Hi.... Good Morning... :D I know it's good afternoon for most of you...

Thanks for let me in...

Debz, I am not sure either. My AF comes regularly since I was 12. (Arrgggh.... I really want to take leave of absence from AF for 9 month... ). My cycle is usually 24-25. Let’s see tomorrow, next AF should be arrived. So I will know August 6th will be my start date or not.

I am sorry, I have to go. I’ll back soon. I am on my way, doing my morning walking, which is I need to loose 15 Kg. I stopped at internet rental, just to save this thread at my USB so I can read all posting carefully with my dictionary sitting beside me. I have another 20 minutes walking before I reach my home... :(

Sorry, about my English.... Talk to you soon Girls... Sticky baby dust for all of you... God Bless

Luv,
Jemma

Jemma
You are doing so well with the walking and sticking with it.. I need to try to get healthier.. Please don't worry about spelling or what you write. We will get the point and to be honest I am the worst speller in the world but people end up figuring out what I am trying to say :D :D :D

Your AF started when you were 12 man was I a late bloomer mine did not start until I was 15 almost 16 and even than I had it problaby once ever 3-4 months.. I have PCOS however (which I found out about a year and a half ago) and that makes me not ovulate.. I spent most of my early adult life thinking (no AF am I pregnant oh no) and than the second half of this later adult life thinking please please af stay away.. Now I want it again so I can do another round of IVF.. My poor AF probably does not know if I am coming or going...

Today is a rainy day here but my mom always says something good happens on rainy days.. so I guess we will see

love and hugs
Jackie

Wow I truly must be the late starter of the group.. That is crazy I never thought my AF would come I kept reading these Judy Blume books reading about young girls and their AF and I kept thinkign well what the heck where is mine....Than I cursed it for years after thinking "why the heck did I even want this"

With PCOS one of the biggest symptoms is weight and you will see a lot of PCOS ladies post about being a "thin PCOS lady" I have always struggled up and down with my weight but when I started on my meds for PCOS (a form of diabetes medicine) it regulated me.. My DH laughs because he says now he has to watch his plate because he is afraid I will steel his food..

Although on my last visit to my accupunture guy he commented and asked me about my eating habits.. He than frowned at me for the next hour.. I think the lack of water too much wine and pretzels all day made him cranky.. After my mom comes to visit I am going to try to do better.. She is too good of a cook and with her still smoking I will have to have a couple vices while she is here..

Aunty I am with you and I am really excited.
Our time is not here yet but Jemma you can get us started and with Souris and some of the other August ladies we can keep it flowing...

love and hugs to all

Yep I have PCOS but the meds actually made me just right with weight.. Before my meds and IVF I was proably close to 10/12 or even a little more now I am just right (for me) at 7-8 but the only thing is the quitting smoking has added a little back on to me for weight..

I think you are right though and by the time we go again with our next IVF's we will all be healthy.. I think for me I just have to start eating better and maybe less wine and i will do better.. I do love my wine though... :D :D :D :D :D

Hi.., I am back.

Souris, have a nice trip. I’ve never been in Europe. Tell me about France. Are they still sad about losing at World Cup? I think they did a good job, only Italy played better.

Jackie, My cousin also had PCOS. I remember she got AF when she was 17. Her AF comes sometimes 2-3 months. She is also overweight about 20 Kg (Yes, we come from Big Family :D ). Now, she has a beautiful baby boy after 2 year married. She prayed a lot. She also took a good rest, avoided stress and doing volley, which she believes I should start to learn volley.
Also my best friend, Her AF comes irregular, sometimes it takes 6 months. She married for 1 year, when she found out she was pregnant. She was from India, she was about a week to leave Jakarta when she found out. She cried a lot; because pregnant was not in her plan (I was very angry to her. I cried a lot when we finished talking), went to Bombay was he planned. She missed her family a lot. She also cried for the tickets, she lost. She is happy now. She is with her family with her two weeks baby girl. I always believe in prayer. Keep praying and PMA. :D

Debz, have u found your accu? I also want to try. I will make appointment soon. I’ve been thinking about it, but I am afraid of needle, but Jackie and You make me sure to do it. Wish me luck. I hope it will bring down my FSH level. I heard also we could control our appetite by doing accu :D

Do you know anything about aromatherapy? Is true it can release stress? My friends just gave me aromatherapy sticks, a gift from India. I love the smell, it’s musk.
She also gave A CD music for relaxing. I never finish the whole CD, fall asleep

Please keep posting everybody. You are my inspiration to get up from the bed :D every morning. Because I know I will have something nice to read and think after that… God Bless

Jemma
I have heard accupuncture can help with appetite.. I have not heard of aromothearapy but I would have to think it can only help.. It must be very calming and that can only help right.. Try not to worry about the accupuncuture I don't like needles but it does not hurt.. I really was scared at first but it did not bother me at all.....

I think we are all very lucky to have found one another.. See Jemma you give me good stories about laides you know with PCOS (who got pregnant) and we can all support and keep eachother full of hope.. I think you are right about the praying and I have been doing that a lot lately...

Jemma what is Volley? I keep thining you mean like volleyball but I am not sure if that is what you mean? You are very positive and I am so glad you found us so you can help us and we can help you...

Aunty (Debz) did you happen to check out that acc site I sent? I think it seems like they have done a lot of research and you may find a more safe accupuncuter person through that site..

love and hugs
Jackie

Yes, Volley is Volley ball, like Volley ball beach? Great body , bikini... a game on the beach, 2 teams with 2 people each.
Only that My cousins went to volley game with 5-6 people each team. She did twice a week. Well, i think bottom line is she pushed her body to move. So she was healthier than before. She got pregnant naturally after start exercise 3 months. She pushes me to learn because so many of her team got pregnant. I thinks it is because they are active, not because the type of exercise they do... I have to go. DH just SMS me. Take care Jackie. Talk to you soon...
Luv, Jemma

PS : My cousin was 32, when she was pregnant. Like you... She is now 33

Hello
I just wanted to pop in and see how you are all doing.. I have decided that I am going to take up a new hobby.. Why you ask.. well I figured that with all the IVF stuff being on hold I need something to do with my time so beyond the baby dancing and supporting you ladies I think I might take up some cooking classes.. We shall see how that goes :D :D :D

I hope you ladies are all doing well. Are group is shaping up quite nicely...

love and hugs
