Rosario, that's great news! Now you just have to not be anxious, and be excited instead! I know it is a lot to take on board, but you will be just fine. Can't wait to hear about your follies growing!!

Steph and Bella, thanks for the reassurance re the cramps. I haven't called my nurse or anything, so it's great to hear that it's not a bad thing. I just didn't think it would be going on so long, as I figured, it/they were buried all the way in already! I can't wait til my U/S, still 11 mores days to go! It feels like eternity!

Venus! Hope everything went well, can't wait to hear about your eggies!! Hope you are taking it easy today and feel okay.

Babyscoming - welcome to the board. I'm sure someone here will be able to help you out with your questions, sorry I haven't had any experience with the CM issue - I didn't have lupron at all for my protocol. I hope your ultrasound went okay, and you can have your ET. If not, then can you wait a cycle and go with an FET?

Hi ladies!! I had ER yesterday and they retrieved 10 eggs!! Yippeeeeeee! This morning we learned that 5 fertilized so we have 5 embies growing!!!

I am super excited!! I just know this is going to work this time

I'll find out tomorrow what day to go in for transfer. I'm hoping for a day-5 transfer.

I'm feeling much better today. Yesterday I had quite a few cramps and my ab area was quite tender. Today I'm close to 100%. The cramps are gone and there's just a little tenderness.

that's great news venus, good luck.

I had my u/s yesterday and the re said I'm not responding
enough to the dosage of stims they started me out with
so now they tripled my dosage. I uped my dosage on my own
for a couple of days anyway because I just knew they were'nt
stimming me hard enough and come to find out I was doing myself
a favor, now I have to take even more meds then I gave myself

I just hope that I won't be stimming for to much longer, It's been
8 days now and since I uped my dose I now feel cramping and
bloating in my ovaries which I guess is a good sign.
My uterus lining was an 8, I'm giving myself the baby aspirin and uping my dose

darn..I wish I could implant myself then I could pay
myself the dam money

Anyway, I still don't have an estimated ER or ET yet.
I have b/w on Monday to check my E2 levels again and
the re said my follies were 33 something which he said was small, and
I have 13 growing follies so far..blah.
so sorry for ranting and good luck to you all

jude7702--Thank you so much.. my u/s went ok. I am scheduled for ET tomorrow, Day 6. I'm a little worried because I had been told I would have a Day 5 transfer so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I had 16 fertilize so I'm pretty optimistic there's a few left. I'm not too happy waiting til the last minute but we'll see.

venus25 -- Great news. Five should be enough for a 5 day, after allit only takes one for a BFP!!

ndgo82 -- your situation only shows tha we must be an advocate for ourselves. No matter how much trust we put into these dr's sometimes we need to guide them along. My E2 levels shot up from one day to the next, I wouldn't worry. I was also told I had 13 follies, turns out I had 22. You just never know. One day at a time. It will work! Lots of positive thoughts your way...

Well tomorrow I am scheduled for ET. They aspirated fluid from my cervix on friday and I should be good to go. I'm trying not to be so excited in case the fluid has returned by tomorrow and they cancel this cycle. BUT, I am optimistic. I'll be having AP before and after just in case. I figure it won't hurt and whatever can help is in my favor. They've been in there so many times in the past week that my cramping and bloating hasn't gone so I'm expecting lots of cramping tomorrow. I will check in as soon as I can.

So I got news from the RE today and my E2 levels has gone up but
only from 118 to 360, after 8 nights of stimming. She now has me
on 4 bravelles and 2 menopur's but I might take 5 and 3

I've been doing it anyway, and I had to order more bravelle since
I'm uping my own dose..that's the only part I kick my own ass for.
So I just paid $840 today for 4 boxes...

...I sure hope these work
or I'll have to spend even more money.

Atleast I am feeling the affects of the stims now though, it seems
like I feel them more and more everyday also.

I am on Day 5 of meds... Thursday and Friday was just 2cc's micro dose lupron in the AM/PM and now since Saturday, I am taking 2cc MDL in the AM and 2cc MDL, 300 Follistim and 300 Menopur in the PM. I had a blood test today and continue the same. Tomorrow I go in for Blood/ultrasound.

On Thursday my E2 was 20 and FSH was 7 - isthat good??????

I figure that some people stim faster than others.
I'm on a high dose now and this is my 9th night of stimming.
I go in for u/s and b/w the 23rd and I'm hoping more follies grew
or I'll have to buy more medicine.
Keep your head up and just wait it out a couple days and your
e2 will go up.

Great news guys!!!!!! AF showed up and I am now on my first day of Follistim. Like i have said in earlier post, I will be doing 600 units at night. I got on Saturday to see my RE. Lets hope all is well then.

Just an update. As of yesterday, I have 9 follicles on the right side and 4 smaller ones on the left side. My E2 levels, they said, are fine. SO fingers crossed. I have been following the same protocol and I am looking at a retrieval on 7/31.

ndgo82 - It sounds like stimming is going well. I know it's not happening as quickly as you would like. Hang in there. I hope you get to trigger soon!

babyscoming - how did your ET go on Monday? I hope it all went well. How many embies did you transfer?

Rosario - yeah! congrats on starting Follistim!! Keep us updated on your progress.

Jennifer - 13 follies is awesome. Good job!

All is going great with me. Yesterday we went in for the 3-day ET and to get an update on our 5 embryos. Well we learned that one fertilized late and the initial 5 were growing well so we actually had a total of 6 embies!!! I almost jumped off the table to hug the embryologist

Here was the cell count: (1) 7 cell (2) 6 cell (3) 5 cell (4) 5 cell (5) 4 cell and (6) 4 cell. We transferred the 7-cell, 6-cell and one of the 5-cells for a total of 3 embies in the uterus!! We are soooooooooooooooooooooooo excited!!! The other three are staying in the lab to see if they continue to grow. If they make it to blast and look good, we'll freeze them for future use. This is so dramatically different from my last cycle. Last time, we retrieved 8 eggs. Only 3 fertilized, one arrested by day 3 so we had 2 left - just barely 4 cell. We are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay ahead of the game this time! I just feel like this is really really really going to work for us this time!
