Franny – You are so welcome! Sometimes we all need that extra boost of confidence from people who truly understand what we are going through. I try to talk w/ my DH also and he listens and is definitely there for me but it’s different for us (we actually are going through IVF – injections, etc.)

DrBoots – ER this weekend … whoo hooo!

Marci – Thanks for updating the board!

AFM – I had my estradiol level drawn this morning to see how I am responding to the Follistim and the nurse called back this afternoon to tell me that my level is 159 and my RE wants me to increase my injections to 375 from 300. I immediately became extremely stressed … of course, I called my DH freaking out and he tried to calm me down. But, I just rechecked my records from my first fresh IVF and my levels were exactly the same as 1 ½ years ago so I am trying to calm my nerves right now and praying … “please lord let this be my time”!!!

AFM I am starting to feel a little fullness in the overies today is day 4 for me and tomorrow is my SNS, at which time we will see if I made the right decision in going forward. Ladies it feels right but I gotta tell you I am starting to second guess myself a little. I know it's nerves and the closer the SnS comes the more worried and scared I get. I know you all understand when I say I want this so badly. Tomorrow is the day...... Please follies grow like crazy and prove to the doctor that we were right and that this is our time. Does anyone wlse talk to their overies or should I seek help ??
I also have 2 stuffed puppies that cheer me on when it's injection time. The first is Colby dog from the first cycle, he tells me not to be a puss and just do it. I got the second, who is a twin to the first from my wife as a "there there see it will be ok" pup talk. Now do you think I need help ??
I just need a good SNS tomorrow...ppppplllleeeeaaaasssseeee.

Franny: As I’m learning too, its definitely a rollercoaster, this IVF process. We all have the same fears. You don’t have to feel bad about being honest. DrBoots: That’s great!!! How many days have you been stimming already? I’m hoping that all goes well for you and that you have great follies! Can’t wait to hear how it goes. Were you told that the grade of your follies could go down if you use anesthesia during ER?

AFM, I wasn’t canceled today! I have 3 small eggs growing. My RE said that they were small but they can improve. I continue with my 2 injections a day until tomorrow and then on Thurs morning I go in for another u/s to see how I’m doing. They also drew blood and my RE called and said all of my hormone levels were fine and to continue with my injections. So, I’m feeling a little better and actually am feeling a little better today. Thanks again ladies for picking me up when I get so down. Sometimes I wonder if I’m built for this, and then I hold a small baby and don’t want to give it back!!! I tell myself them, that I am! We all are! Love you guys!

Well, beta #1 is in at 184!!!!!
I am beyond pleased...
Beta two is on Friday...more later when I can sit at the computer and type normally.

Marci – good luck w/ the u/s tomorrow … as long as you feel that you made the right decision then it is right for you! Also, thanks for the encouragement! I ask myself sometimes, how much more can I take??

Latrell22 – I am at day 5 today so I am supposed to continue the Follistim until March 29th and then my ER is scheduled for March 31st if my ovaries decide to cooperate! And, the transfer is supposed to be April, 5th. I am so happy you weren’t cancelled … I have a blood draw and u/s on Thursday also.

Libby - Congratulations!!! Great beta!

Franny - On my last cycle board everyone was getting BFP in a row then I came along with a negative. I was so mad when I POAS and got no line. It's even more annoying to know that there is absolutely no reason why it should not work. I have a friend going on IVF #5 and she said we are just in that other 50%. The negative 50%! The way I stay positive is that if it had worked for ne last September I would not have these frozen embryos, since I would be pregnant now. I think one of these 5 is the one that's meant to be. I really believe this time it's going to finally be my turn. Yeah I will be very dissapointed if it does not work. But I guess I will just keep on trying (until my insurance runs out). Hopefully one day (soon) it will be everyone on heres time!

AFM - AF is playing games with me. Just starting for 3 days now. Nurse said to call Thursday if it's still not full flow.

I have a silly question but like I said before I am new to all this and since I was told going into this FIRST IVF cycle that everything was good. All my tests came out good previously...when I developed this cyst outta nowhere ...is it a bad thing that it didnt respond to two weeks on the BCP?? Im so scared its gonna be there again in a couple weeks and I wont be able to start for the 3rd time! I did research ovarian cysts and came up with funcional and non functional but apparently they go away and BCP is supposed to help?? So you ladies are smart...and know ALOT about these things...just looking for any additional input?? waiting to hear from my doctors office...been waiting over a week already to see what there plan is for if its still there or if its NOT

Quick update:
SnS this am, the tech says she only measures follies over 1. I had 2 on the left and 1 on the right. with another 12 not big enough to measure yet. GO TEAM OUCH. I am now waiting for lab results...but we have follies !!!! Oh and by the way my lining is an EVEN 11 !!!!!! I have a good feeling. Thanks for the PMA ladies....now I will patiently wait for phone call......

The reason they never called is cause I think my local clinic never faxed the results to my US clinic so my local clinic are the ones who called and it was 426. So I went in for another today and can't wait to get the results. Thanks for asking.

It's a bummer we are so lost cause we really can't buy yet?? So expensive here in the Capital of Canada. Oh well.

I am so sorry you are scared the way you are today. You know we all get scared specially using our own eggs. But you've got to pull yourself together this IS all worth it and it IS going to work we are cheering for you girl. Hang in there. And you are NOT bringing us down at all we are all in for the same reasons and we are here for each other. If we didn't need positivity from our IVFers we would not be here that's why we all pull together here... We are cheering for you girl Hugs...

Yes the cramp would be implantation cramps you seam to be doing great girl hand in there. And me the ONLY feeling I have when pg is tired and lazy like you seam to have so you seam to be pg hopefully it's a sticker one

AFM - Sorry I had to do stuff while trying to caught up boy you girls have been busy I had 5 pages to caught up I can't believe it I think I might be repeating myself if I am so sorry.

2nd BETA today.

Still waiting for house deal to know if the house sells, still looking at houses but for rent now etc. So busy busy.
