Cycle cancelled Not due to me due to airconditioning issue's... they dont want to take my embies out in that enviroment my babies are safe but they need the air to be circulating i guess... I start a med tonight I take it for 10 days and it will make me have my period and then I restart the estrace... Not sure how to feel about the whole thing, minor bump in the road? But I am going to look ahead hoping 10 days comes quick...

AFM-feeling very tired. Starting to wonder if I'm going to make it as far as I wanted to/need to. I look absolutely huge although I have gained only 24 lbs which is where I need to be for twins. Baby shower is set for the 26th. I hope I feel a bit better by then but we will see. Wishing everyone all the best and sending you all my love.

Julia - So Excited for you to be at the 3 month mark! Wow since we had out 1st Betas the same day to think I would be 3 months right now is crazy! But things happen for a reason..

Lauren - So I switched sides and now both cheeks (hips are sore) WOW not sure how my behind will feel after 10 weeks or so.. (probably numb by then..lol)

Amanda - YEAH... Big Congrats on that! So now just sit back and enjoy every minute of this!! Very Happy for you..

Kynlee - I have 2 6day that they are putting in... OMG.... I am sorry for the delay! I would be soooo upset since you have all these meds in your body.. But like you said it is what it is and if its not healthy then I too wouldn't push the issue.. Just sucks.....

Wehavehope - I am beyond excited for you just watching you since I first joined and look and how close to almost having these baby girls... Its exciting to hear your updates!

Leora - Thanks on the info for traveling. & Congrats on the 2nd interview! You might be having 2 babies at the same time! I knew this couple who tried for years to get pregnant & they started adoption with a little boy from Russia. They traveled to Russia and on there way back she was beyond sick. They thought she caught the flu but nope she was pregnant! (I know you need to do IVF but sometimes they come at the same time!)

AFM - I just have tomorrow to get things done before I am on bedrest for a week! Per my acupuncturist he said I should just stay home and do nothing for 7-9 days.. Let these babies implant!!

Cyn: my accupuncturist had me on be rest for 4 days. Next ti e im going to do it a little differently I think. How are you feeling?

Nicole: how are you? I was thinking of you today when my trainer had me doing clean and presses!!

Afm: saw someone today for homeopathy. She feels its much stronger than accupuncture. so she asked odd questions and came up with a remedy. Her partner does Accupuncture so i had 70 minutes of accupuncture too. Oh its always lovely to be told im retaining water!!!! He was very odd to be honest, he clearly has a gift and bar one lady, all the women who came for fertility treatments have become pregnant!!! They both feel the Accupuncture is secondary once the remedy is right. They want me to bring ken next ti e both for his ms and fertility. I think he is going to think they are nuts!!

Sorry for the lack of personals, if I miss a day or two posting I am so lost!! However I think and pray for all of you daily! I don't stop thinking about each of you.

Nothing knew really..

I don't talk to any family members back home except my parents on the phone daily. It's really sad. I can see one of my cousins wall on FB and my Niece so I check them here and there just so see how they are. I felt I should message the cousin and give her some advice she was struggling on and got told to basically be quiet and that I don't know her anymore. It is really sad that none of them I grew up with will talk to be online or come see me when we'd visit, but at one time they could talk to me on FB and hide behind that. That is okay though. I'm looking forward to seeing my parents, sister/brother in law and Nephew.

DH and I are stressing a little on his leaving the military. Right now we are struggling with staying with my parents for a month or two or just finding something small for rent until he gets a job. We can make it with just retirement pay if we are careful, for those first couple of months because we get extra money for a bit. Only problem is that puts us in an apartment to walk the dogs all the time and deal with noise OR a cheap rental in a bad area. We'll take the apartment over a bad area. My parents don't care if we stay there I am sure, but after a while....it won't be fun anymore AND they don't let pets in (my Dad mostly) so they would have to live in their carport and the dogs would freeze and hate running a heater all that time, PLUS it will make them have to keep their car outside that whole time.

AF (don't Ovulate still) decided to come just 19/20 days after she was last here!! However it was just a little pink but cramps were bit uncomfortable. Now I think it is completely gone! I haven't had that happen in about 3 yrs, right before they started getting regular....hopefully I'm not going back to once a yr ones.

Christy, sorry you are dealing with so much! You are a strong person though and I admire you. I too get overwhelmed with thoughts...just yesterday I was thinking how many years we've been ttc #2 (over 12 yrs now) and wondering If I have wasted all of that time to not have another baby in the end. All the test, medications, exams, stress, tears etc....and I haven't even tried IVF yet! We will get ONCE chance and pay for just one cycle w/no refund or anything, so if it doesn't worry I will have wasted so much and especially money!

Right now I'm just praying DH finds a job by 1Jan and I can start an IVF cycle around March.

Kynlee - I'm so so so so sorry. That sucks so much. 6.3mm is a little low for a lining. Most doctors want at least 7, more like 9-10mm. Having to stop and try again sucks! How was your blood e2 level? (it's okay if you don't know) Will they be increasing your dosage of estrace?

Maria - good luck with your baby shower! I hope it's drama-free!

Cyn- my doctor says that ET is like sticking a piece of dust to a peanut butter sandwich - no need for bed rest at all. After transfer, I just get up and go! 7-9 days bed rest sounds quite extreme! Can you get that much time off of work?

