Hi Sophie, sorry for your result and good luck for next time. My Dh used to live in Ireland and I often went to visit - it does rain a fair bit but you just have to dress for it - rain is good as it makes everything green and lush! April certainly won't be unbearably cold - warm enough for hiking. And there are plenty of pubs to shelter in and enjoy some irish music! Have a fab time.

So sorry you got a BFN but you ahev an excellent attitude towards it and like you say loads to look forward to. I always take that approach too.
I'm in Ireland (Dublin) too at the end of April for my brothers 40th. I am from Dublin..great place..but far too expensive to live there. Most of my family live there and in Wicklow. Hiking would be excellent at that time of year. You would be at risk to rain but you just might be lucky as spring months can be the best time.
Have a top honeymoon and at least now that you are not on IVF you can have loads of nooky too.
