MIA im excited for you and your interview thats great!!!---you can teach me to write while your at it. ----im reallykinda nervous about saturday. I just found out today that I will find out on sat how many eggs they got but wont find out how many fertilized until monday. And I assume that it wont be until monday afternoon since they do US BW till noon. So its going to be nerve racking.

SO I have a question I see on my calander that after ET I know there is a 2 ww until test day. Is that when they start the beta numbers after the 2ww. Im confused. I think I see I go in there for BW a few times within that two weeks but not sure what for. I've told DH to NOT let me get POS. I told him I dont care how much I beg and cry do NOT let me. Hopefully I wont be to tempted.

Tammy - i must be confused about the follies. this ws my first u/s...i haven't started stim meds yet - so i guess you're right there's no follies yet. although i though i read on someone else's post that they did an u/s and follies check before starting stim meds.

Maybe they meant cysts. I know they look for any leftover residual cysts at the baseline appt.

21bat and Tammy: I had my baseline today and he said I have 12 follies. (I counted them myself) I was surprised b/c I thought it was too early to have follies. But maybe they are follicle pockets. ??? He didn't give me a size, just counted them and said that was good. I start stimming tomorrow evening. I am not sure what my estradiol was?? Today was cd2 for me.

Katie: During the 2ww all you do is wait that is why they call it the 2ww . As far as I know there are no tests during this time.

I just triggered and it was not bad at all. I didnt feel a thing not a pinch or a burn. OK so only time will tell. G/L everyone!!!!

I'm new here..started lupron on 4th jan...Gonal-f on 13th jan...Can I join U guys here...I'm in India currently.
Coming to my story ..My periods were very irregular ever since...later I had a diagnostic laproscopy which said everything O.K.
I was in US last year and got BFP on first cycle clomid which ended up ectopic in right tube.
Surgery resulted in loss of right tube.
I'm 29 now and wanted
tried 2 cycles IUI and then going for IVF now...
let's see how it goes.

hello Rio with my clinic we have one bloodtest at the end of the tww but i guess if numbers are low or you have concerns they may do more to follow up as for u/s i had mine at 7weeks with Ds we could see the heart beat flickering but couldn't hear it. I'm only only on progesterone and baby asprin after Et

Hi Mia Cracking the grumps means he was throwning a major paddy or a tantrum ds is at the stage where hes trying to drop from two sleeps to one during the day so hes a bit out of sorts and there for he was tired and cracking the grumps. Hey well done on the job interview sounds like youv'e got it, its good to see they are flexible with the time you need of also BTW don't look at my english especially my grammer i'm shocking. You have me a little confused how could you have 12 follies if you hadn't started stimming yet or have you started and i have that bit confused.

I always have my baseline on day 3. The nurse/ dr counts the number of resting follicles that you have. That number could predict how many follicles you will have in the cycle.

I am just so excited this cycle. I triggered last night at 11pm EST, and my ER will be at 11 am on Saturday! I am thinking tons of baby thoughts for everyone all around!

Good luck to you too! The retrieval isn't bad, you are literally asleep! I had a little spotting afterwards, but I slept most of the day after! It should be a breeze! I hope to hear from you this weekend too to see how you are feeling and how your experience was. I will get a retrieval report later that day to let me know how many eggs they retrieved, then I will get a fertilization report on Sunday, and Monday, but they won't decide until Monday night or Tuesday morning if I will be a 3 day or 5 day transfer.

Hopin: Very excited!! What a fun way to spend your Saturday . When I was overseas doing IVF the nurse told my husband : She can do the ER w/o meds but it will be painful. If you want you can pay 7$ for her to be out of it!! Uh, hellloooo here's my 7 bucks now give me the meds!!!

I just heard from RN and my embryos are still dividing, so tomorrow at 8:00, we will transfer two embryos.

We are so excited. Tell me the truth, should I do the pineapple thing or not?