Patricia - I always copy the whole thing I wrote before I hit 'submit'. This website is notorious for losing posts! I'm sorry! I saw the picture of your new dog on FB - sooooo cute! How is he getting along with your other dog? Our first dog took a while to get used to having a 'little sister', but now they snuggle all day!

Gina - can you take something to regluate your cycles a bit better? Clomid? I know someone who takes Soy Isoflavanes, which are cheaper (OTC, maybe?) and have fewer side effects than Clomid. That way, maybe you would ovulate, and maybe get a more regular period.

AFM - trying NOT to focus on just waiting. Because I'm waiting for my baseline... then waiting for ER.... then waiting for pregnancy test... then waiting to start again (or hopefully for u/s). I'm trying to NOT focus on waiting.

Date night tonight! Yesterday, Groupon had coupons to our favorite restaurant - so we bought 4 (2 dinners for both of us) and are going tonight!

and I think I'm going to buy a dress for BIL's wedding on ebay - big risk, but things here are SO expensive. Paying for shipping and the dress is cheaper. But I'm a bit afraid of buying without trying it on -- but it's so much cheaper, that I can also pay for alterations if needed! What do you think? (has to be purple, but that's fine, I love purple!) Remember I'm plus-sized - how do you think this will look? (I'm a size 18)

Kynlee - That sux! This is the first I've heard of a cancelled cycle due to air conditioning! Couldn't they rent a few portable AC units until the AC is repaired? I hope they don't charge for this cycle!

Ninde - Can't believe you are still not feeling well! Anything the doctors can give you that they haven’t tried yet?

WeHaveHope - Sorry you’re feeling tired. I’m watching you to see what I might expect with twins. When is the due date?

AFM:
I have been feeling pretty good surprisingly. Not too much in terms of cramping or anything else. Guessing everything is ok but I just try not to think about it too much anymore. I think DH is more nervous than me.

I’m still on Lupron, Prednisone, Pre-Natal Vitamins, progesterone in oil injections and progesterone/EG suppositories.

I go for another ultrasound on Friday (tomorrow) at 4PM. Praying all is still progressing well. Should be about 8Weeks-5days or so this Friday according to my estimations.

Typically, once there is a heartbeat seen for a few weeks in a row, do these things usually go well?

Gina- TY it does suck, but nothing I could do so I am focusing on next cycle I know how you must feel to move in with your parents but that will get you guys on your feet settled and then you can probably look for a nice apartment with a nice neighborhood... Maybe you will only need to stay for a few weeks who knows, at least its summer so the Dogs should be fine in the carport if it were Winter then I would probably rush to get a place As for your family they are missing out if they dont want to see you when you visit, there lose

Ninde- Yes it stinks Air conditioning broke which means they cant take the embroyos out without harming them... The Freezers are fine just air conditioning issues, I am doing ok staying positive thats all I can do... how are you feeling? Yah for acupucture hopefully your DH will try it too, men sometimes make things more difficult then they need to they should just listen to us Women

Leora, that dress is gorgeous! The v neck and waist band will help accentuate curves and shape. That should help counter and extra fluffiness that comes from the ruffles. Where would this dress come from? I'm assuming you have access to alterations if necessary?

Super exhausted today. I would take half a sick day but I have a parent meeting after school. We had a terrible shooting incident near my school yesterday so we were in lockdown for over 3 hrs. I happened to be giving my lesson in the autism life skills class. So I got stuck there. It was very stressful. Teachers had to deliver student lunches, many teachers didn't get lunch (including me). I was one hungry, tired, and overwhelmed gal at the end of the day. AF suddenly started with no warning today and she is a week early. Ugh.

It will be during the winter, November. Although GA doesn't get too cold for long, my dogs love 100+ degree weather apparently lol.

Soooo I'm ready for my transfer at 9am (Friday June 1st)
I went on a 3 mile hike on Wednesday with a friend (who knows I'm doing IVF (FET Cycle) she said lets get some walking in before your transfer.. It felt sooooo good to be out on the trail!!
Then today I meant with my spiritual adviser who said she saw me with a baby soon! Then did a full cleanse with a blessing. Felt so positive when I left. She also said No to POAS.. She said think you are pregnant the whole time & it will happen. & also to stay in bed (no car rides or going up n down stairs until I do the BETA. She believes I was pregnant the last time & I started to do too much since I have really good embryos & the problem is most likely implantation. So to avoid any stress on the process to stay in bed the whole time!!
I went to work for 5hrs got lots done then went to my acupunture appointment. I passed out I was soooo relaxed.. He too then said I feel your body is ready for this baby.. Nothing but bed rest until your BETA test! Again he said because of my issue with not implanting he wants me laying down everyday.. As I was driving home I said why not go for a full body massage. I went up the street from my house & got an hour & half full body massage for $40 !! It felt good! (she even rubbed out my poor sore butt from the progesterone shots... She's like o' butt hurts??! How do you tell a Chinese lady your doing IVF.. I just said I take shots to help have baby ... O'baby she said! Lol
Came home to dinner with my Hubby & son then we drove around our area with our furbabies (they love to drive around in the evenings) got some frozen yogurt then had a nice hot bath!!

Nice & fully relaxed & soooooo ready to PUPO !!!
