Well we recieved some different news than we expected this morning.
Last week at the ER 14 eggs were retrieved and 11 fertilized, 3 days later 7 were going strong so we just knew we'd have several great ones to choose from and at least a couple left for freeze.
That was not the case for us! This morning when we were awaiting our procedure the lab gal came in to tell us that since there weren't many doing too week the dr wanted to transfer 3. He came in after and explained that one egg was at the blastocyst stage and 2 were "average" grade Morulas (sp????). I'm not certain what that means, but that's what we had! HAHA! SOooooo he wanted to go ahead and transfer all three and then there were several more that weren't prgressing. They were going to wait and watch them and see if anything changed, but it was almost certain we wouldn't be freezing.
That's ok though because THIS IS GOING TO WORK!
So Three little embies were put back and we've got 9 days before we find out how many have decided to stick with us.
And question:
Has anyone else had positive pregnancy results with a 5 day morula transfer?
Is it normal for my ovarian areas to be really tight? I have been really really sore and swollen for a long time, but ever since the transfer than have been really tight, like I can't quite stand up all of the way.
Personals ina few!!!
