Hi all,

Ninde- Good luck with your follies. I hope some of those turn into good eggs and that OHSS stays away.

We- I totally understand that you are ready to change over to the pg boards. We will miss you lots and hope that you continue to stop in and say hi. I wish I could say that I could take over but I don't think that would be wise. I hope your bleeds get under control and you can let your mind rest.

Christy- How are you?

Greekchic and Babysoft- Good luck with the upcoming betas. I always find it amusing how everyone's opinions of cheap vs expensive tests varies. I am all over the cheap tests (Dollar Store and the 88 cent ones at Walmart). I've taken all of them except for internet cheapies. For me, they were all the same. The Dollar Store test has always given me my first BFP and was always negative when negative. I think a lot of people go back to the test in the trash the next day and worry themselves if they see a shadow. That didn't happen for me. I've seen those things happen on expensive tests. Peeonastick.com has some great hpt information. My opinion is to test with what you want to test with. If you feel more comfortable with an expensive test, go back and verify it with one. I have spent so much money on hpt and find it helpful to have cheap ones to use frequently. If there wasn't, I would have to take out a loan.

Globe- Good luck with the baseline. I understand how it feels like the process takes forever and that feeling of worrying it make have all been worthless. How is San Fran? I lived in Pacifica for a while during a job contract. I've been in LA and Santa Maria. My fav is the central coast and SF! I'm itching to get back soon.

AFM- I'm super tired today. My dog kept waking me up many times last night. The aftermath for me is brutal. Today was a beautiful day so we got out and went for a walk around our favorite lake. Yesterday we both had a hard workout so we took it easy today. Tomorrow is long run day and I will probably do another 8 miler. Not sure yet. It will depend on how I feel tomorrow. We are in for another good day so I will take advantage of it if I can.

We registered for the Vancouver Marathon (full for dh, half for me). We are very excited. We did it last year and it was a great one. The course has changed this year and is supposed to be even better. I would like to do more official races but dh doesn't want to spend a lot of money on it. I have another weigh in on Tuesday for the biggest loser program. I am hoping to be down at least 3 pounds because that will finally get me into the 170s which I haven't seen in a long time. I broke my diet a few times this last week so hopefully I didn't screw it up.

Work has been incredibly busy and I also had our endometriosis group meeting this week. I can say I am really enjoying not being in an IVF cycle. I haven't even called to make a follow up yet. I can't get into a new cycle until summer anyway. That's because I don't want to deal with it until the school year is over. It's took hard to keep making up student's service time.

Night night!

Don't worry, I'm addicted to this forum also.....well the people rather :) I come on and hit refresh about every 5-10 minutes! Wow 10 cycles.....we could NEVER afford that many! That is one thing that scares me, just getting 1 or 2 tries.

Good Morning Ladies :D :D

Well I woke up this morning anxious to get on the board and see how everyone is doing!

Blue - I never thought anything about buying the cheapie brands either until I actually had a personal experience the other day with the cheapie brand vs. First Response & Clear Blue Easy! The cheapie brand (+/-) gave me a negative after I had already received my first positive...then I rushed out and bought the two brand names I mentioned and both gave me a clear positive (I posted the pic). I'm assuming the cheapie just has a higher detection window, but for me going through this crazy IVF & 2ww...I can't afford to be on a hpt roller coaster. Truthfully I wish I had the strength to wait until my beta...I've read so many women wait and I admire them. I've already received my BFP and still am going crazy waiting for the 29th.
I hope all goes well with your run....you are great being able to run 8miles....I'd fall out at a 1/2!

Ninde - Crossing my fingers for a great report from you :)

Greek - I haven't done anymore testing...lol I'm a little mad I even have all these tests left...now that I got the digital positive...I don't feel the need to keep testing. I'm praying for your BFP through hpt or beta..whichever you decided!! I think we can all agree we are addicted to the forum..it's just a great place for support of all kinds! I luv feeling like I have someone here who has went through everything I did...whether it was an up or down!

We - Enjoy service!!

AFM, absolutely nothing new  Just sitting here watching television. I will say the cramping has almost gone away completely...boobs still aren't really that tender, but I've been going to the ladies room soooooo much it's driving me crazy. I can't sleep through the night without waking up needing to go  I'm also going to call my Dr. office tomorrow and see about have my beta done a day early...I just realized if I go in on Thursday...my next beta would be Saturday so I'm going to see if I can push it to Wednesday!

blueeyedreamer - I love SF. We've been here for 5 years and not going anywhere. Once you make peace with the real estate prices, all is well :D

Greekchick - I didn't realize you were really in Greece! My DH has been to Corfu many years ago and loved it.

Ninde - Blah as in not depressed but annoyed. Just wishing thing were going faster. I had hoped to start earlier but had to do a laparosopy, wait for the next cycle, then bcp, and now 2 weeks of Lupron before stimming.

ASF - Does anyone mix their meds? By Friday, I am going to have Lupron, Follistim (pen) and menopur. I have to mix the menopur with saline/powder. Can I somehow add Lupron and Follistim to the mix to only have 1 injection instead of 3? I read that some people do it. I'll ask the RN but just wanted to know if anyone does it and in what order. It's like an LSAT test, trying to figure out in which order to mix them!

Ninde- How exciting!!!

Leora- Hope your day got better and tomorrow is a "brighter" day for you.

AFM- Doing okay here. Had some friends over for a cook out around 2:30 this afternoon. Was supposed to start at 1:30 but they forgot to set the clocks up an hr last night LOL. We had a great time though and they just left about 20 mins ago, so around 8 hrs of good times. It was really nice!
