Anna - any idea when you'll start the meds to bring on AF - will you be having progesterone? GOOD LUCK!!!! :P

Still no sign from me but I have had an almighty headache this evening and still spotting so maybe soon..

Hi Sophie, well done on the jigging man smilie. It's fun isn't it!!

Hope AF visits you soon. What day are you on? I am now on day 38 with no sign at all. I will take medroxyprogesterone starting on xmas eve if no show by then. I fully expect to take the meds as two previous occasions when been at this stage AF took forever. First time 66 days without meds and then 57 days after taking meds on day 40!! Phew!
Watch this space!

Glad you liked the jigging cows, they made me smile. Rachel thank you for the can canning(?) elephants ...ab fab!
MLG your jiggers are great, where did you get them?

Here are some skipping sheep for todays jig.

Hi!

My AF still has not arrived so I will go to my GP on Monday. The last time I spotted for more than five days I ended up in hospital having an emergency operation due to very low progesterone levels.

It was the GP's fault: I was given antibiotics by 4 separate doctors over 6 weeks and not one of them did a blood test by which time things had gone too far. I will NOT leave the surgery without a progesterone test on Monday. (Unless AF arrives tomorrow- you never know!)

Last time I was given Norethisterone (progesterone) for 10 days after the operation and then AF arrived. Why does this have to happen now? Why not when we are not bothered when Af arrives? I think I must be like you Anna - AF's are very unpredictable, sometimes days, sometimes months apart.

So here is my kick-AF-ass jig.....

Hi Sophie, I have just joined the New year thread and realised that you are the same Sophie!
AF is a pain. Comes when you don't want it and disappears when you do! Sad thing is AF was as regular as clockwork before I started all this IVF stuff. Goodness only knows what is going on in there! BUT....am keeping positive as it is a means to an end and I firmly believe I will hold my bundle of joy at the end of all this :D

Here is todays jig for you and all waiting for af to appear. Let's hear it for the swaying parrots!!!

Hiya Ladies,

Mind if i join you guys?? I'm waiting for AF to turn up so that i can start taking the pill to synchronise myself with my egg recipient. I'm usually a 24-26 days kinda girl, but it's now day 27 and absolutely no sign of the old witch as yet!!!

YESSS!!!!!

I made an appt to see GP today and guess what, My AF came after I hung up the phone, so I called right back and cancelled the appointment. I was so excited! I called the clinic and I am all set to start injecting on 8th Jan. Yippeeeeeeee! I am going there this afternoon to collect drugs. I can't wait just to chat to the nurses again so that I feel it's all really happening again. I have period pain but am loving it!!! (kind of).

WILL POST A JIG LATER AS INTERNET PLAYING UP!!!!
