Nancy - That is so cool! It's a first IVF for both of us, we both joined the summer group thread then by the time everything shook out we wound up being fall, and now our ER dates are estimated for the same week. It'll be interesting to see what our actual ER/ET dates end up being. When are you due to start your stims?

Are stims the FSH? If so, I start FSH on 10/9. I have a suppression check on 10/8. Here's what my calendar says:

Lupron 9/28
Last BCP 10/3
Suppression check 10/8
begin FSH 10/9
Estradiol level and u/s on 10/13 and 10/15 (more could be scheduled depending on how things are going)
ER week of 10/18

Franny - Ah, I 'm sorry to hear that Barry isnt doing well, the timing is just awful for you two. I hope that they can get him sorted out and on his way to recovering soon. I have you in my thoughts & prayers honey. Try to not worry too much, i'm sure he's in good hands.

I just got home from my appt and he said everything looks good. I got half of my baby in a box and the other half went to my ED. You know they say that it takes a village to raise a child....they forgot to say...it takes a village to make one. My ED has an u/s and b/w tomorrow. I also have another appt on Friday to check my uterus. I had a polyp removed in January and he wants to check it to make sure it's all clear. Great...something else to worry about. I thought he could have been able to see it on the u/s, but I guess it's a different kind of test....a $325 one. Everytime I turn around...payment is due for something. It's nauseating. I don't know how people afford this stuff over and over again. The lady from Freedom hasn't called about the Gonal F yet.

Teresa and Tammy....everything crossed for positive beta results!

Ok girls I'm on my home computer which is kind of crappy so I cant do personals but I wanted to let you know that I just got my beta results and it was 276! Thanks to all for your well wishes and I'll catch up with everyone tomorrow.

God is Good!!! 72.2!!!

Long story short...the lab messed up...and the clinic never received my results. A few phone calls later...the girl who waited on me this morning...gave me my number when I begged...and sent the results to the clinic. So I already know...and havent even talked to the nurse yet. lol

I know my clinic wants to see anything above 100 today...but honestly, 72.2 is almost double what it was on Monday at 38...so even though I am not out of the woods yet...I'm estatic! Sooo happy to be wrong about everything. lol

Tammy - I just knew it was going to be good news! its so hard to get caught up in these numbers, some women's run higher than others and some are just lower - the only part that really matters is that its rising - and 72.2 is great!!! I'm so happy to hear that! I was getting tired from hitting the refresh button every 2 minutes - yiiiippppeeee!!!! When / make that how will you tell Bill?

Franny-so sorry to hear about Barry. In the past two years I have learned a lot about Crohns and Colitis because 3 of my students have it and we have done tons of fundraisers for CCFA and we are doing a Fashion Show this Fall to raise more money. Please keep us updated. BTW....what happened to the two embies they were keeping an eye on? did they make it freeze? How are you feeling?? if you are thinking of visiting crazytown let me know and I will do my best to distract you!!

Lou-have fun at the Lee Dwayze concert-I loved his voice on American Idol!!! Keep up the estrogen and acupuncture so your lining gets nice and thick for your frozen blasts!!!

Franny - i hope DH gets better!

I feel like i am stuck in a time warp, my days and nights are going oh so slow. We started being aggresive in June and it took 6 weeks to make me get a period after 2 rounds of provera and 21 days of BCP's. Then two weeks of stims, IUI, and 11 days of waiting just to start a period when i didnt want one.

God is good though. Alot of people say he wont give you more that you can handle, well he has faith that i am incredibly strong. With the exception of Kaylie, whom I met on this site yesterday, my husband, and one friend here...i dont have much support and understanding. Its no big deal to everyone i know to have kids. Since Feb the first time we went to RE, i have had 3 friends get pregnant. Its hard to look your 19 year old sister in the face who is pregnant and has never even babysat. She didnt want kids...i went through that 3 years ago. I think that was the hardest.

Just wanted to share some feelings.

I wanted to say congrats to Tammy and Teresa!!! I also want to ask for some prayers...my dad went into heart surgery 7 hours ago and still no word. Any prayers would be greatly appreciated!
