My AF has arrived, so I will phone the clinic tomorrow morning to book my Day 4 blood test and hope that I have supressed ok. Then should get a date for ET.

Hope everyone had a great weekend, I went to the ideal home exhibition yesterday and spent way too much money, but had a great day.

Gail hoorah for the AF! Retail therapy is bueno, I've never been to the Ideal Home Exhib, my flat is so bad spending any money on it at this stage would be like burning money a fiver at a time. Well of course this 2ww mularky is going at a rate of nought miles per hour. I have already begun the obsessional knicker checking and cramp/twinge analysis and its only been 3 days. Luckily my clinic test at 12 days, still, arrrrggghhhh. I have the worst constipation - downer but the biggest boobs - upper!!! Speed the days until I get the result and come on guys!! stick!!

Hi peeps. I am back from rainy ireland!!!!

Cold gone, and guess what no AF!!!! No AF pains or PMT, just feel tired from flight/travel etc today. otherwise, I wonder?????
Pregnant??? I am hoping!! Parhaps I shouldn't DH says dont get hopes up, and it's true AF has been known to be 7 days late before. I am 5 days late......

Abig well done to MLG for 9 eggs being fert. and Lola hang on in there those days will soon pass and then BFP will follow.....

Nicki - No AF??? Here's hoping girl. You could pip Lola and MLG to the post and good news comes in threes....know we shouldn't get our hopes up but it never leaves you does it? My DH didn't even have one sperm but it crosses my mind sometimes!!! Mad innit.

Lola - Bigger boobs?! Wow - could do with a bit (lot) of those myself. Every cloud n all that! hee hee Test date will be here soon hun. Keep up the PMA. Another load coming your way...best things come to those who wait. As for the nights out etc I said I was gonna keep diary low key and holiday free and its been the busiest year in ages! Went to the pub today with mum-in-law and there were girl twins (aged 4ish) dashing about the place. Their dad came over to reclaim them and told us they came out of the fridge!! . What he meant was they were on IVF! Had a brief chat as they were under same hosp as us. Was 5 years and 3rd time lucky for them. They were lovely.

Julie, on one sperm count they only found 1...... But it only takes one!!!

Actually, I am not feeling so sure any more, Had tears last night, me and dh had long chat about it all, and he's decided we try iui in june as planned, and then one ivf, if they are both BFN then for him it's the end.....

I was sad, by that, I dont want to give up yet, but what he's saying is the money issue, we will run out of money and I feel sad that because of mony we should stop ttc, this world is not fair huh???

I mentioned adoption, dh's not keen, cant understand why? He said he would have to think long and hard about it 1st, but I have already decided if he's decided only 2 more tmt cycles, Iwant to adopt!!!

So, now I am really hoping that AF stays away and that little herbert sperm got to the egg last month...... I try to live in hope!!!!

Hope feeling less teary today chuck. Don't give up hoping!! As for your chat with DH and the two treatment cycles altho it's sensible to draw a line and know your limits things will probably change once you're on the "rollercoaster". They say once you're on its hard to get off. Anyway, you will be pregnant by then so it won't be an issue!

Lola don’t you just hate that knicker checking. I was going to the loo so much at work on my last cycle that Im sure people must have thought I had a problem. Hope the constipation eases, just what you can do with out. 1 week to go.

How was Dublin Nicki apart from wet Any sign of AF yet? As they say it only takes 1. I am sure that your DH just needs time before committing to either more IVF / IUI or adoption, however on the positive side your not going to need to think about that because you will get a BFP. Keep the PMA up sweetie.

Julie that was a lovey story about the twins, always good to learn about the positive stories. That made me laugh that he said they came out of the fridge. How are you doing

I am just waiting for blood test results to check if I have suppressed. Providing I have, I will be having ET on the 20th April, then start new job on the 24th April

Gave the clinic permission to freeze the remaining embies , but still don’t know if they were good enough.
2ww craziness has officially started - got up this morning sure that they were gone and all was over. Hoping my “intuition” is completely wrong and luckily feeling more positive now.

I have got my dates now. Providing everything carries on as it should do I will be having ET on 20th April. Just crossing everything and praying that 2 of my embies will thaw ok.

Hello lovely ladies! Just had to have some time out - the trauma of the last 5 months was catching up with me and really needed a couple of weeks just to not think of babies, tmt etc and get on with life. Also had no appts to look towards so wanted to try at least and get back to my life the way I remember it ie. have been liquid lunching with friends, going to the gym, jogging, going out with friends and generally starting to feel a whole lot like myself again

We had counselling today which was good and after it, dh said, right lets get this ball rolling with going for donor iui. So I've made an appt. for Darlington Cromwell for initial consultation on 24th April. Having to start all over again is a bummer but if Scotland can't treat us then its off to sunny Darlington! At least I have had most things done.

Also boked our holiday to Sorrento but not going to Rome because price was for flights to Naples via London the a 4 hour bus journey back to Rome!!!! The price for direct flights to Rome then going to Sorrento was sooooo expensive and we worked out it will be far cheaper to go to Rome separately another time. We will prob go next February, if I'm not pg !! that is...... here's hoping.[/size]

Julie - hun thanks for asking after me, that's nice of you to think of me. Boy have you been busy. Glad the anniversary meal went well and you charmed the pants off dh

Nicki - doll I'm sorry your so sad. Did af arrive?? I'm sure dh will come round if it gets to the adoption stage but I'm sure it won't. You will be pg by then. How was Dublin? Did you do the Guiness factory? Its so fab

Jeni - congrats on dh's job! Wow you have alot going on girl - hope you are enjoying your skiing.

Lucy - honey I read your post.... How are you doing?? Don't aplogise for what you wrote - its important to get it off your chest. I feel for you .....I think you have to think how you would feel if you were to wake up for the rest of you days without dp - would you feel sad? Like you couldn't live without him?Or relieved? These decisions take time - just give yourself to work out what's right for you.

So sorry ive not been posting recently but been quite busy decorating at home altho i have made an effort to read up + see how you've all been doin, just didnt really have the time to post.

Nikki- glad u enjoyed Dublin,even tho it was wet! So sorry about hpt result, why is our darling af is always late when we don't want it to be??

Lis - Glad your feeling like ur old self again.I understand what u mean about needing time out,all of a sudden everything seems to catch up with you + makes you feel like your goin mad.

Because i'm fairly new to this forum i'm finding it really difficult to keep up with everyone + hope you don't think i'm ignorant if i forget to mention u! I would be very grateful to anyone who could give me some tips on staying up to date with everyones posts! lol
