AFM - Super excited! My saline u/s and trial transfer are scheduled for next Wednesday 9/29. I start my BCPs TONIGHT (WOW!) and will take them through 10/4. Then I'll go for my baseline appt/start stims on 10/8 with ER/ET tenative for the week of 10/18. Wow, it's really happening!

So....this morning....I was thinking that I hadn't gotten a call to confirm my ED prescription for Gonal F from Freedom Pharmacy. My RE always orders from Apothecary for everything else and Freedom for the Gonal F. Apothecary called yesterday to confirm and there's always an issue with someone not transferring the order of something with Freedom. Anyway...I went online to find the number for Freedom to confirm the order and saw on the website that you could get up to $500 off Gonal F if it's your 2nd cycle. Okay....this will be my 4th cycle. Three were with Gonal F. I asked the lady about it and she's going to try to get it approved for me. She said that your clinic is supposed to enroll you. Not sure if it will happen, but it will be nice to get some sort of discount. Plus, I have 2 vials of Gonal F left over from my last cycle. Every dollar counts when you're paying out of pocket. I just thought I would share just in case someone else is using Freedom and paying for meds.

Karin/Amanda- Nope havent POAS again. I plan to tomorrow morning before I go in for the beta blood draw. Amanda, congrats on starting your BCP tonight! Karin- Congrats on starting Lupron and I hope you get that awesome discount on the meds!

Advice on Lupron...anything i need to watch for? Side effects? Really thats not the med im worried about...im DREADING that PIO!!!!!!!!!! Yall are all awesome by the way! I feel so much better having people to talk to.

Hello everyone,

well I've been out of the loop for awhile waiting
to do an fet. Had an ultrasound yesterday and my
lining was an 8. I guess they were happy with that
number because I'm headed to Toronto on Thursday
for my fet. I'm feeling very nervous but excited all at
once, but I guess that's normal. I started my progesterone
shots last night, man do I ever hate those. I hadn't even
gotten rid of my lady lumps from my last cycle lol!
Anyways that's it for me. I hope everyone is doing well..

Krys- Congrats on your FET for Thursday! How many are you putting back? Dont be nervous you will be PUPO soon!

Tx- Lupron can give people headaches so make sure you stay hydrated. Some people can be moody too

We are going to be very close .... my ER is currently planned for the week of 10/18. Of course, who knows what will happen between now and then but that's the estimated time frame on my IVF calendar.

It's a first IVF for both of us, we both joined the summer group thread then by the time everything shook out we wound up being fall, and now our ER dates are estimated for the same week. It'll be interesting to see what our actual ER/ET dates end up being. When are you due to start your stims?

Good morning ladies.... I'm just not good at personals but I do read every day. Tammy, I'm still praying for you. Anna, I'm sorry about the chemical, but you have a really good attitude and I know it will pay off for you. I'm thinking of all of you and sending positive thoughts your way.

AFM I had my SnS this morning and I only have 5 follies. Right side was 10,8,8 and left was 8,7, There were also 2 small ones that she said wouldn't catch up. So I guess they were right when they said it would be a celebration if I got 5 or 6. I'm happy to have at least that many but I'm a little bummed that I don't have a few more. But the ones I do have look good and I'm still in the running I have another SnS on Friday and then again on Sunday and I should know then when I'll trigger.

hi everyone
this has to be quick. DH and i have had a pretty crappy 24 hours. monday night DH woke up with a 101.6 fever, and his crohns doctor down in mass general told him he was going to admit him into the hospital. so i had to drive him down to boston (an hour away) yesterday morning, and was there with him all day and night. i didnt get home until 11pm last night. (poor piper was ready to explode!!)
so he is waiting to see if they are going to do emergency surgery for his crohns because obviously there is something causing an infection...he's been on antibiotics for a month now..so it get a fever through all of those meds made the doctors worried. hopefully we will hear more news today as his lab results and his ct-scan gets reviewed. everything in hopsitals take forever!!

i had to jump on here though and tell tammy and teresa that i have everything crossed for both of you today! i'm in pain from crossing so tightly!! i am thinking of you both!!! xoxox

Franny - I am so sorry for your DH, lots of healing prayers his way to make a full recovery. I hope everything is ok thanks for letting us know, bad timing of course, life sure challenges us!

Teresa - Tammy - wishes for strong betas for both you girls let us know- I am here checking every minute on you girls!

babidreamz - I don't understand what you mean about implanting in Feb and doing ER in Oct. Usually DH does a specimen a few days before and they freeze and then one on the same day as ER. As least for us since we have low sperm counts.

Blang - what protocol are you on? It only takes one! I know we all want huge numbers but for some of us it just doesn't work that way, 5 is good! It is all about quality and not quantity

Krys - congrats for being PUPO!

Karin - I hope you get your discount!

klinger - You got dates! wooo-hoo nothing like at least being able to count down!!! Awesome! Hoping for great AF count!

AFM - DS is much better thank you everyone for your well wishes. I am unfortunately struggling with my asthma and bronchitis still hoping to get better soon since I am so out of breath and my lungs hurt. I guess it is better my IVF cycle got delayed... I was hoping to lose some weight before getting preggers since I had gestational diabetes last time and was hoping to avoid the insulin. But I can't even go 50 ft without having to sit down... Anyone else feel that way? Like they are not at the weight they want before getting pregnant? I just feel blown up from all the meds still...

I am so excited our PUPO list keeps growing!!! I can;t wait for al those wonderful BFPs!!!!
