Thanks for advice and info. Angela - keeping everything crossed for you!!Nicki, I did go on hfea website and that's where I got phone no.s and clinic details from. Got info thro post from Darlington today - there success rate is up to 70% over 3 cycles which sems more realistic. Waying up all the options at present. Thanks again.

How are you?

Thank you all for your support yesterday. It really did help me no end and made me realise how much I have come to rely on this site.

Well I am off to the clinic tommorow for the scan to start IUI again. I may not be able to start just yet because although AF started yesterday it is still patchy and no red blood yet so may have to start early next week. I tried to phone after work today to see if I needed to rearrange the appointment but the clinic had already closed.

Good luck for everyone one else on IUI.

Angela, sorry I am confused....Either u are on and you aint?? Parhaps it's implantion bleeding? Have you done a home test???

Lisa. Darlington, 70% over three IUI cycles is that??? so is that 23% per cycle, as I thought IUI was 15-20%
How far is Darlington for you to travel??

I am confused too. I convinced myself yesterday that it was a BFN. I know that it could be implantation bleeding as AF not due till this saturday but don't want to build up my hopes only to dash them again. Not sure if a home test will work yet as I thought it was too soon. Will have to see what the clinic say tommorow.

Well I have finally been to the clinic for the scan and as I thought it was a BFN. The good news is that I can start again straight away with another cycle of IUI. I start on Sunday with the injections but they have changed the drugs to see if I respond differently, apparently I responded very quickly last time and they want to try and slow it down a bit this time.

The only down side is that on the scan I already have one folicule developing on my right side which was the one that was blocked and they won't let me proceed if I only have right side devolopment incase of an eptopic. Still lots of left hand thougths. How is everyone else getting on. Jan how are you. Are we still going to be cycyling together and are you on meds or natural.

I know, all the way through the 2ww (well 11 days) I thought it might have worked and with the sore breasts, which I don't normally get with AF, I sort of started to be optimistic. The clinic think it was strange that AF started after 11 days and agreed that their first thought would have been an implantation bleed. Still on the upside the blood test showed that I had ovulated really well so that is a plus for this time. Hopefully the new drugs may act a little bit slower this time.

Angela: the BFN really sucks!

Good for you for picking up yourself, dusting off and getting ready for another round!

Things are OK with me...started to monitor for my LH surge this morning, so should be within a few days, then off to the clinic for IUI. I am going natural, so hopefully the stars will all align just right and the fifth time will be a charm

!

Jan, did u get the LH surge?? Have you been in yet???

We havent given up, ttc naturally, and I am ovulating today!!!
So woke dh up with sex and now he's back in bed asleep!!! I always get woken up when I have sex!!! He just wants to sleep after!!!!
Will try again tonight and and tomorrow too, just in case. You never know!!!!

It's so much better when OV occurs on w/end as during the week dh is too tired after work and I miss it coz of him, now its the weekend no excuses!!!!

I know dh has azoospermia but one test showed one sperm in the count so as its only one sperm thats needed, we have to keep tring huh????

Miracles do happen, PMA at all time huh???

So if you are OV too, then we could have babes born together huh????
