Hi MissMolly

9 is fabulous! I was dragging this sort of information out of my doctor today (not very forthcoming are they) as I was concerned about the number of follies. He suggested that 8 follicles was good but 11 follicles would be considered excellent and would be expected to produce about 8 or 9 eggs. So your results sound great! Sorry to hear you had such a hard time, but I am glad you are feeling better now.

Well done and best of luck for tomorrow.

I have my fingers crossed for you.

Hi been on Buserelin for five days now my period came yesterday and I am going for a scan tommorow and if everything is well I start stimms can't beleive how fast things are going now!I am a bit worried cause when they did a scan 4 months ago I had a cyst on my ovary hope it does not cause any trouble during treatment.

Tylerb

Glad everything is moving along for you. It's amazing isn't it that it seems to take forever when you are waiting to begin, then whoosh suddenly everything is going really quickly and before you know it you're in the middle of the treatment

Try not to think about the cyst - I know it's hard not to worry, but you have so much to think about and focus on at the moment :?

Good luck with the rest of the treatment and keep us up-to-date on your progress.

Baby Dust and PMA to you

Hi girls,
Been offline all weekend due to work and found i had pages and pages to catch up on.

I'm now on day 6 of stims (can't believe how quick the time is passing) been feeling really bloated the last couple of days, lots of twinges and cramps. Had a bit of an emotional moment at work yesterday, was sitting having a cuppa before starting work and for no reason at all the tears started flowing, i felt really stupid but the girls were good about it. It's also getting quite uncomfortable at work aswell, all the bending and stretching i have to do to get the stock on the shelves. My injection didn't go too well this morning, i pinch my stomach while Michael stabs me but this morning he was still half asleep and didn't get the needle in the bit i had pinched but put it further over, that's the first one i've actually felt going in and he BLED me, he said sorry with a huge, pleased grin on his face, it was like he got some sort of satisfaction out of making me bleed, it was just pure evil, lol.
Got to go for a scan on Wednesday morning then again on Friday and hopefully be given a date for e/c, i'm starting to get a bit nervous about this.

Debra - Good luck on your 2ww, the time is certainly flying in now. Re my smoking, well, i haven't totally given up, i found it hard going cold turkey so i gradually cut them down. I was on roughly 30 a day and now i'm down to about 5 or 6 a day which is really good going for me. This week i plan to reduce them further and hopefully cut them out altogether.

Tracii - Good luck to you too on your 2ww

Sandra - hope you are feeling better and that AF has finally arrived, mine was about 5 days late and it wasn't as bad as i was expecting

BigJ - not long to go for your appointment now, wishing you all the best

TylerB - welcome to the board, i've always had weird dreams for as long as i can remember but while i've been on the drugs i'm not having many dreams at all, the ones i do have seem relatively normal compared to what i'm used to.

Lisa - hope your iui went well today, got my fingers crossed for you

Maci - sorry to hear about your bad AF, from what i read about some peoples i was expecting a bad one too but mine wasn't bad at all, the cramps before were bad but that was about it, oh, apart from it lasting a bit longer, had nothing at all on day 5 (day of my scan) so i thought that was it over, day 6 started spotting, day 7 a bit heavier then nothing at all since. I'm also having bad headaches, i'm on day 6 of stims now and still getting them, hopefully the torture of all this will be worth it in the end.

Eskavon - i hope your injections are getting easier, good luck with them.

Heather - glad your scan went well, good luck on Friday

Delly - good news about your scan, wishing you loadsa luck on Wednesday

Miss Molly - well done on your e/c, got my fingers crossed for the phone call tomorrow

Jules - how are you doing?? haven't seen you about for a while, hope you are fine.

Not sure if i've missed anyone as there's so many of us now, if i have then a big HELLO to you and hope you are keeping well.

Take care and talk to you all soon.
Lotsa love

Michelle

Hi MIchellefromScotland

bigJ here 8) thought I'd offer you some
MEGA PMA
for giving up smoking - and I know what you are going through sweetie it's b***h     isn't it?????
Ok here we go confession time:
I was smoking 40-60 Malboro Red A DAY until 6 weeks ago
AAAAGGGGHHHHHH
so what I did is I went to my girlfriends birthday and dh drove me. I said I am going to smoke as much as I can and on top drink as much as I can - an mix drinks too
Well it worked as I felt like Pooh Sunday, still pooh Monday
I also said don't want to get addicted to Nicotine gum (been there, started smoking again to get off the gum  ) - but am not so heroic that I can do cold turkey - so I said from the start - 3 x 2mg gums a day..now I have 1 x 2mg gum, but only in the evening - if you have it in the morning it creates the nicotine need for the day..so from Wednesday (going to Barcelona day) only normal gum allowed..

I am not a hero atall, I am terrible and weak willed and stuff, if I can do it, so can you sweetie

PMA - it's a big issue, I'll be your "lung pal" if you want

LOve and kisses
