Afm: im good but absolutely no symptoms today! Isnt it amazing what comes are way when we are least expecti g it? I was working with my usual Wed group of suicidal women and what half the group are really struggling with is the fact they dont have children. It was hard for me (also the amount of progesterone cant have helped!!) but we managed and got through it. I had a lovely dinner with a friend of mine and we laughed a lot which was great.

Ninde- i'm doing ok thank you for asking. I didn't do much today, laid around mostly and obsessed about ths cramping. So is had enough and decided to get up and cook. That seems to take my mind off things. I made a mustard glazed pork roast with brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes and added parsnips. Dh is out on the tractor now mowing so just waiting for him to come in and we can see if my roast turned out. So glad you had a great dinner with a friend! Amazing what laughter can do isn't it?
Hope everyone is doing well. Its a beautiful day here, sunny and not too hot. I'm anxious for Friday to get here. Hope it brings good news with it.I'm feeling so much cramping today that no one could convince me I wasn't about to start. Now I feel uncomfortably full and my boobs are killing me! I'm running back and forth to the bathroom wiping obsessively lol, always checking to see if everythings ok. I'm tired of being in my own head!!
I must admit I hadn't planned on posting but you ladies make it hard with all the love and support on the board today and I sincerely appreciate each and everyONE of you!!!!! I don't know what God is trying to tell dh and me right now but I honestly believe this is not the end of the road. I did take Ninde's advice in not making any rational decisions right now. My mom is visiting me as everyone is resting I'm typing...Actually dh and I probably only slept 3 hours last night with all the anxiety but I'm more then glad my mom is here. She arrived this morning and after a very big day out running errands together, Olive Garden and getting a pedi/manicure I honestly can say she has made me stronger and feel far much better. My mom sat in the car as I ran up to dh's office to bring him something for lunch and we talked for a bit and he told me how everyone has been dropping by offering him support and comforting advice, one girl wondering why he even showed up today after the way he was treated? He replied it's still a paycheck and he has decided to remain professional, but today must of been the hardest work day of his entire life.
Tonight as we three sat around the kitchen table eatting spaghetti dh openly talking about what happened with his job loss. Dh has years of experience in lecturing history and political science classes, he was up for a renewel in his contract on his fourth year of employment. Come to find out per email tonight, his vice president put in a resignation letter today ONLY one day apart from dh, so something obviously has "hit the fan." , it shall be an interesting day tomorrow as he hears everyone's own thoughts of the college and how it feels like the morale in his division is officially shot. Some (especially the newer hirees) have told him they are now looking for jobs, will they be next?
Before we moved down to Florida he taught in Georgia and commuted to 5 different campuses as an adjunct instructor, and in the meantime applied at numerous colleges trying to find full-time. We had thought after four years working full-time with receiving praise at every single one of his evualation reviews, writing a 700 page report on everything he has accomplished, (seriously it was 700 pages long) that when the time came for with his contract up for renewel he would have no problem whatsoever. He chaired committees, held debate clubs, volunteered at the college's radio station to give historical lectures on air for Women's History month. Other nights after work he would make presentations for Round Table and Republican Party Meetings, even I attended one special holiday where he held a forum on Martin Luther King at a Trinity Church. He wrote articles for our local newspaper, one he presented and got published up in Chicago giving the college name recognition.
Dh beleives he cannot take what happpened personal, but at the same time he told me he probably won't apply at other institutions only because he feels he was betrayed and mislead and has lost complete trust in anyone. This could happen at any institution... Right now we are learning they are cutting hours for the student to graduate where he/she now only needs 30 hrs to graduate, meaning they have to cut academia classes like history/political science, religion and drama that to them really aren't necessary for degrees. In the end, dh feels history will be obsolete in the college profession. No it isn't fair, but we have to find a way to move on and until then hang on tightly to each other. I really appreciate the hugs and embrace of support during this time, you all mean the world to me. <3 Christy

Christy- I will be praying for you and your DH! You will both get through this just fine! I am sure there are just bigger plans waiting for you both! We are all here for you whenever you need to vent! I do know you and your DH are wonderful people and wonderful to each other, so I know the support between the two of you will be what is needed. I know it's hard to come on here, it is for me at times too.
Ninde- I hope you are doing well. Not much longer until you test! How is the wait going? I'm just sitting around waiting here, nothing new at all! Hope we here something soon about leaving, so I can plan! I hate not planning!
Had a US yesterday 3 days after starting injections. 10 follicles were showing. They are still samll (ranged from 6-12) but they are growing
Doctor said we may try a Lupron trigger this time with Vivelle (?) since he suspects teh HCG trigger not quite doing it last time which may have resulted in a smaller number of eggs retrieved/fertilized and no embryos making it to transfer. Starting to feel hopefull again that this is the time it will work
Christy: redundancy is really awful. It happened to me in2008 and I understand that feeling of betrayal. Im really glad that having your mum around is good. Rally let yourself soak up the support.

Christy- Just got on the board and read your post.. Sending you a huge hug from RI... I am so sorry you have to put everything on hold, but you are right God has a plan and it will all come together for you... I will keep you and DH in my prayers text me if you need me xo
Julia- It SHOULD be mid November. The paperwork didn't go as planned so we are waiting once again. The two in charge of it are doing horribly at getting things taken care of. DH told them they have until Tuesday (they aren't working tomorrow or Monday because of Easter) at 3:00 to find out or he's going to the officer in charge and not a lower rank either. When the paperwork is sent off it is traceable so they can find out if they want to. It's so frustrating!! I just hope we don't have to tell DS or my parents things have changed.
Quick update - today I'm 8dpt5dt & I had 8hrs of good sleep today but at 1pm in the afternoon I was fighting to keep my eyes open..slight headache & Drinking water like crazy! then of course peeing.. So I went pee at 3pm & wiped it was watery pink/red. But when I wiped again nothing. About 20mins later pee'd again & it was more brown still very light only when I wipe the first time . I started getting cramps but mostly in my left side so I got my stuff & came home. Pee'd again & it's almost all gone. Very very light with a tad of brown. Still some slight cramps (only on left side) so in going to put the PJ's on & I'm done for the day. What do you ladies think Implantation? Any suggestions? Or past experiences... In both my cycles before I never spotted or had anything so to me I kinda got excited at first thinking yes my jelly beans are sticking but then now after talking to DH he's like what does that mean? Is it good or bad? What do the ladies say?!

Cyn, I am by no stretch of the imagination an expert on this, but I know some others here have had or know of bfp's with this. I think spotting is nothing to worry about. It could be implantation! I'm praying for you. Its almost Saturday!
Afm- I am struggling not to go buy a hpt! I don't wanna wait anymore but I guess I will. I'm freaking out bc I HAVEN'T spotted. How's that for neurotic?? God get me through the next night and day!
christy - just read your post my dear. what a shocking news. please don't lose hope. i will keep you in my prayers. i really really hope that your husband gets a job in the nearby area real quick and you can continue with your IVF plan next months itself.
