Wigal- I was just thinking about you!! I'm so sorry you are going through this and I'm praying that everything works out for you. :( I'm sure you are scared but hang on to the fact that you heard a heart beat!! I hope you get some good news later this week and please keep us posted.

Kswann- I'm so sorry.  I really had a good feeling for you and it's just so unfair!!! It's really inspiring to hear your upbeat attitude and optimistic outlook. I feel that someone as strong as you will definitely get their wish some day. I'm sure you will want to take some time with DH to heal but please do check back in and let us know how you are and what you decide to do. You'll be in my thoughts.

Jen- How's my scan buddy?? 8) I hope we both have great scans tomorrow and we'll be off and running in no time. I'll check in the morning to hear the news!

Wanna- How are you holding up in the 2ww? Almost there!! Are you resisting the evil HPT? I can't wait until your BFP on Thursday!!!

Mominwaiting- GREAT NUMBERS!! YAY!!!!! :D

Carolyn- I hope everything goes great at ER!!! Please keep us posted!!

Angie- How is the house hunting coming along? Did you have a scan today? Hope all is well!

AEJ- Finally got the surge and you're officially on your way! Wooohoooo!!

Ok I am off to acu tonight. Have had a major headache the past few days. I think it's the work of evil AF. So I'm hoping maybe he can help me out with that by sticking needles in my head or something! And then I will check in tomorrow after my base scan to let you know how it goes. If all looks right I will be stimming by this weekend. Keep your fingers crossed!!

XO

Kswan - I am so sorry that it did not work for you. You have a great attitude and seem like you are already mentally looking forward. Hugs. I so hope that next time that you'll have better luck. Multiple goes are not fun but I want to know that I gave it everything just like you.

WISCONSINGAL- sending you loads of baby dust. I so hope that your little one is just a slow starter and that all will be ok. Hugs. Hoping that you will get good news on Thursday

Shantala, Rachel, Susette - love the drop in girls for coming to wish me well. You are all awesome. Thanks. Just 1 sleep and at least I shall know what the hell is happening down there  I may be the first lady who achieves no collection from either side! At least I have appointment for new clinic on Thursday for go 4! What sort of lark is this for all of us!?

Jen1d - very best of luck for your scan for tomorrow - I am sure that you are impatient after all the waiting. So hope that all is well and that you can start the stimmies & the super long protocol will bring you a great crop of eggs. Hope that toe nails are painted and legs shaved  I am rubbish at listening to advice but great at giving it out!!!!! How's the snow?

Wannababyivf - not long now hun. Just a couple of sleeps. Hang in there. So hoping that it will be good news for you

Angie - we must have posted together last time around! Trigger was Monday. Just at home - no Killers concert this time  I love them. They recently picked up two awards over in the UK at the Brits. Playing here again but bigger stadiums and I need the cash for ivf!!! Your follies are picking up now. It is good that you have one that is at 13mm. Sorry that it is taking so long. Really was joking when I first said that I might overtake you! Take good care hun

Love to everyone else. I shall hope to post when I get home tomorrow. Off to bed although not sure how much sleep I'll get.

Hugs

Ok Now I have a few minutes to give detail.
First of all this is bittersweet, because even though I am BFP I am so sad for all the ladies who are not, I am so sorry and you all are in my prayers!!!
Wiscon Keep your head up sweetie, the fact that they saw a heartbeat is a good sign!! I am praying really hard for you!!
Jen Good luck tomorrow, I hope everything is great and you can get started!!
Wannababy Almost there sweetie, I am doing the jig for you a BFP!
Carolyn Good luck with ER, I will be thinking of you!!!
Ok as for me, I had a rough couple of days, as most of you know I have had issues with the progesterone injections, WELL it got worse. I stopped the injections and switched to suppositories, and wound up in the hospital with a so called "pocket of blood" in my right butt cheek(TMI?) anyway lets say that walking, sitting, lying, or even thinking was not an easy thing to do. But on a lighter note, I think I am still in shock over BFP, I am not as excited as I thought I would be, don't get me wrong I am happy, but reserved. I have had two M/C is past and I guess that is why I feel the way I do, I am sure once I get past that UHOH point then I'll be unstoppable. Although I have nicknamed baby "TUFFY" cause it stuck with me through 2 weeks of tylenol and heating pad, then survived hospital and tylenol with codine(only2) they gave a prescription, but I haven't taken any jsut what they gave me in ER. So as long as it sticks around it will be my little "TUFFY" LOL that sounds so silly. I jokingly told DH that if we had a boy it would have to be named "Tuffy Ty" because it is tuff and because of all the tylenol I have taken ( 2 every 4 hours for last 2 weeks religiously) and so Tuffy just stuck. Poor kid.lol :D
Ok well I am going to go for now I will check back in later see how everyone is doing. My first U/S is on March 13th .
Thank You all So much for your support and kindness, You are some of the most amazing women in the world.!!!! :D

Hi Aunty - I am over it ! 14 days and still going - reckon I might make 20 days at least. Next scan on Friday - at least he is monitoring me closely - I have lots of follies but he doesn't want to encourage them all to grow - just some! Over it, over it , over it!

Just checking in to see how your ER went. I hope they were able to reach your follies. I am off to sleep, as I worked last night, but will stop by later to see how you did.

Thanks Ladies for all the support. Em and Laura, my March-April pals, it is lovely of you to remember me and keep cheering me on. Aunty - you are my heroine as ever. Angie - my Dec cycle buddy - 3rd time lucky for you and me both!

I cannot thank you all enough for the support. I was really so scared that they might not be able to reach both sides. I so appreciate the fact that you have all been there for me.

So - Good news. OMG. OMG. I am so relieved. I think that they stood on me to move my ovary but who cares. They got to both sides.   11 wonderful follies for me. I was crying when they told me - guess it was the relief. Lovely lady surgeon - told her it was my 3rd go and I needed her to pull out all the stops for us!!!!

So given the good numbers, we asked to meet with the embryologist afterwards to talk about going to blast. She was lovely too. Not usual for my clinic who really favour Day 2. But she could understand our rationale after previous attempts. So we are going for it.

They'll call tomorrow to let us know how many fertilised. Will call Friday to decide whether we have enough running for us or whether we can add back some snow babies (they are Day 2 from cycle 1). They would like us to have 6 looking good at that stage for us to get over the weekend. Will get another progress report on Saturday. She'll check them on Sunday but I'll likely not get a call til Monday. At that point, they'll be calling us every half day to decide the best point to transfer them back - if they make it that far. Looks like a transfer on either Monday or Tuesday.

I know that we may not get that far but feel better about them being outside me where they can monitor them and see what is going on.

So 2ww starts here. Can imagine that the next few days will be agony. But feeling so lucky to have this chance.

Love and hugs to you all. Will catch up on personals soon but need to make a couple of calls and then get some sleep.

Lots of Love
Carolyn
