Sorry, not to have kept up with everyone's news. It seems we've had both good and bad news among us all, so I'm sorry to those of you who've had BFN and congrats to those with good news.
I've had a horrible, horrible week. Following my last post, the issue escalated quite badly. The nausea which seemed under control in the hospital got worse and by 10pm that night, I couldn't keep down water or gatorade. I stupidly, stayed home, given that the hospital ob/gyn had said to expect to continue to feel unwell and have some vomitting. By 7am the following morning, I had DH ring an ambulance. Extreme pain and vomiting brown fluid constantly. So I was readmitted to hospital via emergency and taken almost immediately to the ICU as I was severely dehydrated. They pumped me full of fluid when eventually they could get an IV in. Spent about 20 hours in ICU where they wouldn't let DH in.

A series of poor medical calls by ward doctors had me in severe pain and extremely bloated (looked 9 months pregnant and here I was trying to get pregnant!). I put on 6 kgs in 48 hours and docs were not listening to me and kept pumping in fluids! Ob/gyn forgot to come and see me on the sunday (been in since Friday) and ward docs have no idea what's happening. I finally declare that since I am getting sicker, not better, that I am discharging myself and FINALLY get the attention I need from Ob/gyn department who I think are still trying to convince me NOT to pursue some kind of malpractice suit on them.
So here i am, finally home again 5 days later, not PUPO at all but OK. Devasted that only 2 embs made it to freezing and I cannot go through the full ivf treatment again because of the whole disaster that was this round.

Will try FET maybe in July.
