I have been lurking around and wanted to say WOW. It is so great to see all the BFP's. Congrats rayofsunshine, heekinje, Secaly, babyluv, claud662, & supergenius!!! This is exciting!
Babyluv- At how many days were your embabies frozen? That is a huge 1st beta. WOW!
AFM- I had my 2nd beta last Tuesday and it double + some to 356. The Re said since it doubled no more beta's. I go back for 03/29 for my 1st ultra sound to see the heartbeat or heartbeats. The Re says that my numbers are on the border and could be twins but won't know until ultra sound. I was talking to my best friend the other day and she asked me how I was feeling. I told her that after all these years of scrutinizing TWW's I would have never guessed that this is what it feels like to be pregnant. I thought it would be so much more obvious. No m/s yet (fingers crossed that I don't get it). Other than sore boobs and mild cramping off and on. That is it.
Well good luck to all of you stimming and preparing to stim. You all seem to be on the BEST boards for BFP's.

claudia i'm so sorry you are stressing out! please please dont give up hope for that lil bean! your numbers are still going up...they may not be doubling as fast as you'd like them too, but from what i understand betas should double between 48-72 hours...i know we all want them to double every 48 hours, but this baby making thing isnt an exact science. from what i can tell your numbers are right around the 72 hour window. i am not an expert at all, and i know very little about beta's, but from being on these boards forever i've learned some stuff. i would ask ghost! he will help put your mind at ease!! i have a great feeling for this lil baby of yours, so please dont upset yourself. i know these next 2 days are going to be really hard, but know that i am here for you anytime you need to talk! much much much love!! xoxoxoxo

Claudia -- did you calculate your beta doubling time? http://www.countdowntopregnancy.com/too ... ulator.php . Here's a site that can do it. It seems yours is around 72 hours or close to it which can still be normal. My fingers are crossed for you. When do you go back?
Lauren -- Hi hun! I'm feeling waaayyy too good to be pregnant I think. My u/s is Monday 3/29 so I'm excited for that. If all is well, then DH and I will "tell the world!" Good luck on your cycle. I've got everything crossed for you and all the other ladies too.

Hey girl don't jump the gun too fast your first BETA was 88 and now 210 I think it more then double I guess it depends when you did it sorry. Don't worry BETAs are only a no and as long as it goes up girl you are ok... its' the down part that you have to worry about!!

Thanks so much everyone! Even though I tested AGAIN this morning (bringing the grand total to five HPTs), my stomach was in knots waiting to hear the final numbers. We transferred 2, so I know twins are possible at this point...I guess we'll have to see what happens. I am thinking I'll have a good indication with the second beta on Friday. If they double, probably just one. If they triple or more, twins are more likely. My friend had a first beta of 1200 and ended up with just one...that little one just decided to stick really well. Sooo...I'm just happy to actually have confirmation there is a bean in there! My symptoms have lessened everyday, and I was beginning to wonder...
To those who asked, yes today was first beta and I am 14dp3dt. This was a fresh cycle. I DO have two frosties (finally!) that were frozen on day 6.

Babyluv – I’m wishing you the best!
Emma – I’m sure it’s nothing to be worried about, your RE is just being cautious to not over stimulate you, that is why they have us constantly come in so our doses can be adjusted as needed to have the best outcome!
AFM – I rechecked w/ my RE today and my estradiol level yesterday was 109 not 159 ok so that really has me worried but I did increase my Follistim dose from 300 to 375. So I am really crossing my fingers for my u/s and blood draws tomorrow. “Please god, let me respond better by tomorrow”. I also had a severe, severe migraine yesterday and I felt just awful! I know it’s because the increase in estrogen that is causing the migraines, so hopefully that means that I am responding better because my estrogen levels are rising! I tell you, this IVF process is one stress after another. I guess it’s my turn ladies, I need some positive feedback today or PMA!!!
Angela - what day of stims were you on when your e2 was 109? I've had my numbers jump all over the place before. Upping meds can definitely make a difference.

AFM, my appointment for u/s is tomorrow. Since yesterday I’ve been feeling a little discomfort. I’m guessing it’s the meds because today was day 7 on stims….I’m hoping I have lots of BIG follies tomorrow. I’m not as upset as I was day before yesterday prior to the appt but its on my mind. I’m very hopeful….I didn’t even make it this far the last time so I’m very excited to see what tomorrow brings. I’m hoping that my time is right around the corner and I can join all the BFPs!! I will check in with all of you as soon as I can after my appt tomorrow. DH has a big basketball championship in Ramstein this week so we are leaving tomorrow after my appt . Unless RE says I have to come back and see him this weekend! I won’t be upset if he does!! LOL …Love you all!

ok-after that freak out I feel a little better. It's just that I feel that NOTHING goes easy for me and that after last cycle with my chemical I'm so scared for that to happen again. I'm a little on the slow side but my RE just emailed me back and she said that I was within normal range and she thought it looked good. I'm still going in on Friday to make sure the numbers are still rising and then I have my first ultrasound scheduled next Wednesday if Friday looks good!!! So please cross everything you got for me!!
Franny-I had been reading your posts over the last few days and have been DYING to post but it's so hard from the Blackberry that it would have been hard. I totally get the feeling of being doomed and nothing going right. JUST LOOK AT ME!!!! I always feel that bad news follows good news but we both have to get our PMA back!! Finally a phone call.... we are on track. 3 follies 11.5, 12.1, 11.7 today is day 5 for me. E2 was 29 on friday and today is 243. Yea overies, they are really talking to me today, hopefully they are cooking up more eggs !!!! Lining is 11...Hump..
I go back on Friday and start my ganarelix shots 1 everyday starting tomorrow.
So tell me on day 5 of stims is this a good amount should there be more? I have never had follies before that is why I was cancelled.
I also thought that ganarelix was every few days not every day....wow...other meds stay the same.
I am so very excited but remaining cautious at the same time.
When they say they dont measure anything smaller than 1 then tell me that mine are 11-12 I am really confused. Somebody explain please...
Also last but not least..... This is the LUCKY board !!!!

Marci – YEAH for an even lining! See, you followed your gut! AWESOME! That’s great that you have 3 follies! I don’t know a whole bunch about it like the rest of the super smart women on this board, but based on an E2 of 243 you can stim for awhile longer, so that will give you more time to produce more follies. E2 at trigger should be around 2000. See “Usually, the hCG injection is given when four or more follicles have grown to be 18 to 20mm in size and your estradiol levels are greater than 2,000pg/ML.”
