MARCH-CYCLE BUDDIES
Hi all! Hope you're all doing well...i'm glad monday is pretty much over....i really hate mondays and today i was feeling just so anxious for some reason...i think it might be related to tmw's scan to check if down regging has worked..i really hope so!
Shantala...thinking of you hun....you 5 is not such a bad number and sure you may get one (it inly takes that!) or you may even get all 5...quality not quantity that's important...i pray pray pray that everything goes well and those embies are nice and strong...keep us posted cos you know we'll all be worried about you!
Steph..so good to hear from you! Glad stimming is going well...are you feeling bloated at all yet? what about drinking lots of water...are you? Thanks for the tip re injections..can't say i'm looking forward to them...mind you it's different when i'm injecting my patients everyday!!

Kandice...holy..i couldn't believe your post....wow that really is amazing! And i'm so pleased that so many of them were mature enough...grow embies grow! Wish you all the best if transfer is tmw! but if they are strong enough to make it to day 5 then that would be great!

Stephanie..i understand hearing about everyone else's preg can be hard....but you know you're not far behind...lots of sticky baby dust to you!
BTW sometimes crying is good...better out than in! (that's what my dh tells me anyway )

Nerms: My dr told me that taking baby asprin promotes blood flow to the uterus and ovaries it also helps post transfer with the development of the spine and brain of the fetus

So I got the call from the DR and they said that I have a cyst.
I will start BCP for 3 weeks and then start stimming on Mar 30th.
They want the cyst to go away 1st.
I cant believe it. I have been waiting since Sept to start again and I keep running into obstacles.
Sorry to vent, just feel let down again.
At least I start something (BCP) but I would have rather went straight to stimms.

Shantala, honey, as the other girls have said, I know this is not what you expected but I am praying your eggs are good enough to fertilize and get beautiful embies with. My hugs to you!! Be strong and positive! Will be thinking of you tomorrow.

I definitely agree with you about those PIO shots. Those needles are long! Hope they don't sting too bad! I'll have to do them too and dh will definitely have to stick me with those things.
Jackie, so sorry about the cyst! As you said, at least, they're putting you on bcp's and that's getting you somewhere and with a purpose--to absolutely be ready for making those eggies. Just use the extra time to get ready and be healthy for what's ahead...
Nerms, good luck on your scan tomorrow. Hope you can start stimming soon! Like Sonya, I am on baby aspirin too. I guess that's my RE's protocol and I didn't even know what it was for but that's good to know it has a good purpose.
Steph, my stimms buddy! Thanks for the injection advice. I haven't been icing or doing anything to reduce the discomfort at all. That follistim sure does sting. Are you using that pen? If you don't mind me asking, what is your dose with it? I'm on 300IU. I'll have my 1st follie check on Wednesday too. Good luck with yours. Hope we have lots of follies. Are you feeling twinges in the ovaries or is it my imagination?
Katt, good luck with trigger! When is your EC? Keep us posted! I don't know about lust....I can't even have dh touch me coz I'm so sore in the belly with all these shots.

As for me, starting to get pretty sore in the belly from all these shots. I don't know if I'm imagining it but my ovaries feel like they're twitching. I hope those follies are growing. Will be getting my first scan on wednesday plus the big payment due then...UGH! Better to get it out of the way now!

Adoption course starts March 19th
Hey everyone, got a call from the lab today- she had only looked at the first dish and said there were 7 in that dish and of those 6 of them were good to go on day 5. she expected the same findings from the other dishes as well. So I have an appt for 11:30 am on thursday. 10:30 am to pee and drink 20 ounces! ugh!
OMG, the PIO shot is soooo easy! I was worried about it- big needle and all- but so nothing to worry about it. I'm taking 1 cc, I froze for about 5-10 minutes before- wasn't expecting that long but of course phone rang, it was MIL and dh had to talk to her. then used a heating pad and walked 1 mile last night- everything fine, I'm not sore and no bumps yet that I've heard about.
shantala- when are you going for er? would be awesome to be on the 2ww together and test on the same day! that's great about 5 being fertilized! Congrats!
Jackie- I know you must be disappointed, but the dr told me that if you have a cyst all the meds will actually go to feed the cyst and not your follicles, so while you're disappointed in the short run, it'll all be worth it and you'll have some healthy follicles!
question for everyone: how many of us will find out if boy or girl durng pregnancy or how many will wait? *** PMA *** I'm actually thinking about waiting and not finding out until the birth.
