Afm: coming to the end of my day and will shortly blow out my candle. Dh and i laid flowers today at the memorial stone which was hard but after we had done it, it felt absolutely right. Then i met my best friend out by the sea and we talked which was lovely. I had also'asked him to make me a wooden keep sake box that I could put my baby scans in and also a cert from the miscarriage association. I feel acknowledged in my loss today and I would like to thank you ladies for your kindness.

Ninde- I have been thinking of you today. It's nice you had this memorial service and dh went with you. The wooden box is a great idea. You might even like to plant a tree that blooms every year, dh plants a garden of sunflowers every year...That's what he brought me the day we found out. I'll never forget that and he knows how much that meant to me. Did I tell you the very first one in the garden bloomed today? I know everything we've all been through makes us that much tougher, willing to take chances, the risk of the unknown- but one of these days when we're holding our rainbow baby we'll know the storm is over and that risk of trying again was so worth it. So we hold onto hold it may be the only thing we have, but with hope we keep our dreams alive. x

Leora- YES sounds like the extra days of stimming might of been worth it! 17 eggs is very pleasing definately something to be proud of!

Anton- Thank you for your lovely post it really brightened my day and night!

Anna - definitely get some meds! Throwing up is awful. And dehydrating is really bad for the baby.

Julia - yay! Congrats on the new house! Friends of ours just bought an apartment - but buying seems like such a big grown-up step! Plus, we can't afford it. But I still dream to own my home one day!

HopeThisWorksM - well that sucks! It's only one more day - but I'm sure that day will feel like a year or more! Can't wait until Friday!

Patricia - I'm glad you found some good things to do on your angel's due date.

We usually get between 15-18 eggs, so 17 was pretty average, but we were expecting fewer based on the u/s. Hopefully some of those smaller follicles gave us some good eggs.

I'm worried that some of those eggs weren't mature and won't fertilize -- but I'll find out soon.

I've been waiting allllllll day for my fert report. The RE said he'd call me, but if he didn't call by 4pm, I should call him. Well, it's 3:50 and I'm dying! I even took my phone with me into the bathroom so I wouldn't miss his call!

Hopefully I'll know soon.

btw - I also just realized that my ET will be Mother's Day -- I remember that last year, Bliss transferred on Mother's Day - and she had a healthy baby girl in January -- so I'm hoping that it's a good luck day to transfer!
