Hello octobrrrrs, man it's cold!

How are you all doing this weekend?
Jemla - hope you're resting my sweet and taking full advantage of being looked after. You're already well into the 2ww! The countdown begins...

Camilla and Stephanie - still on a post positive high??

Little R running around on tour guide duty and our buoyant bouncey Steph - hope you're both staying positive. You've both been great. Cant wait for your cycles to start so I can get right into chant and cheer mode making full use of superlatives and emoticons! :D :D

Leigh - 2 sleeps!! :D Can't wait to get your news!!!
Stand by for tmi but I am so constipated :? I have a tummy like a sumo wrestler on steroids. Any suggestions? All Bran was a dead loss.

Anyway, just wanted to give a bit of sunday PMA, am off to battle in the bathroom with my belligerant bowel.

POWER TO THE OCTOBBIES!!!

Hey there dear friends..... well my tour guide duties are over and now back to the good ol' routine

"Not feeling very positive" would be an understatement.... I'm actually feeling really emotional and tearful. I think I know what it is...AF rearing its ugly head soon... I guess it was not to be this time either although I was hoping for some good news. My DH is away (story of my life!) and am feeling a bit lonely today.....sorry. I am tired of feeling this way and sometimes wish I could be put out of my misery....
Anyway....

Lola.... poor thing... well I would suggest lots of grape juice...works well for me

Jen... hope you have your feet up and are obediently resting. I know, I know... not always easy and you want to venture further than the bed and the bathroom. Hang in there....

Stephanie & Camilla... you're like the Octo twins.... doing everything together. Hope you are both ENJOYING your "positivity" in all senses of the term   Stephanie... wow.... very high HCG level...hope your dream comes true.

Steph... hope you are doing well...back to yoga? I haven't returned to my weekly sessions yet...feeling a bit guilty about that!

Leigh..big hugs....looking forward to reading your news

MUCH love to all the Octobuddies

Hi gorgeous friends,

Well i am trying to rest and not think about whether my little embies have implanted yet or not but its sooooo hard. I have had a few twinges just below my tum and hoping this is normal. What did everyone else get? Is is common to feel things going on?

Lola - get on the prune juice and that should get everything moving niecely. Will catch up with your movements tomorrow (excuse the pun).

Little R - It must be hard for you not having your DH around so a big hug to you from me. Keep positive, your day will come.

Camilla & Stephanie - have you both come down from cloud 9 yet? Enjoy this time, you both deserve it.

Leigh - Good luck with your scan, will log on to hear all your news.

Hope everyone else is ok. Have been ordered off the computer to take my nightly pessary. Oh the things us girls have to do.

Big hug to all my Octoberies.

You crazy BFP positive Lunatics!!!!!

So very excited when I saw this morning what you lovelies have pulled off!! 2 positives from one group in one day! Our group is so absolutely fabulous! :D :D :D Way to go Stephanie and Camilla! You both deserve all the warm fuzzies. Enjoy.

Sorry was MIA for awhile- off from work for the holiday and all that..... Yummy Thanksgiving dinner and then some. Think have gained about
20 lbs in 4 days... Oh, but it was good.

Have to admit, when I saw the 2 positives I got very nervous that our Amazing Octabud Group would dwindle and dissappear- but, as I kept reading I got very reassuring messages that you would continue to be there for Little R and I. That is why you are the greatest- your read my mind and put it at ease!

Jen- good luck on 2ww! Has nobody yet invented the drug that puts the 2ww in warp speed? Lola- sounds like a job for you crazy rabbit!

Lola and Leigh- scans away! beautiful sites comin up. Allow tears to form and bask in the beauty of having an ultrasound for a GOOD reason, the best reason!

Little R- how would I survive without you? It is only because you are in this group with me that I don't feel angry, mad, sad, scared with all the BFP's and the crap that we got dealt... But, we will do it together! BFP's comin our way! (I am still spotting, I am thinking I should maybe call the doc- they said 7-10 days after D&E, it has been........18! Yikes, I just realized how long it's been. I have appt on Wed though for bloodwork)
Yep, I am back to yoga- loving every minute! It is my drug of choice, well, that and mango margaritas.

Have a Lovely DAY, I said- good day!

:? Where is everyone when i need some expert advice??????????

Just wondered what you guys who have been through the 2ww felt like?
I have had a few twinges and wondered if this is normal? Also i have heard that you can have the feelings in your tum like when you AF is coming. Is this true? If you do get these feelings does it mean its all over?

So far so good for me and i'm feeling fine but just wanted to know the answers to these questions. The truth is that i am usually so busy and now feel so bored with time to sit around and worry but i know i have to do this to give my embies the best start.

Love to all my favourite girls

Hi!!!!!! Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Jen - The 2ww is brutal. You will get through it. But you may or may not feel all kinds of things during this time. Remember we have lots of hormones being pumped into our bodies, so anything is possible. From ET on I felt like AF was coming. I mean I had bad AF cramps and I just thought it was all over, but it didn't happen that way. I also felt twinges in my ovaries similar to when I was stimming. They still feel big and are probably cysts. But don't panic, you will do fine. Hang in there and keep up the PMA!

Camilla - Has it sunk in yet? Mine hasn't.

Lola, Leigh - Good luck with your 1st scans!

Little R, Steph - You guys are great! Can't wait until you start your cycles again. We will be right here cheering you on. And it will happen for both of you.

I had another blood test today. My Dr. tests every other day for a while to make sure the levels are rising as they should. Well, it was 2982. So I go Weds for my 1st scan. Why is mine so much sooner than everyone else's? I am thinking it's too early to see the heartbeat, but we should be able to see how many and if they are developing correctly. I am really excited. DH is off from work that day so he gets to see with me.

Hope everyone is doing well. The posts seem quiet today.

Lots of love,
Stephanie

After being through 3 2ww's now...... Each time has been different, it's best not to read every twinge and pain.....You will go insane....From waht ive heard,Af pains can = pregnancy. however they also =AF.
Just be positive and happy and try to keep busy, xx
What will be will be...... xxx

Good Luck my dear, truely hope that You get your BFP soon x x
TTC 6yrs......Have jumped off the rollercoaster for now, too many BFN's and too much heartache, to keep going....Moving on to fulfil other dreams!!!
