Thank you ladies :) I was just on the verge of tears LOL so I let DH give it to me. I had my nurse mark my target today LOL

My nurse also only ordered me 21 gauge 1 1/2 needles....so I freaked out, those are HUGE. Luckily I was cleaning out the 'shot class' bag tonight to pack up all the extra needles and such to give to the clinic on Wednesday and I found a 25g 1 1/2 needle that I hadn't opened that we got to practice with. Of course you know which one I used LOL I mixed it all up with the 21g and then injected with the 25g. It wasn't too bad...the anticipation was worse. I don't think he even remembered to check for blood.....argghhh! Oh well, I'm sure if he'd hit a vein it would have been bleeding, and it barely had a spot of blood when he pulled the needle out.

Well, now on to Wednesday :) Any tips on not getting sick after anesthesia? I get sick after anesthesia every single time :( I do not want to spend 2 hours on the way home throwing up.....not fun!

I'm so happy to hear DH helped with the trigger, I have no idea how women do that on their own. I'm such a complete wimp when it comes to needles, so I'd be completely screwed if it were up to me to do them :) Congrats on taking the next step, you're on your way to the 2ww and PUPO!!

Indie- Whew-hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I can't believe it's here already! This is so exciting. I also get very sick from anesteshia...I reiterated this prior to egg retrieval when I met with the anesthesiologist and said please make sure I have something for naseau- "I threw up last time I had surgery here"...Whatever they gave me worked like a charm. Dh planned for the right day off...that's a relief :)

Karen- that's wonderful you have 2 to freeze....I only got one and of course I'll use it, but 2 is such a better option...:)

Stress- You probably will hear heartbeat....I did at 6w3d....it was 113 I think :) Is DH being nice now? Mine's being Dr. Jeykll and Mr. Hyde...really nice one moment or day and then really jerky/distant another. He's the moodiest man I know and I think the lack of sex makes him cranky...whatever!

Angram...time will fly now- look at Indie! I hope we all get to turn this thread into a pregnancy thread!

I'm praying for all of you and your little eggs and embies!

Thanks ladies....I'll have to tell them I get sick and see if they can't offer me something to curb that. I do not want to get sick on the way home on the freeway....I'm sure that would not be fun LOL

Hubby actually took off Wednesday and Thursday but I told him I'd probably be okay on Thursday to drive myself back for the progesterone...so we'll see :)

beccatx - I think we're married to the same person! I'm pretty sure our DH's are moodier than we are, and I know for sure the lack of sex at my house accounts for about 90% of it..darn men and their testosterone

Hi all,

I cannot agree more with you all...DHs are moody....mine is more nicer when he wants sex.....he is a different person 2 minutes after sex......We did it on Sat....and I was sooo scared after that.....its weird that I get those urges and it was me who raped him that day...he kept saying no all the time

Indie: glad ur DH gave you the shot....and I m sure it went the right place...you reminded me of my time when I cried while taking the shot ....not becoz it hurt phyically....

For me, my nausea was more when I moved around....

Becca: I hope listening to the heartbeat would convince my DH that I m pregnant.....he is still in the denial.......and does not want to be happy....fearful of being hurt...

Hello all... Sorry I have been absent for a few days. My grandfather passed away, so I was out of town attending the funeral. I wanted to let everyone know that I had my 4th beta done today and the number came back at 27,065, so the doctor was pleased. I go in for the 6.5 week U/S tomorrow. We are super excited, so I will keep everyone updated.

hey ladies, I have a question. Once you got the bfp did you continue to cramp on and off. more like af is still coming? I did get a bfp. So i'm thrilled and my numbers are doubling. I just want to know if you still have this.

I'm finally up and moving around. I told them that I would get sick and they said well it's really light sedation, but we have some crackers when you wake up. Well, I woke up and felt okay....but once I got in the car I was soooo sick. I got sick 4-5 times on the way home (it's a 2 hour drive) and it was bad since I had to throw up 3 times in the car.....after hubby had stopped to get his lunch in a drive thru. Good thing he has a strong stomach. Ugghh, that was awful.....but then when they told me how many eggs I got I was kind of sick too

Out of the 14 follies they measured the other day, I only got 7 eggs She said it was lucky #7....I pray it is. I'm just so used to hearing stories of 13 and 20 that 7 seems awfully low. Especially when they keep telling you that they lose 40% of them after fertilization/growth I'm guessing I'll go in for a 3 day since I didn't have a ton of eggs, so that puts it on Saturday for me. I have to drive back in tomorrow to get my progesterone....so hubby is taking care of me today so I'll be up for the drive.

Well, that's my update...pray for lots of fertilized ones. Thank you ladies for all your support....I'll write more when I'm not so blah feeling.
