Melanie and Lauren - I'm so sorry to hear of your test results. It is good to know that you two are ready to try, try again. Best wishes with your next time around!

Elvis and Jen - congrats on your positive HPTs. I hope your betas come back great. I think it would be hard to wait for the beta to be done when you have already gotten a positive at home.

Amy - thanks for the birthday wishes. Good luck to you and Sher holding out til Thursday and not doing a hpt before then.

Brandi - it sounds like things are progressing well for you.

Mybaby - when do you test?

Best of luck to everyone!

Hi ALL

Congratulations Laurie! Good luck for today - this will probably be the best day of your life so far!

Sher - Thanks - and good luck for Thursday - I will be looking out for the results.

Jen - I am keeping my fingers crossed for - sounds really good though - can't believe you took the test apart. LOL. I hope you manage to move the test date forward to put you out of your misery and hopefully put a big fat smile on your face!

Lauren - I had my baby from a FET so it definately works - good luck for August.

I am feeling a bit anxious about stuff today - Have been on the Buserelin for just over a week and my period hasn't started - now I'm thinking what if I'm pregnant - which is virtually physically impossible. When I started doing the cycle this time it was really rushed and I hadn't expected to start to start so quickly (I had to wait a long time for an HSG result - then when I finally got the go ahead I had to start injecting 2 days later). I had a really quick quick run down of what to do at the clinic as they were busy and weren't expecting me and no one mentioned the absteining from sex for the time up to starting the the buserelin and I didn't realise until after I'd started taking the drugs - now I'm really worried. I know this all makes me sound incredibly disorganised but I just hadn't realised I would go ahead so quickly. I have just carried on taking it as I have never been pregnant naturally and as both my tubes are blocked it really would be highly unlikely. I have just phoned the clinic and they said that I would see some spotting - but I haven't so far. I'm probably just feeling like this because I'm premenstrual! Anyway I'll stop moaning now. Hope everone else is doing okay. Vicky

hi Laurie,
good luck today! hope to hear good news from you later today.

I'm really on the fence about the hpt - It's not that I don't want to do one, but after one failed try in Dec., I'm just so afraid I'll once again see a negative staring back at me - Believe it or not, it's easier to wait than to face that...Because of my age, this is our last try and I'd like to hold out hope that it worked for as long as possible.
I will likely do one Thursday morning, just to have a possible idea about what the doctor will tell us later in the day, because that will be such a long wait.....

Hope everyone gets back the test results they are hoping for today, BFP's and ever increasing hcg numbers!

Good luck, ladies!!

Laurie and Elvis- Good Luck today!!! I hope you get great numbers!!!

I got another "pregnant" on the digital this morning. I am so scared it's going to be another chemical-

Melanie and Lauren- I hope you are doing okay- at least you can start again right away instead of having to wait several months. It seems like all we do is WAIT!!! hugs!!!

Well ladies, it was a BFN for me on th HPT this morning. I'm still trying to stay optimistic, but it is hard. My DH has always been so strong and comforting with all the other BFN we've gotten over the years. However this morning he cried, and I think that broke my heart more than anything else. Amy, I think you are smart for waiting it out. I now have to think about the negative result for two more days until the b/w, and still have to take the PIO shots for what seems to be no reason. I think if I do this again I will wait till the morning of the b/w to test.

Good luck to all.

Kerri,

Sorry to hear of your BFN on the test, however I would not lose hope until your actual test date. I have heard many times that HPTs are the devil. Just hang in there the next few days. And look what has been going on with Jeneden. I think she got a bfn and is now receiving positives. You just never know.

hi Kerri,
my heart sank to read your post. Thursday will hopefully be here soon enough and then you'll know for sure what the story is - till then, please don't give up and keep taking your meds! I don't want to give you false hope, but perhaps a negative today will be a positive on Thursday.

take care and sending you a big hug! -- Amy

Hey- I just heard back from my nurse- they want me to come on in tomorrow for my b/w!!! That's two days early. Now I'm really nervous!!!!
Last time, my first beta was 15- dismal!! It went up to 120, before dropping back down (chemical), but I think they knew it wasn't viable early on. So, I am hoping this one works out!!
