Pumma, dont worry, think positively, a little bleeding is supposed to be common in early pregnancy. I had a similar thing happen last week, everything was ok. Let us know what your doctor says.

Archana, I had a little pink brown discharge last week, they told me its very common from the progesterone. I am sure everything is ok.

I have my next ultrasound and bloodwork on 4/30/08.

I'm so nervous and scared. Last night I had some pink on the toilet paper. Nothing overnight, then this morning I have light brown (size of dime) on my pantyliner...some mild cramping in my lower abdomen. Has anyone else had this? With my 3 losses last year, I'm just so scared something is going wrong.

I have my last RE appt this afternoon...but I wish more than anything I was there now and somehow being told all is okay.

Thanks!

I know it is so scary to see the pink & brown discharge. I too had some light pink and my RE said it was most likely from the PIO. I then had bleeding and cramping but it stopped. I now have some blood in my uterus either from blood vessels or I lost a twin. The RE couldn't tell for sure. Please keep positive thougts!!!! Sending you hugs and prayers.

We had our sono today and we will have one perfect little baby. Of the tiny two that didn't make it, one had an empty sac and the other was an embryo without blood flow or a heartbeat. We still feel so blessed to have one.

On the positive side, we have 7 frosties and can always go back for another sibling!

The Lord is still so good!

Excellent News Cheryl!!! I'm thrilled to hear you have 1 healthy baby! Did they mention why you had the spotting?

We had our 2nd U/S today everything looks great- great heartbeat 161bpm. I am stopping my estrogen patches and baby aspirin. I am on the PIO for one more week. Next Friday we will be released to my ob. They mentioned genetic testing they can do during the 11th week that will tell you if you need an amnio or not. Do any of you other Dec. mommies have to go through this?

I hope everyone is feeling well!!!

Hi Jennie,

I was told spotting was normal and the mild cramping is probably my uterus stretching. My little bean's heartbeat was 170 yesterday and I got some great baby pics! (:

I'm on PIO and Estrogen until I'm tested for levels next Wed (then hopefully released from the pain!) My 1st OB appt. is Tues - yeah!!! My husband and I are not going to do the CVS or Amnio - too fearful of miscarriage. They are welcome to do the "nuchal", but basically we would not abort regardless so why risk miscarriage?

Have a great day!

My RE told us about some testing that is just blood work and an ultrasound. I am not sure of the correct term of it but will find out more next week. I too will not do the amnio, etc. No chances need to be taken!!!

I am so anxious to get off my PIO shots. I was doing well for a awhile but this batch seems to be making me so sore again.

Our pictures from yesterday did come out that great as the baby had it's head by the yolk sak and was facing the other way- my RE tried to see if he would move but no luck. We will be released next week at 9.5 weeks to the ob and which I will see 2 weeks later. I'm getting more excited but still cautioulsy optimistic!!!

Have a fantastic day!

hi and congrats to all moms due in Dec 2008. I have been ttc for the last 8 years. i cycled in March and got a BFP on 11th April. this is my first +ve since all my attempts. i am due for a U/S on 10/5. i am just wondering whether by now i should not be having any symptoms because i feel none and i wonder whether it is still there or not? A bit of my history. I am from East Africa and until 2007 there were no clinics doing IVF in my country. So i am a patient in a clinic in South Africa and I started the treatment in 2001 after i had suffered a miscarriage at 5 months in 97. i had the first cycle with my own eggs and the second attempt i got none thereafter i have been on donor eggs and last year i had a chemical pregnancey. Then in cycled again and had a blastocyst transfer and this time it was a confirmed BFN. ladies anyone having no symptoms at all.Advice otherwise i am going out of mind with worry and what ifs?

Hi Malaika,

Congrats on your pregnancy! What a long road you have traveled to get here!

If it helps any, my BFF didn't "believe" she was pregnant until her 5th month because she had no symptons (other than being just a bit tired for the first few months). Don't worry - you're one on the few lucky ones! Hopefully you will have an uneventful pregnancy.

Please let us know how your sono goes! When is your due date?
