stressball - Whoohoo, congratulations on joining the big belly club!!!

kgagnon - We're unexplained, so no MF issues on our side...sorry. Best of luck to you though, the women on this board are of great help throughout this bumpy road.

IndieBlue - If I called my husband and told him to leave right that second to come home and have sex, I would bet my life that he would say yes. He would definitely think something was up, but he wouldn't question until after he got it  We ended up buying a BMW wagon, so all of my neighbors are asking if we're pregnant. We said the Tahoe didn't bring us any little ones, so we're hoping a station wagon will work :)

Angram LOL, my husband 'might' come home...depending on where he was working and if he could clean up his tools in time. BMW wagon....that sounds nice :) We have a Suburban....gas guzzler and all but still we enjoy having it. If we have twins though, we'll have to upgrade :( to something larger. My husband already jokes about me having to buy a 12 passenger van LOL Ummm, no!!!

Stress Glad to hear back from you ;) I'm so happy you got to see the sac too...YAY!!! Thanks for the input on my husband as well. He's just getting on my nerves lately, but then we've been married for 15 years so neither one of us is going anywhere. I think he's just stressed about the whole cycle, money...etc and this is the only way he knows how to let that out. He'll be okay when I've gotten through ER and ET though.

KGagNon Congrats on being accepted in to the study....you made it just in time, I saw on the study site that they were not accepting new patients....so lucky you! That's great about your co-pays and such too....I had to pay for the study as well as the meds, but still it's cheaper than a full priced cycle so that was nice :) Good luck with all your cycle steps :)

I'm gearing up for my visit tomorrow bright and early at 7:50....so we'll leave here at 5...YUCK! I'm excited to see what the weekend did for me though....I've had no appetite, been nauseous and had some lower abdomen pain...so maybe they've sprouted :) I'm not going to get my hopes up too high though, just in case they are still growing at 1mm a day. I've ordered more GonalF, enough for 5 more days of shots, and I have enough Menopur for 3....might need to find more of that :( Anyhow, just keep me in your prayers and send me some positive follie vibes :)

Morning IndieBlue - I can't remember how many kiddos you have already and they're adopted, right? We've talked about adoption as a possible next step, if this round does not work. If it looks like it's my eggs that are the problem, then we may have one of my sisters donate, that way it's my genes. We'll see, but I'd love to adopt either way. Yeah, my husband has said I should buy the 12 passenger van as well and then he'd have a convertable..I don't think so :) I'm sure your follies have gotten nice and plumb now, but I'm sending a little extra GROW FOLLIES GROW your way just in case!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Sending well wishes to those with BFP's, 2ww'ers, stimmers, and those still waiting to get started.

Thanks stressball: I'm 39 y young and I've been dealing with endo for a while. I had a chocolate cyst the size of a large avocado removed in Nov. I lost the ovary it was growing on ...unfortunately. Once I recovered from that, I went into my first IVF which ended up in a chemical. I did not produce many follies from that one ovary...only 3 but 2 fertilized and transferred two grade A blasts!! A couple miracles on their own right there. I got preggo but turned out to be chemical. Now I'm recovering from that and on Tues, I'll find out when we can start our next cycle. I'd wait a little longer but I'm not getting any younger. I'm fast approaching 40 and that little clock is ticking like mad.
I live in Miami and I have an orchid maintenance business but I work solo. Lots of work, lots of heat and humidity and it scares me a little bit because pregnancy and my work don't seem to mix too well. I'll make adjustments to my schedule on this next cycle to put all my chances on my side. I'm originally from Brussels, Belgium and moved to Miami 20 years ago.

I've found this forum and it has been absolutely wonderful ! It's an amazing support system that I would have never found anywhere else.
I am on the April/May thread and I read a lot on the other threads as well.
I enjoy supporting the other girls because that's what we're all looking for. Depending on my next schedule, I will either join the June/July cycle or start the July/August cycle.

