It's a good thing...your doctor is monitoring how you are responding to the meds. You want everything to be just right...and the doctor is making sure everything is just right.

Just herd from the dr. He told me to decrease my Gonal to 187 from 225. Is that bad. I go in Friday for a scan. Now I'm nervous. Why would they decrease the meds? Is this bad?

Kristin, they just called me too to decrease my medication, I had just read your post when I received the phone call LOL , so I asked them why, and they told me it was because my estrogen was increasing and they wanted to keep it steady, but not to worry, just ER day is closer.....they told me to decrease the Menopur, but keep Follistim the way it is...
So I am going tomorrow to meet with RE and decide ER day....how nervousssssss

I feel tired today and can't wait to get home. I just sit at work and stare at the computer the whole day. Not much happening, so I'm trying to keep myself busy with some stuff but you know what is constantly on my mind: how many follies do I have.... Are they growing.... etc....
I have Menopur left just untill Monday, so I might have to order more. I hope not.

Massage wise you would probably find a full body or lie down back massage very uncomfortable at the moment, plus they would probably stay away from your injection sites, if you do still want a massage then you are better off going for an indian head or seated massage if it is an option, no massage should be done during the first 3 months due to the risk of miscarriage, so seeing as you are due yor BFP very soon you may wanna save it for a while!!!! we have a lot of pregnant women with lower back complaints, we will not touch anyone who is in the first 3 months due to the potential risks involved...hope this helps! I hope your ER is soon, not many sleeps now...

Started stimming today,so have my first BW/SCAN on wed 8th nov,clinic hoping er will be week of 13th..

uh-oh! I left my Lupron out of the refridgerator over night. I was cleaning up all of the various viles and supplies, and was so worried about accidentally throwing it away that I decided to do it in 2 trips, but I forgot about it!

I went ahead and used it for my injection tonight and put it back in the refridgerator, but will call tomorrow to ask about it.

Does anyone know? I would hate to mess things up at this point!

Well, I am doing my HCG shot tonight for retrieval on Friday. They called earlier today to tell me to decrease my dose of HCG to 7500 from 10000 because my estrogen level was 7900!!!!!!!!!! They said 1000 of that is probably from the estrogen supp I have been on. Last time my peak estrogen level was 6300 without any estrogen supp. I was really nervous with that one because they didn't decrease my HCG shot, but I ended up ok. A lot of bloating after retrieval that only lasted 2 days. I know if you get pregnant though, it can last a lot longer. Has anyone had a high estrogen level?

Hi everyone, I'm sorry I have not been doing very many personals lately. I've been so busy with my appointments and doing the yard. DH has Mondays and Tuesdays off, so we we worked on the yard together, then spent some time at the movies and did shopping for groceries and stuff. I've been reading everyone and keeping the list updated as much as possible. It's good to see that everyone is moving forward nicely. Time has flown by, I can't believe so many of us are doing ER and ET this week and next. I can't wait to read about all the BFPs! Good luck to the ladies doing ER and ET in the next few days. I hope you get lots of eggies!

This might be a really stupid question, but it just popped into my head, so here goes. What about caffeine? Should I be not drinking any right now--I'm just waiting for AF so I can start stims. I have a small diet coke addiction and my doctor hadn't said anything to me, but I just suddenly got worried that I might be blowing everything with every can I drink. What do you think?
