Hi girls

just wnated to pop in and catch up with you all :D

niki - well done you to get so far, sounds like you'll get a BFP this time sweetie, just think of all those yummy wigglies fighting to get at that egg :shock:

Denise, my heart goes out to you. My sis had her 2nd baby a month after my m/c and I feel trepidation coming up to the next cycle too..I have had counselling since the m/c and especially now before this next go. Why don't you give it a go instead of being a hero and waiting, it might give you the relief you need??? Wish I could coime and hug you :roll:

I think I might. Today already feels better than yesterday. I went to accupuncture today and found it quite relaxing.

Bottom line is that unless I sort my mood out, there's no point in doing tmt right now, because my body wouldn't be ready to accept a baby.

So that will be tomorrow's goal. Sorting out any counselling that might be available.

Obviously many have done IUI on this site. I am wondering it it is typical to get your AF prior to the end of the 2 week wait or typically after?
I am going crazy on my last two days of the wait and still no AF.
I am not sure what is normal as first time.
It is killing me not to take the pregnancy test.
Any history (not that it will help but keep my mind occupied)
Mother of one 4/12 year old conceived naturally Now 39 and trying for number 2 with IVF

Can be either. The best thing to do is just wait out the two days - trust me, we all know how snakey you can get. Nothing to do but try to kill the time.

First iui i had, i was due to test on thurs...Af came early on monday...

Second iui I has, i was due to test on wed, tested early on sunday got -ive then re tested wed still got -ive... Af came on thur.

:D Hello!!!
Again, I've been missing.... just got done reading all your posts. I have been sick with the flu and had been hibernating.... couldn't do anything except keep up with my injections. Today is CD 8 for me, been on Repronex for 7 days now. My belly's red & itchy...ugh! I go back for a scan & bloodwork tomorrow morning. Can't wait 'til they tell me to take my HCG injection & schedule my IUI.

Nicki, I'm so happy for you. How's the 2 ww goin' so far? Hope you get a :D . Got everything crossed for ya.

Denise, I know how you're feelin'.... my due date would have been next month,...my bestfriend just told me recently she's pregnant with her 2nd baby and my co-worker's going to give birth next month. Of course I am happy for them yet sad for me. It's sooo hard to stay positive but let's try. Hope we all get our :D 's ! Cyber hugs to you!

WELL IT WAS TO EARLY TO TEST SO BACK MONDAY WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY NEXT WEEK SHE SAW A NICE BIG CYST ON MY LEFT OVERY BUT THAT WAS IT..
IT TAKES AN HOUR ON A TRAIN THEN 10MINS ON BUS TO GET THERE BUT I WILL HAVE TO GET USED TO THAT!!!!HEY HO

holly that cyst dosen't some good! What cycle day do they test mucus then?

What happens when they test it, what r they looking for?

How r u? Have u taken time off work for your 2ww? How r u holdin' up?

Holly,
I still don't get why they have to do a mucus test either.

Where is everybody else???
As for me, I got to trigger last night at 10pm. On my left ovary, my follicles were 17 & 13. On my right, a 16 & 13.5...IUI is scheduled on Sun. 9:30. Really hoping & praying this works!
