One girl I work with has been married 10 years...she and DH ttc for pretty much the entire time...nothing. She is 37, so they decided that it would never happen for them. They were discussing a vasectomy, as they didn't want to pursue infertility tmt, and decided that they didn't want any 'surprises' when she was 45 or something! Well, guess what? Surprise

And, my DH...his uncle and wife, married 11 years...ttc...no luck. Adopted a child and bang! preggers naturally with twins!
So...miracles happen every day...the planets align just so and you're a mum! You're right...PMA all the time!

Nothing for me yet...likely will fall right in the middle of the week when I have an urgent meeting or something like that! That's the part I find so stressful...trying to keep things private, but also having to manage getting time off work. I am very lucky as my job is very flexible...I set my own schedule and can work from home, etc if required. But, it's just that everyone is used to seeing me everyday, so if I all of the sudden say "Oh, and I'll be out of the office tomorrow" it strikes them strange. Our clinic is about 2 hrs away, and they do weekday IUIs around noon, so that pretty much messes up my entire day. We leave around 9am and aren't back until 4pm for the most part.
Ah well...guess all the trials and tribulations will make it all the more worth it WHEN it actually happens!