I've followed a few of you around and it makes me so happy that you're being successful.
I was worried about you Stress and I had tears in my eyes when I read your post yesterday. It's really wonderful.

I'm not on your study group but a little extra cheering always helps anybody. So good luck to all the girls on this post and I hope to get to know some of you a little more!

Baby dust to all.

Valerie Welcome and good luck with your cycle :) Are you in any study or just doing a regular IVF cycle?

Stress Thanks for the insight on my symptoms :) I also just ate about 20 brussel sprouts.....I was craving those things, YUMMY. What does that mean LOL

Angram We have 3 adopted children, they are all either 1/2 siblings or whole siblings :) It was hard because we adopted 'older' and not infant. So they already had certain learned habits...etc. But we still love them dearly and wouldn't change anything about the experience of adopting...etc. Sometimes I wish we could erase their past memories though, as bad as that sounds...just so we could start out new and so could they.

Well, nervous about tomorrow.....I just keep thinking that she'll make me stim even longer. I guess that is okay....I just don't want to be stimming clear in to next week :( My E2 on Friday was 640...so again, maybe it'll be more with larger follicles?

Take care everyone and I'll try to update tomorrow when I hear back from the nurse!

Hi everyone!

First off, congrats karen on your transfer...how are you feeling?

Secondly- YIPPEEEEEE Stress! I am so relieved and happy for you. This is awesome! Yes I was very hungry a few weeks ago- now I am off and on m/s that comes and goes all day, so I am less hungry but still eat a lot (too much). I love food and this seems to be a great reason to eat!

Indie- I can't wait to hear your follie report- I bet it's good news and I can't imagine you 'll be stimming late into the wekk...I'm praying for big fat ones! :) Next week this time, you'll probably have the little ones growing in dish, if not in you!

Angram- way to get ready for the baby, nothing screams family like a wagon! :)- my DH and I have started looking at new cars too (and baby furniture too...it's fun!)

Kgagnon- we had severe male factor, did ICSI, and I'm BFP, 9 weeks 2 days :)

Valerie- welcome and good luck!

Well, I'm back My lining was 16 and my follicles had grown quite a bit. On the Right I had:
21, 15, 13, 9, 6, 6
Left: 20 (probably cyst), 16.5, 16, 16, 15, 15, 14, 13.7

She said I may trigger tonight....or she may let me go one more day. Do they mature/grow more after the trigger shot? I guess one more day would probably be okay....that way those 15's and 16's would be closer to 18. Can 16's be mature? Oh well...we'll see at 2pm when the blood work comes back.

Hi Indie,

Yes..they do grow after the trigger...in fact my 14 and 15s gave 5 eggs....totally unexpected.....I think you will trigger tonight...since the standard is if one gets to size 20.....YEEEEEE.....

Thanks Becca....well since I wrote to last my hunger has disappeared....buying cars and furniture sounds fun.....I cannot wait for my ultra sound on the 6th....

stressball - Friday is right around the corner, will you be able to hear the heartbeat by then?

IndieBlue - I think you would trigger tonight and I think my RE said last time that anything over maybe 14 or so could mature enough to retrieve an egg..good luck!!!

Well AF arrived today, a day early :) I just called and moved my baseline up to tomorrow morning, so keeping my fingers crossed everything looks good and I'll get to start stimming tomorrow night! If all goes well, I should have ER around 6/14.

Hope everyone is having a great Monday so far.

Karen Glad that you're doing well :) When again is your Beta? I'm nervous about that shot...even though I've read a million times it doesn't hurt that bad, I am afraid to give it to myself LOL I guess I'll be okay...any tips?

I go for beta on the 9th, 1 week from today! AHHH!
I really didn't think the trigger hurt at all, both times I have had it. Let your DH give it to you. I had a friend give it to me.

Hi Indie - the trigger shot isn't that bad, but I would definitely see if someone can do it for you, that's what DH's are for :) This will be my 10th trigger in the rear/hip (9 IUI's), but it's been a while for me since my last IVF triggered in the belly. Good luck tonight, you're almost there!!
