Tylerb ... Sorry, I misread your post earlier ... you have 6 follies, not eggs ... so when is EC scheduled for ? As we've seen time and time again, a couple of extra days stimming can really do wonders ... why are they saying that you have to decide now ...? perhaps it won't be an issue in a day or two ..?

Hi Girls
Hope you are all ok.
BigJ - Enjoy your hols, heard Barcelona is great but can be expensive

Traci - So sorry to hear your news, have been watching to see how you and Debra got on. Gald to see you are concentrating on your next cycle but do give yourself time to recover and have a good cry over this cycle.

Elle - I agree with Little P if you don't want to tell your boss about treatment don't, a stomach bug is a fair enough excuse.

Eskavon - good news about AF arriving, take care, have you been in chatroom lately?

Michelle - Well done you on doing shot, know I would struggle to do it myself, PMA to you.

TylerB - sorrry to hear about only 6 follicles, it is disappointing but as others have said your're still in with a chance. Good luck with whatever you decide. Cost is a major factor for many of us.

Sandra and Heather, how are you doing? What stage are you at?

Thanks to my trusty notepad, remembered what I wanted to say to people tonight.

No change for me, no symptoms of anything. Trying to be positive, friday is going to be very nerve racking.

Baby Dust to you all
love Lisa xxxxxxxx

Lisa ... No news is just as much good news as symptoms left, right and centre. You're doing really well - almost there, just 3 more sleeps before you get your BFP on Friday !!!!!! PMA !!!!

I'm fine thanks. Been downregging for a couple of weeks now, and on HRT tablets for nearly a week. I'm hoping for ET around 3 May. Yikes ! - it will be a nightmare 24 hours waiting to see if the embies thaw okay. Not looking forward to that bit !!

Take care - and lots of rest !

Well done Lisa...a note pad is the way to go! I am testing on 3 May....still a lifetime away. I was told to do a HPT on 1 May as that is my real test date.....that is a Sunday so unable to get bloods done and the Monday is a public holiday. I feel they should open the pathology lab just for me but they just don't agree....funny that!

Good luck to you for Friday....sending tonnes of PMA for a BFP :D

Cheers

Hello again.

LittleP, Sand, Leigh & Kerry- Thanks for the advise. My boss finally called me back and I told her I had to get medical treatment over the weekend and that my doctor wants me on bedrest for a couple of days. She didn't ask me why so I didn't offer any details. Just told her I'd submit to her my doctor's note when I get back and she said okay. So now I can relax.....

dancola- wishing you a BFP! baby dust your way.

fluffycat- welcome aboard! Good luck. Let us know how your scan goes.

michelle- hope you're feeling better today. Hope your EC goes well.

tylerB- stay positive. Wishing you more follies by Thursday's scan.

delly- where r you? how have you been? hope you're feelin' well.

lisa- Good luck on Friday!!!

Good luck on everyone's treatment. Take care! :D

 Hi elleR
Glad you are ok and enjoying the rest...
I'm ok....having pains around ovaries area...they must be shrinking after EC..(i guess)..
I wrote on "HELP" earlier in the week as i was having AF pains on day 2 of ET and now day five...still get pains here and there....sore boobs, tired, hot in the morning....may be it's a bug or AF on their way....but thought it might be too early....
I'm off work so i am resting and relaxing...
I don't know why you are testing on 27 and me on the 29....again different countries, different rules....
Let me know if you have any symptoms like i have or different ones...As a first timer don't know what to expect and when.....just hope AF won't show up before testing.
Take care, look after yourself and keep posting
Luv
Delly

Hi Girls

Delly - I had day 5-7 AF pains too. They disappeared on day 8 both cycles. Don't worry :) (ha ha)

Eskavon .. hope your baseline scan and bloods go to plan this week

Elle ... Good - now you've sorted that, you can relax (!) properly ..

It's very quiet on this thread today !! I hope that means everything's going to plan for everyone ??

I was thinking it was very quiet as well today...everyone must be keeping busy.

I did research (at work  ) for my next cycle....looking more deeply into acupunture (need help with egg quality and quantity) and starting yoga tomorrow! I will talk to doc on Tuesday about acupuncture cuz my clinic offers it and see if he agrees.

Does anyone take baby aspirin (81mg) per day????
I read today that taking one per day can help with IVF treatments - something about the blood flow to uterus...again another question for Doc on Tuesday.

Hi Traci

I asked my doctor about aspirin at the last apptmt. She said it was totally up to me - she wasn't bothered one way or the other !

Re egg numbers and quality ... I had a better batch on my second cycle (in terms of numbers and maturity) to the first .. The second cycle I'd been eating a lot more protein, taking omega 3 fish oils and extra vit c (and the usual prenatal multi vits). I'm sure it helped.

Hope you're okay ..

hi delly!

so glad to hear from you. i've been doin' fine. occasionally, i do feel some mild cramping. it's really the waiting that's driving me nuts! ...ugh!guess, we'll have to just relax and wait and see.... let's try to keep the PMA!
yeah, it's weird that we're testing on different dates considering we had our ET done on the same day. i'm guessing my clinic counts from the day of EC and your clinic counts from the day of ET. oh well, let's hang in there!

sand & littleP-

yeah, i do feel much better, more relaxed and have peace of mind. i'm sure i'll be bombarded by my co-workers with questions when i get back but i'll worry about it then...heeheehee :D

take care!!!
