I have another family member that we will lose soon I believe I posted about him a couple of days ago. They are now moving him to Hospice to continue keeping him pain free. There isn't anything they can do for him so I'm sure it won't be much longer.

My Acupuncture Dr said I should stay in bed for at least a week after the transfer.. He said our bodies are doing alot to try to accept this foreign object that was just put into our body. He said the less stress and moving around the better so it can do its job. But from reading different ladies results its kinda like if its your time then its your time. Looks like today might be my last day of Stim!. & The eggies will come out on Friday! The only bad thing is they are also going to do my husband's surgery on Friday as well at a different surgical center. So now we need two people to take us and pick us up. UGHHH>> But now on the other hand we will get fresh sperm and fresh eggs to make amazing embryos.

Hey Ladies...I hope everyone had a great day! Another day down...9 more until beta! Hoping everyone is staying positive and relaxed. I'm about to give myself this dreaded PIO shot

Is there anyone on their 2ww or anyone that have been that felt cramping day after? I've been taking it easy most of the day...went up and down the stairs a couple of time but really slow ad carefully (keep telling myself they aren't falling out)....not sure if I'm just focusing on every little tingle or what! I never get cramp from AF so I usually don't feel anything going down there...just wondering.

Babysoft- hang in there girlie. I was in the same boat as you, never really got cramps from AF an rarely felt anything "going on" down there like a lot of ladies. But, I can tell you after the transfer, I felt everything. I did feel what I thought was cramps after the transfer, like the same day, the day after and periodically the whole time. I can only tell you that they weren't AF cramps and they weren't the embryos coming out or anything. We have to remember that we have been poked and prodded on so much, you are bound to feel like stuff is going on down there. Stay positive. I know my first 2ww was crazy. Maybe there is a a book you can read, or a hobby that you forgot about? I decided to start cross stitching again with the second cycle and it made the 2WW so much easier. Hang in there sweetie.....

Hi all. Just checking in to say hi. I need to catch up on the happenings. I've been super busy and I always get really, really tired after a hard training session which was Sunday.

I need to head to bed but wanted to say all is well and I'm always thinking of all of you.

Seriously wiped out...district manager came today but store was phenomenially busy and had someone tonight purchase over 16 grand in clothing! Anyway called my mom on my drive home found out they aren't coming down this week and she gave the phone to my aunt b/c she wanted to talk for a while...probably made a mistake in telling my aunt that IVF will start the following month but I certainly don't want everyone coming then! lol Now that my dm visit at work went over well today and my family isn't coming this week, I can now focus on dh's 35th. Thinking about making him a homemade pound cake. A friend from work made one last month and we all bragged about how it good it was!

AFM- not much going on here in the waiting phase, been reading up on adoption while I am waiting... Would love to have one of my own and also one to adopt always wanted a big family but the rate I am going guess that wont happen unless we have twins So much love to give cant wait to have my family Baby dust to everyone

Greek - I didn't realize you've been on br for a full week now...wow that is along time! I must admit you are definitely a trooper for sticking it out because I'm going mad and I'm only on day three (which will be my final day)! My Dr. didn't specify any bed rest just gave me a huge lists of DONT'S but I've read on all the boards that most women do at least 48 hours. Well seems like you only have one more day so enjoy it...I'm sure when you get back to your daily routine you'll want to be back resting

Sunshine - Glad your DM visit went well...Wow sounds like a really busy day for you! And that pound cake sounds lovely...actually makes me want to run to the market to pick one up for myself

WeHaveHope - First off I hope you enjoyed your vacation...nothing like some time away to relax and have some fun! Thanks so much for the roll call update...it's held a lot especially since I'm the board newbie! Also.....let me know forget to give you a HUGE CONGRATS ON UR BFP

AFM, Nothing much since yesterday just hanging in there trying to let these days pass by! Getting a little anxious I must admit...I really think being on bed rest is making this a lot worse! I feel like if I were out and about, the day would breeze by! Trying to avoid going to the market that way I won't be tempted to get any hpt's. Okay so I have a question....I forgot the acronym for testing at home, but what does it stand for?

Greekchic - I did 3 days of bedrest ... You will see where some docs don't recommend Any bedrest at all. I defInately varies from doc to doc. I'm sure you will be fine.

Ladies - Quick question...this may seem like an odd one but by bed rest....are you referring to just laying flat all day. I spent the entire day after the transfer laying down, Tuesday stayed in bed for most of the day...went out to grab some take-out but stayed on the couch for the rest of the day and today I went to the market, cooked breakfast but will be on couch patrol for the rest of the day. Just wondering if I should be sitting up or must I lay down? This is driving me crazy especially since my Dr didn't recommend any bed rest at all. BUT I trust the ladies that have went through it more than I trust my Dr...
